Will not shop here ever again due to the mask rules they require. This includes after all this BS is over. I will not forget which businesses discriminated against me. If masks work why do I have to wear one?

Very busy place today! Not quite as organized as it usually is, but seeing as it was non-stop people thru the door while I was parking, in the store, and as I was leaving, it is completely understandable!!! Still the cleanest, best smelling Goodwill I have ever been in!!!

Was in store yesterday with another family & there daughter. We were told to leave the store or they would call the cops on us for not wearing a mask. Thats against the disability act, CDC isn't making a mask mandatory but Goodwill took it upon themselves to violate peoples rights. Especially those who are told not to wear a mask due to a Medical condition that would allow more damage to someone's health to wear a mask. We all called corporate in grand island and the ceo tammy didn't want to listen to our complaints and hung up on us. Goodwill lost my business. Business need to stop making mandatory mask wearing for those with Medical problems that are unable to wear a mask. We have rights and there violating our rights as a individual. The virus is fake news. People need to wake up and see this.

While I was shopping an employee was spraying an aerosol can ( I'm guessing lysol) around me and my toddler throughout the whole store on everything including clothing/ kids clothing.And another incident,Unnecessary harassment and abusing employees and customers rights:The employee called a manager while I was shopping because I said no thanks to wearing a mask. The manager told me i cannot enter the store without a mask, to leave the store and threatened to call the police on me if I didnt,(this was in front of my toddler)I do not wear masks and they cannot discriminate against people or force them to wear masks, I never said anything about refusing to leave and I was polite about it. CEO in grand island stated on the phone they dont care if they violate peoples rights, refused to take a complaint and hung up on me.

Over the years of going here, I have constantly had 2 different experiences. You either have the day where you feel like Thrift Shop by Mackelmore and Ryan Lewis, or you question why you ever went here and why people would ever buy this stuff. I still remember going here once and seeing a guy buy a treadmill, but needed to see if it worked, so they brought over a giant extension cord and hooked it up. It worked by the way.

Love browsing junk stores. This one is hit or miss. Just never know if they are going to price stuff outta reach or give it away. They do get in a lot of really nice stuff. It's mostly clean and someone makes an effort to organize things. But it's often crowded ànd items are just in a jumble. Still I enjoy shopping here.

I know that the Columbus Goodwill is part of a bigger group in Grand island, but not sure how they justify selling donated goods for soooo much. This is not what a thrift store is supposed to do with donated things. If they are getting it for free shouldn't that reflect in the prices? I literally saw a pair of used Vans today for $19.99...WHAT? THEY WERE DONATED!!!! I just don't get it.

Absolutely dismal.The furniture selection is a joke and the clothing is an obvious charity case from the lower middle class.If you do "happen" upon some nice clothes (miss me, lucky, J crew) they're chained up (because you're likely a criminal) by the front desk. : l The company must be hard up if they have to over price second hand jeans.Keep going if you need your Goodwill fix. This ain't the place.

A smaller thrift store in town, but ok selection. I usually hit it up at least once while I'm in town to at least check out what they have. Good prices on larger items (furniture, clothing) but rather high prices on knick knacks. And they have LOTS of knick knacks and not much furniture!

Clean and friendly. My only addition would be to size the women's pants and jeans so it's easier to find what you're looking for. Still a bargain tho!

If you are looking for clothes, this might be a good one to look at, but if you are looking for puzzles or other things, the pickings are pretty slim.

They're extremely overpriced they think that they are selling for retail prices I've been to hundreds of Goodwill and this is the most expensive place I would suggest it no one visit this place and maybe they'll lower their prices down but $20 for a pair of jeans and $10 for t-shirts is ridiculous
