My daughter and her cousin often come to this establishment after school to buy stuff. When they go inside a woman they have said is blonde with short hair and glasses follows them around the building. The girls often shop in the makeup section as they are fourteen and obviously experiment with different makeup, the woman has accused them of stealing multiple times and will tell them they aren't allowed to have bags in the building. The time they complied which was the first and last the woman then went through one of the girls bags and tried to take money out of my daughter's wallet. They have said they usually love going there because they have much more than Walgreens but now don't trust the people there enough who are supposed to make them feel welcomed instead of stealing middle schoolers money.

This place has been filled with a very rude manager, my daughter and I go in there after school so she can have something to eat and drink while I keep working. Every time I'm in there, there is a worker who is stalking two middle schoolers. I found it creepy and once I was outside I asked why she was following them. The girls said that the woman just did it.

Great care at the Columbus CVS store! Every single time I have picked up a prescription and considering the many people they have to serve each day, the staff is friendly and efficient.My questions are always answered in a way I can understand which I appreciate. . Also, I have observed many times, the Pharmacist going above and beyond in helping his customers, taking the time to guide them to the right isle for their over the counter needs. He is very intentive.

Mom is a frequent customer and is part of their reward program. She was shopping there and was trying to complete and a reward and since she didn't achieve it she asked the cashier if she could get the item she needed to complete it and the cashier refused. Afterwards she asked if she could just use her extra bucks to purchase items the cashier refused to let her do that and told her that she wasn't selling to her anymore. Mom left her items at the register and proceeded to call headquarters seeing this the manager came out and told me mom she had to leave her store immediately before she called the cops and had her arrested. Not sure if this was because she was Hispanic or they treat all of their customers this way but this is infuriating!

Warning don't fill any prescriptions at this pharmacy, If I could have changed I would have but my company who I work for was locked into a deal with CVS pharmacy what a shamble of a pharmacy to go to!!I have a prescription that I can only fill once a month and a man pharmacist accused me of taking more than I should be, watch your back and count your pills!!!

My dad fell and we had his medicine called to CVS here in town. Little did we know that the pharmacy is closed on Sunday’s! So pain medicine has to wait until Monday ridiculous hours ever since Covid. Closed over my hour and closed before I get off work. No clue how to get scripts. If it wasn’t for my insurance I would have changed months ago!

This is hands down the worst pharmacy I've ever used. Every single month they mess up my prescriptions. The automatic refills are a joke, and when you try to call in the refill they don't even have your medicine in stock. If you change one detail of your account it messes up everything in your account.

Staff for the most part is very friendly & willing to go over & above to help...there's always at least 2-3 people working the store so no wait to checkout and the store isn't that big so you can generally find someone to ask for help-if they haven't already offered assistance. Only thing I've found I don't like is you buy something that you are use to using or even as a new try I've several times not found it again on next several times to store. The pharmacy staff is amazing & very helpful. Drive thru you'll want to plan on dropping your script(s) if possible...counter I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes.

Store is clean and people are nice. But is it really necessary to have to wait 15 minutes or more in the drive thru for a prescription? Every single time..... sometimes longer. Ridiculous. Only come her because work insurance gives us a discount otherwise we would switch.

I went to CVS to get candy for Halloween because they were in sale. What happened after that was the worst case scenario. I was unable to purchase them with the sale price because the system was down. That's the third time that's happened to me. I once went there though and they changed the price for me so I could get the on sale price. This time though they said that they couldn't do that. I even said that I had that happen to me previously and they worked with me to get what I deserve. The two ladies working the registers weren't friendly at all. It was close to closing but still, you should treat all of your customers the same not try to rush them out of there because you want to get home early.

After dealing with Walgreens across the street literally screwing up our prescriptions every single month for 6 months straight (including giving us the wrong drug one month and cancelling a prescription that took our doctors and us 3 months to get approved through insurance another month), calls to management unreturned and unresolved we hesitantly transfered everything across the street to CVS and they've been a Godsend! They did all the legwork to get our specialty scrips taken care of, they are super helpful in answering questions and they've always handled business with a smile. They're wonderful!!! And while the storefront products are a little pricier than most places, their prescription pharmaceuticals are, in most cases, cheaper than even Walmart if you have to pay out of pocket.

I went in to get something very quickly and there was only one worker that I saw. I went to check out as she appeared to be wanting to leave and she said “oh you’re ready to check out? No! I really need my break. It’s time for my break. I really wanted to take my break.” Then as she is checking me out, she says again, “Ugh I really wanted to take my break.” Asked if I wanted my receipt and I said, “nope go take your break I guess.” She walked out the door as other customers came in. I hope someone else was working in the store. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever came across working in a store as a cashier. I hope her break was worth making me feel like a complete inconvenience.

The guy on the pharmacy always has a different issue with the medication, or is too busy at the moment, even there is nobody else here, I get discounts here through insurance but I will chose a different pharmacy, discounts are not good if you can't get the medication.

When I went up to checkout the cashier rung up the customer in front of me and then continued to visit with the customer about her health problem, I wait then went to the pharmacy and had them check me out very willingly.

I mostly go here for the pharmacy, and they are wonderful people. The store items are pricy but they do have good sales. I like the dairy selection here and that they are open late.

I went to CVS to go get a drink at the water fountains and one of them were broken. There was a guy that kicked us out shortly after and said that we broke it.
