They are friendly to all customers, and their cooking skills are second to none. If they were on a cooking show, after the show, you would see new signs entering Columbus "Home of The Best Food and Service in Nebraska." I'm looking forward to my next trip and first stop.

Supersaver has some great prices and selections on fresh fruits and veggies along with meat choices. I love when they have their meat sales. Then you get the quality meat and the even better prices. For the grocery store options in town I would go here before anywhere else. The only thing I think they could work on is adding to some if their dried good selections

You called me on Monday at 3 p.m. and asked me if I am interested in the job work. I told you yes, and we scheduled for the interview on Wednesday at 9 a.m. After I remembered that my husband had an appointment to visit the doctor on Wednesday, and I called you back at 9:59 a.m. and asked you if can I change the day and time for me. You allowed me and said OK sure" and we scheduled on Thursday at 10 a.m. and today when I went there at 9:30, half an hour before my interview. I found a girl in customer service who called and told the interview lady that arrived, and I heard when she said i would be there just 5 minutes . She told me have sit ,I sat and waited, and when a girl came, she told me your appointment was at 9 a.m. If I can’t interview, why did you tell me to waitI am hundreds percent sure my interview at 10 a.m. Why ???????

Biggest pet peeve is no one says 'thank you' anymore. Must be a Gen Z thing. What happened to customer service, or customer experience. More like a gas station mini Mart experience. What evvs.

Big store it's got everything you need at 3am. Open 24/7. Has the feel of a small local shop. And doesn't have the headache causing bright af white lights like walmart and hyvee

This review is for the Hamilton Road Store, they are not even listed Used to be Save-A-Lot. I hate this store. Save A Lot was much better. Not a good supply of Mexican cooking products and they are outrageously expensive. Variety of all items is zilch now. Nothing I usually purchase is available. More expensive than Walmart even. This was my first AND LAST visit here. There is NO savings, quite the opposite. Just go to Walmart, better prices. The ONLY thing good was that it was clean. Not worth my time. Guess what, you won't get another penny of mine! I hope you go out of business!

A lot of great food selections in the aisles were clean.The produce was looking very put together. There were 2 gentlemen there and they were very helpful to everybody.Too bad Norfolk, NE doesn't have one of these.

I haven't been in Super Saver for years. Their selection is limited. The parking lot is difficult to get in & out of. I had my most awful pharmacy experience ever there. I was in extreme eye pain and waited over an hour for a prescription that my Doctor called in after a procedure. This has been a long time ago & things may have changed, but you don't forget an experience like that quickly.

I love this store. They tend to have everything I need and it's quick to get in and out. The service staff during my last couple trips could use a bit of customer service training, I don't want to hear about how much you dislike your job. I'd rather you just say nothing than complain.

Decent prices on some things. Groceries in this economy are terrible right now. Might as well have went to walmart.I did witness a cashier rude and very loud with a woman who couldn't speak English well. The woman's card was declined and the cashier was loud and irritated saying "you have no money, no money, declined, not money you need money" the lady was noticeably confused and embarrassed.I took my concern to customer service and she said "well they can't speak English and she's trying to explain." I said it was loud and rude and if she were like that to me I'd be very upset. And she said "well, i couldn't hear here from over here...it looks like she's getting a translator" and I explained she could've done that sooner without being rude and embarrassing the woman in front of a line of people...the customer service woman was unbothered. It reminded me why saving maybe 5% isn't worth shopping at this store. Compassion can go a long way, especially in this economy.

Always good products at a great price. During the covid scare all the other stores changed their hours but super saver remained 24hr. So they will always be my primary go to.

Unfortunately it was not a good visit. I asked for assistance from a manager and was told he was coming. Nearly 15-20 minutes went by and I just said forget it. I left my name and number for a large order for a party and I didn't hear back; it's been over 2 months now.The impression was take it or leave it and too bad so now I just make it a point not to go there and when people ask me I say no I'll just go to HyVee.

For the most part I like shopping at Super Saver. The help is wonderful and the products are good. The only complaint I have is that for the last few months the bakery is out of donuts and rolls early in the morning. It would seem to me that if their bakery items are being emptied early in the day, they should anticipate this and prepare for a bigger crowd. Also I do agree with an earlier review in that many times when I’m looking for a specific item or ingredient it is not available or not even in their inventory.

This store introduced new dressings, but still can't stock Garlic Expressions salad dressing. They were so often selling it out, and now apparently have dropped a best seller! Nice clean store.

We do all of our shopping here. Best meat sales! Never had a single problem with anything. They support the community with "Apples for the Students" collecting receipts for local schools, cub scout popcorn sales & even donate to school events! We love Super Saver in Columbus!!

When in kind of late so it was nice that there was a whole bunch of people there The girl at the register was awesome smiled asked her question she answered him politely. Found everything we needed and more, I have to drive 45 minutes to get here but it's worth it. Thank you

Favorite grocery store!!! I love it!! Produce is the BEST and super fresh. Customer service is always on point. They aren't always moving stuff around like at other groceries store so I love that I can go in and know exactly what I'm looking for. Randy is amazing and he is the store manager, so helpful and amazing!! He works by the side of his employees and really cares about the store. Prices are great too, they have specials on meat all the time and great varieties of anything you can think of. My go-to store

Best produce in town. Always fresh and good prices. They stock great select beef which should be choice cuts. Awesome deep fat fried chicken and they also have smoked ribs and whole chicken that is very delicious!

I don’t always enjoy shopping at Super Saver. Being disabled makes their design at the cash registers very difficult and physically taxing on me. I can’t do a lot of shopping there for that reason. However, they do have some great sales that no one else can touch. Their deli and bakery also have very friendly staff and their prices are fair. The deli meats are high quality and there is always a sale going on with staff always around to cut what you need. Their produce section is excellent with lots of good looking options. When they advertise a meat sale, like they had last week, it’s a real sale with amazing prices on good cuts of meat. I have a service dog and I have had no issues with anyone in the store giving me any problems about me needing a dog or getting in my way while I’m trying to shop. All in all it’s a pleasant place to shop and would deserve more of my business if they would help me bag up my groceries and not make me feel like I’m in the way while the checkers just keep sending people through while I try to bag my own groceries and load them in my cart one handed.

I had super saver make me a memorial cake for my sister's husband and I like to say I am disappointed in the looks of that cake, I wanted it to look realistic, and it was like if some child got a hold of the cake and decorated it. My sister kept telling me that it was alright at least it was for her husband and he would have liked it to. I had another cake made from super saver a while ago and I am safe to say I will be going somewhere else for cake decorating. Oh and the woman who quotes me a price of $44.00 changed it to $55.00 when I picked it up and she was not in. Not good service!

Ordered fried chicken, baked chicken, and chicken tenders last Saturday from their deli for our family reunion. Totally Awesome!!! The chicken was ready to be picked up at the time we requested. Hot and delicious and very reasonably priced! Young and old at the reunion commented how tasty and fresh the chicken was --- a total homerun! Highly recommend.
