For being a small store I was very impressed with the variety of item that they had. I have seen larger stores in other towns that had a third of their selection. The people working there were friendly and helpful.

Best customer service. Real helpful folks, they know what you need even if your not sure. They're very knowledgeable about how to go about fixing or building whatever your planning to do. Best hardware store in town.

Everyone is very helpful. I went in for filters for my furnace. They came over and made sure I got the correct size.

Very poor customer service the place is trashed and I pretty sure it's illegal to smoke in public places all in all if their was a negative star I would of picked it

If Bernie's doesn't have it, you don't need it....meaning if you need something and no one else has it, check Bernie's as they'll more than likely have it
