I called to let them know that my mother was flown out and in the hospital in Billings. I did not ask about my mom's bill. I just wanted to let them know that I am not sure when she can pay on her bill. The lady I spoke to kept telling me SHE cannot give me any info because I am not on her something. Anyway, I advised her that she is in the hospital with cancer and I am not sure when. But the lady asked me WHEN will she be able to make a payment. I told her I am not sure, can the phone be put on pause or something for now?...needless to say, she wasn't very polite in my eyes...I do not know if mom's phone is shut off yet 🤷‍♀️ but I was being considerate in trying to let the lady know why mom hasn't paid as of yet.

The service provided by Ludell Heaton is phenomenal. She goes above and beyond what I previously expected. We just moved back home(I retired from the Navy in 2019) and the previous service provided where we lived at looks like a small fish in a big pond compared to what we get from Nemont and esepecially Ludell. Bravo Zulu!!!!
