Great variety of clothes for the whole family! Great variety of anything you would expect in a farm store, from animal food to top of the line tools. The people who work there, are super... helpful and kind and I think they really like their jobs and it shows! Who wouldn't want to work at Bomgaars'?

You know, it's not too often that you run into consistency of stock on hand, friendly service and customer care. Bomgaars - Columbus is just that store.Stopped by one day to buy a couple items and saw something else they were selling. We already own one ( and have had it for years ), but wanted a second one to, well, double our needs.Didn't want the "fingered and touched" floor model, so wound up talking to Forrest, who got things rolling real quick. Within a couple weeks, it was there at the store and we drove in to pick it up.Whenever we need, or want something, from a Bomgaars location,we drive from our home in Albion to the Columbus location. Always friendly, knowledgeable and into customer service. Boils down to quality employees and reflection of management.

I went to Bomgaars early this morning and was assisted by Randy and by Linda and they both did a fantastic job for me. They knew I was making a big purchase and of course they wanted my business and were more than happy to assist me in a proper manner very efficiently effectively and it didn’t take very much time at all. I am also very pleased with both of these individuals with the professionalism their nice mannerism and treating me like a valued customer. When a person makes a very large purchase For several thousand dollars you do want to be treated like you are valued.We need more people in this world like Randy and Linda and I will keep coming back to Bomgaars as this is probably one of the most friendliest and best customer service places in Columbus Nebraska and I think you both

Walked in this evening for a battery for my wife's car. At the checkout I was helped by a young man named Gabe. As I'm gathering my payment, he took the time to mark the year/date bubbles That's the type of people I appreciate in this world. I commend him for his integrity and his thoughtful nature. Most don't offer to do something for anyone without the mindset of how do they benefit from it. But I'm from a generation long ago.

Always greeted well!! Everytime i have a question it gets answered, may not be from the one i asked but it does get answered. Customer service is outstanding, knowledgeable, except the h.s. kids which is totally understandable. I go to Bomgaars at least 2x a week and lots of reasons why.

Terrible customer service, the cashier was very rude, refused to help or call for help. She just stood there, no other customers around. Heaven forbid she just had to hit a button for the intercom. Go elsewhere.

Nice store with helpful friendly staff. They generally have what you are looking for. Today Feb 10, 2022 some garden and flower seeds ready to go. Also noticed they are getting ready for baby chicks to arrive.

Was driving through Columbus and wanted to stop for several large items was so disappointed they moved the store and have no parking for pickups pulling trailers! Couldn't beleive that in a farm store!

Fast, friendly farm supply store. If you want to save time ask for what your looking for and you will be taken tight to it. Not sure if its in stock, call and they will physically check for item! Just try to carry large or heavy items out by yourself! You will be stopped and given full service right up to your truck. Quality merchandise at competitive prices. I love my Bomgaars store!

If you're looking at this review whether or not this is a good bump guards I would say it is a decent Farm correct it is very cramped what I have found that most bomb guards are so it's got pretty good deals. Staff is actually quite nice. And if you're looking for stuff and you decided to go left versus right on 39 heading toward Norfolk or is it going in right heading toward Omaha and and Skyler then this is a good place to stop for your farm and ranch good.

Big props to Dan and his team at Bomgaars here in Columbus! We purchased two rocking chairs for our church from them 3 years ago and we were having safety issues with one of them, so they swapped us out for 2 new matching chairs!!!

Not cool, I called the store and asked if they could page my husband and the guy who answered got me an employee same first name, I said I need the customer that is in your store I gave him the name and the music 🎵🎵 went on for a few minutes and they hung up on me, I would have gave them a higher rating if they actually gave my husband the phone!!!

Bought a driil bit and 2 drivers here on Sunday. I went and returned them on Wednesday pretty normal right?. Now i check my bank accound and there is no evidence of a return on my account. Go back to the store the lady said it will take minimum 48 hours to get my money back. Really sucks they take ur money out of ur account right away but when u go to take somthing back its like ull get ur money when we feel like giving it back to u. Really...... then the lady is like we can do cash back on anything under $50. I was like cool ill take cash. Then shes like but i already did the return so i cant now yet never said anything about it before this? Terrible return policy confusing and where is this stated on a sign? Nope. On the receipt? Nope. Lastly she pointed at some guy and looked at me like i was sposed to know who this guy was talking to these firefighters or somthing then tried to help the customer behind me to just get me to leave. I feel like i got robbed. Now i have to monitor my bank account to c when or if i get my money. What a joke.
