An easy and affordable way to get packages that won't ship to Canada. Pleasant staff and often a friendly office dog to greet you. Have used them several times without any issues.

Very expensive. $50 USD for 1 night or 7. Why not charge $15 or 20 per night. Big ripoff in my opinion.Yard was not very flat and was tricky for RGN trailers to move around. Should be graded and leveled.

I have been using them for my business, every month, for over 5 years now and they are always 100% perfect. All the people working there go above and beyond. There is even a bank machine in the entrance when cash is needed. Keep up the great work!!!

I have been getting skids of goods from the same wholesaler sent to Montana for years....I used one company for these years, then switched to these guys as their hours suited me a little better. My first shipment with them I was short qty, my second shipment same thing ! In the many dozen shipments prior to (and subsequently after) my shipments were (and are) perfect.....It is obvious someone there steals stuff from large retail orders when they can get away with it. I emailed them in regards to this, but never heard back. If they are able to reply to this I bet they do.....

I am so impressed with the service I have received at At the Border Storage in Sweet Grass, Montana USA. I have had quite a few items shipped to them in the past year and am thoroughly satisfied. They offer top notch service and are always so friendly and polite! I would strongly recommend their service to anyone and everyone who needs items shipped from the U.S. to Canada.

99% of the time, you can get in and out with your package(s), in just a few minutes with a minimum of hassle. Gets pretty busy around Christmas, so give yourself as big of window as possible for pickup.I don't love the flat fee per package. It'd be nice if the fee was at least partially based on the size of package. It bugs me when you make a big order with Amazon and they split it up into a dozen shipments. So instead of paying $5 to pick up one package, I have to pay $5 x however many packages Amazon decided was necessary.

Polite. Even when our shipper misspelled our last names they found our parcels quickly. Brought everything out on a wheeled chart to make it easier to load.If you are coming when there is snow on the ground beware that loop Rd is frequently over blown and messy.

Nice facility and staff. Our item was in good shape and handled with care.I believe the incoherent comment from "doug kirkman" refers to the fact that the facility is closed on the weekends, except the first Saturday of the month. If in doubt, phone ahead before making the trip.Terry from Calgary

this is great way to save money and time for shipping. however it only applies to people living in 1.5 - 2hrs away from the border unless the shipping fee is too expensive to ship to your location.

Used them for years, great service and staff. Would wish they can extend their Saturday service. Maybe pick a weekday to close in loo of opening on the weekend??
