The thing is, I’m obsessed with this place. The best pastries in all of Omaha (even though I know this is Ashland). I have made it a habit to go almost every single week because they have different pastries all the time.The back patio is so gorgeous. The inside is absolutely immaculate. Love this spot!

Absolutely delightful place. So many choices of wonderful pastries. I ended up getting the quiche, the breakfast croissant, and a delicious tart! Plus their signature honey oat latte!!!

Cute hipster bakery shop in Ashland Nebraska.Sugar cookies 5 starI actually don't like sugar cookies, but this made me go back to buy more to share.Ginger bread cookie 4.5-5 starSo this is one of those, maybe it was a 5 star but I wasn't feeling ginger bread day. I thought it was a bar at first with it's shape. It was a good version, full of flavor, nicely chewy (soft chew). My partner said it was dangerously addictive. It's a very strong cookie so for myself it was good with a hot latte.Scone 4.5 starThe flavor was good, but it would nice to have the option to warm it up.Decaf Latte 4 starsPricing for the latte was pretty good.Sourdough bread 4 starsPricing for the sourdough bread surprised me. Was it a good loaf, yes. Would I buy it again for that price? No.Parking is available on the street or on the side of the building. In both cases it's free.

Was definitely pleasantly surprised to find such a great bakery in a small town. I have family in Ashland so decided to stop in and grab some baked goods for the family. We had the Cinnamon Rolls and Breakfast Croissants. The pastries were amazing.. I would recommend arriving early as they do run out of some of the favorites rather early and the place is usually packed.Parking: The parking lot is one of the biggest I have seen in Ashland and easily accommodated a full house which this bakery usually has.

Great little bakery, but needs better coffee, half and half left remnants on top like when it goes bad. The pastries are awesome. They open at 8 am but the breakfast sandwiches not ready till 10 min later so don’t rush to open.

Okay, after I left Salt Creek Mercantile, I went immediately to the bakery. It did not disappoint. The outside seating area just opened and if it wasn't so windy we would have sat outside. The two young ladies that were working the counter were just a joy! It was great to know that everything is baked in house. It was spacious and cozy at the same time. Great coffees and teas. I will be back and tell all my friends.

Got there at 1pm and there was not much options left. I picked everything I could have. Pesto wheel is phenomenal. Crispy and full of aroma and flavor. I got the second one after I finished the first. Everything scone is also very good although not better than the wheel ( laminated dough bread is always my favorite). Vegan chocolate is overly gooey and sweet for me.

This was the perfect spot to meet up with friends for breakfast and a long visit! We enjoyed amazing, fluffy, huge cinnamon rolls (totally regret not taking a picture) and orange blossom lemonade. A delightful bakery with a setting of specialty grocery items available for purchase. Restrooms were quite clean and nicely decorated.

My wife and I LOVED this place!The baked goods we tried we're delicious, the coffee was great, and the atmosphere is stunning.We tried the Cherry Almond Turnover, Pain Au Chocolat, and the Raspberry Cream Cheese Bun. Each was sweet but not too sweet. They were all so flakey and soft!Honestly craving more as I write this review!We got a Salted Caramel latte and it's got the strong coffee flavor, which I prefer in a latte as opposed to the overly milky taste you get at some other places.I could go on; the staff was nice and helpful, the music was a good volume, the decor is beautiful.It's definitely worth the drive in from the surrounding Omaha, Lincoln, or Fremont areas to give this place a try!

We normally love coming here. The food is excellent, the atmosphere and the service. We drove out of our way to get coffee and were there about 10 minutes prior to close. They said they couldn’t do coffee because they had shut their machine down already. I know we arrived on the later end but we should be able to order coffee until the moment the shop closes. Very disappointing this go around.

Best croissants west of the Atlantic? Maybe! But ABSOLUTELY the best I've found in Nebraska. This authentic European bakery has reasonable prices and exceptional diversity and quality in their offerings. The "Norwegian Rye" goes great with sweet cream and brown sugar as a heritage breakfast food, by the way. Just like grandma used to make!

I drove over an hour just to visit the bakery last weekend and it exceeded my expectations! The aesthetic itself is so charming and peaceful. The employees were so friendly and the pecan roll that I ordered was out of this world! Fariner Bakery is definitely worth the trip! I will be back again for sure!

Food was great! We were staying the week locally and was delighted to find this bakery. We even found our selves going in the morning and evening on a few days. The cinnamon roll was the perfect amount of everything. The quiche and chocolate croissants were tasty. We enjoyed getting an iced coffee in the afternoon.

Delightful place! I’ve gone out of my way to visit from downtown Omaha multiple times because it’s such a gem. Cool dry good options for sale, lovely seating areas, good drinks and pastries. I recommend to people often!

This is a cool bakery in Ashland. Absolutely amazing that this building was a literal eyesore before it became Fariner Bakery! I am just a delivery guy in Ashland but the employees are always so friendly when I drop something off. I am so grateful for their kindness! I love the hot chocolate and cinnamon rolls! I’m not a coffee drinker but my wife is. Whenever we go to Omaha, from Lincoln, she will ask, “can we go to Ashley’s (Fariner Bakery) so I can get a coffee?” She loves the coffee. We ALWAYS end up getting brown butter cookies and a cinnamon roll. So yummy!!! We also have purchased the sour dough bread. Also delicious!! Everything Ashley does comes out perfect! She’s just a 5 Star Girl with a 5 Star Bakery!!!

A delicious selection of pastries that is constantly changing. They also offer a wide selection of foods and wine from local small town businesses. Enjoy a latte and scone either inside their charming store or out in their cozy outdoor patio. Definitely my favorite bakery!

Beautiful bakery. Pastries are tasty. Coffee was watered down. They add in the cream for you and because they probably open and close the cap of the cream over and over, the dried crusts of cream gets dumped in your coffee to create weird flakes of dry cream which is a bit off-putting 🤦🏽‍♀️They seem to be setting up even after opening at 8a which made the ordering experience subpar. The staff was efficient and attentive, but they probably need a good 10 more minutes to be ready to serve customers. Breakfast sandwiches were not ready at opening so I had to go back to order it when the staff was finish bringing the breakfast sandwiches out.Dog friendly, signage asks that you bring your pooches to the back patio.

The atmosphere was very charming. However, the muffin I ordered was very cold and in the middle had a frozen blueberry. It was disappointing and I felt this was careless on their part.I had a bite of my friend's chocolate croissant and it was delicious.
