I shop at this store almost every day. The lady that waits on me is very professional and polite. The store manager he is very helpful and always willing to visit even though he is very busy, although some of their items are smaller volume the prices are very, very good on most things. I am very happy that the manager works as a babysitter and security when the store gets bombarded with kids after school. Not a big fan of how to get in and out of that store due to the roundabout and one entrance entrance only but that’s not the stores fault I’m guessing that has to do at city code

Very clean, newer store. Well organized. Very basic items, would like to see them stock totes: approx 30gal size or assortment of the larger sizes. Mostly household and craft items.I was kind of scolded when checking out. I was following prompts on machine- which asked if I wanted 'cash back' and gave different amounts. I tapped on $20 for cash-back. AFTER transaction went through, the clerk said "we don't usually give cash back on purchases" and pointed to a note hanging on bottom end of check out machine-below eye sight, where my purse was resting against. The sign should be ABOVE machine to be obvious. The clerk had to point out the note hanging down off bottom end of machine-like 'how could I have missed it"?But he DID give me my cash and stated they needed to get that "cash back" prompt OFF the machine. Sorry...I did NOT see the inconspicuous sign. But thank you for pointing it out AFTER my mistake. Confusing.Will stop occasionally.

I love their Halloween selection. It's just enough for me to get what I wanted and I was so happy with the decor. I feel their seasonal section is always nice and CHEAP! Which I love!

Dollar tree is such an affordable store. I think to food and the products are good.

I was just in there this morning 2/14/23. My son who just turned two threw a ball out of the cart while i was looking away. The manager walked up to me, showing me the ball. He said “ma’am don’t let your son throw stuff on our floor. I saw him do it.” In a nasty tone. I became very angry, and said “i don’t know who you are talking to, give me a second.” He just had attitude, and walked off; Anyone with kids knows how kids are, they aren’t always going to follow the rules. For this manager to come up to me in that tone and tell me what to do with my son infuriated me. I get that my son threw a ball on the floor but the way it was handled was not okay. I’m a very polite person until i’m not respected. Terrible costumer service. For future reference please don’t tell others how to parent their children. I will gladly spazz any time someone tries to address my child like that.

This is a very nice Dollar Tree. The store hours need to be updated on the website as they are open normal hours now. Staff changes have happened and the staff is courteous and helpful.

The employees here want out the minute the clock changes that they close. They legit remind customers every minute leading up to closing that they’re closing. Terrible customer service. Plus the fact that they’re closed at 6 and not open Sunday and Monday. There’s nothing in this area and when they finally bring something, it’s never open.
