Jocelyn was so kind and experienced. She did a wonderful job with Chloe. I thought sure some of Chloes mattes in her tail were beyond fixable. My Chloe was calm and happy. Great care given. We are so happy.

Always a great experience! Love how Joce grooms our Bernadoodle! We love how she keeps it quiet and calm for our dogs when they are groomed. Other places we have tried before Fetch kept multiple dogs at a time while grooming making a stressful hectic environment.

I've personally never been here, but I live in Texas and a friend of mine from Bennington always visits Fetch and sends her fur niece and nephews goodies from here. We have a toothless pup and the good people at Fetch recommended these freeze dried treats. They were right on! She can easily enjoy them and her brothers absolutely love them as well.

We had a great first experience at Fetch last week. Alyssa did a wonderful job with our standard poodle’s groom. We had a rough end to 2022 as a family and his grooming schedule was thrown way off - Alyssa listened to my goals for him and was gracious about getting him back on track. He came out so happy and looks amazing! Truly happy about how quickly she was able to transform him from a floof ball into a handsome poodle.

After trying two other groomers for our 3 year old Doodle we decided to give Fetch a try. Our dog was always fearful and hated getting groomed. Jocelyn worked with us to make Rollie comfortable and she does an amazing job!!! I highly recommend their services.

Our St. Bernard was groomed today by the fetch groomer. This was her first grooming and she was nervous. They did a GREAT job with her and she looks amazing!! Her tail looks fluffy again and her white fur is brilliant white! 😍

The team at fetch provides top notch customer service. Not only can I confidently say they’re the best service I’ve ever received in a pet store, but very likely some of the best service I’ve EVER received. We started shopping here about a year ago and after bringing in my dog with me once, they knew her, and me, by name every other time we visited (even before we started using their grooming services). We’ve gone to them for grooming many times as well and we’re always satisfied with the cut and service. I highly recommend fetch for all looking for a great local pet store!

I have stopped in here a few times. The staff is very friendly and they love on my dogs when they are with. We had one of our dogs groomed here and they made sure to ask what I wanted and I could tell they were going to treat her well. I'll come back to the friendly staff and it's so nice to have a local business to support.

We took our ~65# Bernedoodle in for grooming. We agreed on an overall body trim, clean up her paws and face, and a sanitary trim along with a shampoo. We picked her up and they sorta butchered her hair cut on her face, didn’t trim the body as expected, and did nothing for a sanitary trim. She also wasn’t very fluffy afterwards like she normally is after other places groom her. We called the store to express our concerns. They told us the groomer would call us back and never did. We will be looking elsewhere for grooming services.

Has a Late fee if you pick up your dog 30 minutes after you get a text that they are ready, which really isn't enough time to get back to the location if you are anywhere in omaha. My dogs haircut took 35 minutes which was a first for me and therefore I was charged extra. This late fee does not work with my life as a new mom so I informed the cashier I would not be returning and she did not seem bothered to see me go as a customer. Very Unimpressed!

We LOVE this new Shoppe!My husband and I own 'Best in Show Premier Pet Grooming and Boutique' in Okoboji/ Spirit Lake, Iowa. We have clients from Alaska to California- and many who have lake homes here, in Okoboji, who live in Omaha.
