The store has been closed going on two weeks now because of the heat. It hasn’t even been out of the 80’s for the last week and a half. This store has gone downhill since merging with $ tree. Unreliable, crowded aisles, but empty shelves. It’s a shame, really.

Ever since they updated this store it seems more cluttered now. They can't keep the aisles clear.UPDATE: I'm hoping since the store has been closed for over 3 weeks because of heat, they shut it down for good. Since Merger with Dollar Tree, store has gone even further downhill. Which I didn't think could happen. Management has been horrible for years. Sign out front was taken out by wind 2 years ago and still not replaced.

Customer Service was like always Exceptional ! Store Associate Diane went above and beyond.. Not just by checking my son n I out . She helped us get the app and thoroughly explained it to me.. and she was kind and helpful, I was never rushed . Thank you Diane for all ur help!With the App I saved over $10 dollars .

Good people working there. Good selection but it does feel like the store is Jam full of things making it difficult to get down the aisles or around the store.

There's wonderful ladies working there but I'm not a fan of the corporate structure because of the pay and the store is just chock-full of stuff making it difficult to get around.

WORST EXPERIENCE! idk who the older lady was that was checking out but she really needs an attitude adjustment. Have attitude the minute we brought our things up and was slamming and throwing our stuff in the bag. Then walked away before the credit card went thru. So helpful 🙄

Store was fairly clean albeit a little disorganized. The older lady who checked us out had a serious chip on her shoulder and wasn't very friendly. The younger girl acted like we weren't even there.

The male clerk was extremely rude! He mouthed off to me about "getting my six year old under control for gods sake we were in public"... firstly my child is 4, secondly the kiddy fishing pole he touched did not have any sign that said DISPLAY only, lastly my child was NOT out of control he was more confused why there was a fishing pole in a pool full of recess candy bars! People are rude and can't just answer your basic questions!

The Clerk told me that they did not have a restroom in the building for customers to use so my 5 year old about had to pee her pants until I could find a gas station nearby to take her! Funny seeing as how all other Family Dollar I have been to has had a restroom available.

This store use to be great till they got new people running it you can hardly get your carts through the isle everything is cluttered you can never find what you want it's so annoying and upsetting

The lady that's assistant manager very nice and respectful. She's always so cheerful and willing to go the extra mile.

Tried to go and pick up a few things many left due to the fact BOLTH cash registers had to do a count AT THE SAME TIME how are we supposed to wait in a store for ten minutes while bolth count down while holding perishable goods and trying to social distance it's impossible.

I walked into the store and manager was very rude not talkative to the customers I walked back to the Frozen cooler doors was broke it would be nice if it was a little bit more friendly and the stuff in the store was not broke
