Ever single person I know who had worked at this location has quit because of Angelina and Nancy. It is an extremely toxic work environment and safety hazard to have employees working by themselves! No wonder they can’t keep a manager. The store is always extremely crowded and dirty and every time you walk in they are sitting on their phones or talking crowded in the register area. The store is so messy and crowded you can barley walk through the isles! Dollar general is more organized than this dump. I’ve had a few friends work in this location and not one has lasted for more than a couple months IF THAT. Not to mention, Angelina is EXTREMELY rude to customers and you can expect that she will take her sweet time to get to your checkout. They also openly speak badly about other employees in front of customers as well. Extremely unprofessional.

4-3-23...8:30pm. I went in to buy a gallon of milk and a soda. When I got to the register, the blonde girl working was watching a show on her phone loudly at the register (never muted or paused throughout the entire transaction), and had her shoe off and was digging between her toes on her BARE foot. She never washed or sanitized her hands after this and the proceeded to grab my 20 oz soda my the cap, as well as the milk. This was absolutely disgusting. I normally have nice things to say about this store, but this interaction was appalling and unacceptable. I hope management sees this.

Ronnie’s customer service was OUTSTANDING!! She greeted me and said if I needed help to let her know. I did need help finding the items….. She led me to the aisle and the items. Her knowledge of store inventory saved me so much time. Family Dollar is lucky to have you!!!

Awful experience all together. Couldn't tell who worked there or not. Not sure they even wore uniforms. Needed to use restroom because I became sick. Both were out of order. Staff was not friendly and followed me around and then outside as well. I had items to purchase I chose not to due to the way they treated me I will not be coming back.

Very dissatisfied with the service lately. The store is clean and well stocked, but there's a new sales clerk that is very rude. As I checked out today, I stated that the card reader never lets me finish putting in my phone number. She then paused, looked at me like I was stupid and proceeded to say "are you slow?". Then she laughed. I believe she realized that it offended me, and just tried to laugh it off. This is unacceptable. I know people are people, and we all make mistakes, but you say that to the wrong person and you're looking at legal action.I will not be returning to this store for a while. I'd rather drive an extra 5 minutes to Walmart than to be embarassed like that again.

I purchased an Airship Obstacle Avoidance Drone. ($25) This devil toy...flew directly at my grandson and got caught in his hair and we had to cut it out. I tried to take it back....I was not in the door good and the cashier yelled at me that they do not take refunds. I left the toy on the counter and walked out. I called the manager, the district manager and neither apologized for the un-professionalism and seemed to care less. The manager to least said call the district manager....but I will no longer be a customer or Family Dollar or Dollar store (same people). Terrible policy and terrible people.

Poorly managed.. no attention to detail. Trash outside is always overflowing.. door windows dirty. Entryway is filthy. Not a welcoming appearance and you haven't even made it inside to see the clutter throughout the whole store.

Store has a lot of products for all areas of your life..from toothpaste to drool covers for pillows. Huge selection of toys...lots of hot wheels. Place is packed full...not a lot of extra room to...well....turnaround...watch where you are going or you will run into something..I did.

By far thee WORST experience Ive ever had at this location. I stopped in on my way home on 7/23/18. I checked the website which informed this location was open til 10pm. When i first pulled up to the store, one of the employee was smoking right by the entry way. As I proceed thru the door, the cashier told me right away "we close in ten mins". I was under the assumption it was a 10pm closing. I proceed to grab a basket and do my shopping since I only had a few items to grab I knew Id be quick. As I proceeded down the aisle, over the loud intercom the same cashier announced the store would be closing and for all customers to proceed to check out. I shrugged it off, only moments later to hear another employee start telling the other shoppers " hurry up and get your things we're closed"... didnt seem right. Same employee approached me and told me "hurry up, were closing now" I said " i just need one more thing if you can help me find it real quick then I'll be finished" The Employee than proceeded to tell me "no, get what you have and go". So at this point i was irritated and told him "Here then, put my stuff back and Ill shop elsewhere if youre going to rush me out the door" He stated to me "Fine, we dont want your money any ways". So then I proceeded to the same exit I saw him smoking by which by this time it still wasnt 9pm and the door was locked. I asked him " can you open the door?" which he did. I then acknowledged to him " Ive worked in sales/retail management for 7-8 years and if myself or any of my employees, I wouldnt have a job" He proceeded to tell me he "didnt care". I felt this was poor customer service and will no be returning. Also Ill be informing the BBB and other social media and news outlets of this experience.

This location don't even deserve a star at all...my husband came in to buy diapers and the female who answered the phone and cashed out My husband and threw the diapers at him no bag no receipt I called and got told I couldn't talk to a manager and then I told her I didn't appreciate her attitude and how she treated my husband and that I was going to make a complaint she then proceeded to tell me to come say it to her face then hung up on me

Spotlessly clean inside and out. The shelves are well stocked and the prices are pretty good. A lot of national brands on offer in addition to lesser known and private label products.

The store was dirty and poorly stocked and had outdated bacon and lunch meat in it's coolers. Part of the problem was they only had one person working. A sad situation all around.
