Apart from having a disorganized store, they also have an employee with a very bad attitude misinforming customers. Very good way to lose sales. And then asked about it answers you with a snotty attitude. Too bad it's the only one here in Imperial. They need a total attitude adjustment and organizational skills.

The store was a complete disaster the last 2 times that I dared venture in. There were rows of still boxed merchandise piled high on their big long 'boats' or stock trollies and overflowing shopping carts, filling the majority of the isles.A couple of isles we're totally impassable, some you maybe could squeeze down single file - often without a cart, and only if you aren't handicapped, which I am. Both times, I ended up leaving without what I came in for because I either couldn't find it or safely reach it.The store used to look fairly good, especially after they did a bit of a redo of the store, but now it is a mess and the floors looked like spills hadn't even been cleaned up but simply allowed to dry where it landed. In all fairness, it appeared that there were only 2 employees working and I gathered that there had been some sort of staff shake up recently which may have led to some of the disarray.UPDATE: It has taken some doing and I confess it took me some time to return to the store, but once I did, I could see that there have been attempts to tidy and do some cleaning. It remains a work in progress but it does seem to be heading in a favorable direction.

I love having the store in imperial but it's always majorly cluttered. Cant find much. Cart of supplies everywhere on the store floor & storage room. That day the truck was having trouble unloading cause there was no room. Applications process is ridiculous & don't get called. Store has very little help

Very disappointed that Jeff is no longer working here. I heard that he was going to be demoted to assistant manager, due to the store lack of sales and/or customer surveys, so he quit instead. This store was a mess before him and the customer experience has definitely been negatively impacted just this week.. Having to go find someone to checkout would never happen if Jeff were still working here. Not to mention the fact that he always went above and beyond for his customers satisfaction. Good job Corporate America!!

Clerk too busy on the phone to do a good job. Too many items in the isles. Clerk was worried about someone coming in to relieve them.

Needs better storage system than end of isles. Otherwise good place to shop. Would rate higher, if there was more room to move around in back of isles.

Dana is one of the nicest managers there, she puts customers first and is good at letting you know where everything is in the store.

I agree with Samantha. This is one of the dirtiest and messiest stores I've been to. It's more like hunting than shopping there's so much stuff sitting in the aisles. The Dollar Generals in other towns are NOT like this one.

The clerk was helpful but the store was overly crowded disorganized and extremely difficult to push the cart through I would have purchased more if the store were in better repair

It's always so dirty, always has huge rolling shipping containers in the middle of the isle's, then no matter what time of day, you either wait for some one to notice you to check you out or have to hunt them down, cause they are busy putting away what never gets put away ever!!!!!!!
