Got a call from their automated system saying that my medicine was back ordered and it was taking a bit. I was cool with that. 2 weeks later I call and make it through their gauntlet of automated systems. Talk to pharmacist, they tell me they were waiting for prior authorization from my doctor. If I would have know that TWO WEEKS AGO I would have called my doctor and got on them to do it. I switched over to Walgreens because I was closer to my house. Big mistake.

I love how I've been out of my meds for a week (out of stock). So I call a week later and ask when they'll get it in stock because I'm due for it, and I get told they won't order it and to find somewhere else that has it. Gee would have loved to know that over a week ago.

Have you ever just sat and watched the staff at Walgreens Pharmacy? I can't say I didn't get frustrated, but then I just sat back and watched as the pharmacists and staff worked their backs off trying to meet everyone's demands! Each customer with a perscription has certain protocals that MUST be followed! This takes time. Do you pull up with perscription in hand and then expect them to fill it NOW? These people get hastled for many reasons (Insurance, supply, slow customers, etc.) that are not of their doing. They are human and do the best they can! They want to keep their jobs, so they try hard to meet demands (some impossible)! Thank you Walgreens for putting up with the nonsense of the public!Charlene Miller

I am writing this review while I am still on hold. For 21min and 36 seconds. Its funny that all the other reviews mention these people are slow. Cant wait until someone actually answers only to be greeted with a rude incompetent person!Just hit 25min! Well done Walgreens!38MINGot picked up after 41min on hold. The girl who helped me out was very pleasant.

I've used Walgreen's pharmacies religiously for most of my life until recently thanks to the Hastings branch. Absolutely insane/unacceptable wait times and seemingly untrained or uncaring staff who will become rude and nasty with you while trying to resolve problems they caused in the first place. I'll go without a medication before ever using them again. Even my doctors office can't stand them. I forgot how seamless the process should be until I switched to another pharmacy. Haven't had a single issue since.

I went to Hastings Walgreens for years with no problems then about a year ago things went down hill fast but the worst was how rude they were when u called - I switched 6 months ago and I am so glad !!!! The rest of the store is fine and I hope by now the Pharmacy is nicer one thing I can’t stand is rudeness there is no need !!

Pharmacy review: Slow would be a compliment. Absolute incompetence and rude people. Urgent Care called in a prescription for a Z-Pak 2 hours before I went to pick it up. I was at the wondow when it came time for their meal break and was informed I would have to leave and come back because they won't let you wait in the drive thru for them to reopen. I get back and have to wait another 30 minutes only to be told that they do not have my prescription ready because it was run through the wrong insurance. When I asked why nobody called me about the insurance problem, she gave me an incredibly rude look and said we don't do that here. I have had Walgreens call me a number of times when there was a mix-up on either insurance or prescription, but apparently this Branch does not do that. It's now been three and a half hours since the prescription was called in and I've been told it'll be another half hour I have never had a problem with Walgreens until I moved to Nebraska and I will be getting all of my prescriptions from Walmart going forward.

This review is strictly for the pharmacy. By far the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes. It seems like nobody knows how to work the systems. I even saw them attempting to train somebody at the busiest time of the day which was a disaster.

I try to buy a medicine for my husband and the bottle was 1 x2 but l didnt have the walgreen card and l try to take it but she was nervous and she didnt know how take my information at the end only take 1 bottle because she wouldn’t take my information. You should to have more efficient people in front. And she only said sorry this is not excuse she was no efficient.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars that is what I would do! Store itself is fine just DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE use their pharmacy!!! Drive miles to ANY OTHER pharmacy before using this one!!!!!

I had to wait 35 minutes in line to here were going to lunch you have to come back and waste more of my time waiting again if this place went any slower it would be going back wards

Recently called to refill script after holding for 15 min talked to a young man who sounded like he just woke up he was clueless had to to repeat # 3 times Russes pharmacy much better but due to insurance has to be Walgreens
