We were in Aurora for our first night out with the camper for the year and had a problem with some leakage and took multiple trips there for parts working on getting it fixed and they were very helpful and even let me husband borrow a tool of theirs which ended up fixing the problem - huuuge win saving our camping weekend! Nice selection for a small town hardware store. Great selection of ammo, I was able to buy .22 rounds when no one else had them in stock. Good prices on the firearms as well. I have gotten tools, plumbing supplies, camping supplies and drywall supplies here and good service every time.

We’re driving through, trying to get some garden stuff and my old grandpa who has diabetes wanted to use their bathroom. And the salesman just refused us to get in and telling us they don’t have one like they never use it. Very bad customer service!

The staff is always super willing to help u find what u need or give advice on whatever project u r working on. They have even cut glass on the spot for me so i could finish projects before bad weather rolled in. They truly are an asset to our community and it shows in their great care for their customers.
