Ordered a pizza on the app, said it would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. Came into the store 20 minutes later to pickup the pizza and it was not even made. There was no previous orders before mine, the employees in the kitchen seemed to not care about their job and didn't care that there was an order. Was told it would be ready in 6 minutes after them finally starting on it. I proceeded to wait outside and came back in and they still didn't have it cut or ready to be picked up. So once again the cashier had to ask the kitchen staff to finish the order.

Great place. The restroom was big (not just a one toilet one). I also thought the selection of fountain drinks was great. The location was very convenient and right off the main road. Great Casey’s.

It happens, we have all experienced an order being messed up, not made etc. mistakes happen, we make them too not just the people who are working in the service industry! I’m very impressed with the outstanding customer service I was provided when calling about a small issue! Brenda the associate that assisted me was so pleasant and willing to correct the minor issue. I hope she is valued as an employee! They are the face of the company and are who serve us customers! I enjoyed chatting with her and the other employee tonight. It’s sad these days how much bad we experience as customers in some places. I will say every time I’ve been into this location across Columbus Motor company I’m impressed with the workers! Thanks again Brenda! Your great! I appreciate your help 😋

Surprisingly displeased with a service I just received from Casey's on 23rd Street. Usually I never have an issue and everybody's so kind. But they got this new kid working and he's very standoffish and very rude. I've worked in the service industry for about 10 years and I've never been treated the way that I just got treated inside Casey's. I think he needs some more training because I don't think he knows how to be polite to customers. For crying out loud his cell phone rang and he picked it up and answered it and was talking about how he couldn't wait to get off work before my transaction was even over. I never got a greet when I came inside. I tried talking to him and I didn't get a single word

I ordered a small BBQ chicken pizza with no onion on it well it had onion which I am allergic to so my coworkers got it cause I can't eat it . I tried calling to talk to a manager was told there was no one in to help and to try calling in morning and wished me luck....

If you want to be treated like s*** come to this Casey’s. The lady was rude. We ordered at 8:10, went to pick it up at 8:50, because that’s when they said it should be ready. When we went they rudely said it wouldn’t be ready until 11

When using the app products were not ready and some were out of stock. Grabbed two slices, saw a slice and 20oz. soda was a deal for $4, so I grabbed a soda, but the sale was not applied; maybe because the second slice, but I find that ridiculous. Casey’s use to be a neighborhood staple, not it’s an unorganized unprofessional waste of time; these experiences and others have shown me the employees are not trained and advertisements are false.

Place is always clean and friendly staff.I work 3rd shift, only place open in the wee hrs. But only place to eat unless u only want fast foods. If I want a bacon cheese burger, sub sandwich, pasta or pizza....they make it to order....I call about 20 minutes before I need it and its always hot and ready.Awesome place, awesome food and great ppl.For some reason though, everytime I get gas from there, my truck hates their gas. Thats the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.Keep up the good work....

Just ordered 5 pizzas from here and was sadly disappointed. I usually LOVE Casey's pizza, but they just seemed lacking. I will try ordering from a different location next time.

The pizza I bought was sloppy and hardly cooked. The toppings slid off the crust and it was barely cut into slices. We had to cut it ourselves.
