As always a good experience. Never had a bad one maybe once but it was understandable. Family dollar was in the progress of different management taking over. Who made improvements to the place not big ones just structure nd order. Seemed like before new management the place was all over the place and clutter around every corner.

Pretty dirty floors and couldn't get down two aisles. So many empty shelves, many items not stocked that I usually buy there. But only saw one employee in the whole store. But he was super friendly.

Easy and inexpensive shopping experience. Staff was attentive and helpful in looking for those difficult to find items. A good way to save time, considering those larger stores take quite some time to walk through much less the wait for checkout. Awesome service.

I guess the people that work that were okay. The store is a mess because they probably need help. But thanks to president our country does not have enough people willing to work .. Also there's a sign in the store that said the prices don't necessarily reflect the actual crisis in the store. Not sure what that means is to me that's lower it's higher never heard of that a sign being up telling you the prices are incorrect in the store

Isles to narrow,product waiting to be placed on shelves is sitting in boxes everywhere which is a big problem when you use a wheelchair daily. I asked when freight day was & was told it was Monday & Tuesday so I informed the clerk I wouldn't be there those days. But my husband has been there a few times & he says freight is always in the isles. It's not fair that it's expected that only 1 or 2 people tend to customers, stock shelves etc. Our valley needs something like this & I was excited but I will have to travel the 30 miles to Walmart & Walgreens because I can make my way around in those stores. It's to bad because I live 5 blocks from Family Dollar.

The worker seem to be great and friendly, but they are always under staffed and low of merchandise but I also know that is not always the employees fault or even the company with the pandemic it seems to be normal that places are under staffed and a hot mess so I try to understand that but living in a such a small town not wanting to go far or out the way for a few item/items it gets frustrating when they don't have the things I need I definitely can't wait until we get through the pandemic!

Plenty of bargains but they seem to have a difficult time keeping the aisles clear and the entire store is generally unkempt. Update. New management has turned this business around!

Visit often as I like their variety. Customer service should be improved apon. Also bathrooms are not open to public , I understand but they should post it on the main entrance doors and also on the restroom door.

I am not sure why anybody would think family Dollar was just a dollar store! Family Dollar has been around forever and head office of variety of low prices on items. if someone went there thinking they were a dollar store if they were misinformed. Although they do have many items that are a dollar their items cross many priceline's. unbelievably cheap prices on eye drops and other medications

Pretty cheap here the people are really nice but there's a stocking issue, they need more workers or something, they can't keep stock on the shelves or get it restocked fast enough plus the items are often miss priced but still recommend shopping here just check you're prices before purchase so you don't spend too much by accident lol like the soda is often not stocked next to its proper prices so I often paid more for sodas I thought was only a dollar turned out to be 5 and I didn't know till after I paid cause again the soda I bought was over a 1 dollar price tag so yeah just check the labels yourself when buying and you'll be fine lol

Been there twice second time after the new management I was worse than the first time nothing was stocked that was on the sale actually nothing was marked didn't even have a copy of the sale was told they didn't have customer copy. I go to the one in Kalispell now

The staff is great and I am sure it is more of a shipping issue due to the world on having shelves stocked. All other stores are the same as far as inventory.

Went In yesterday November 4, 2019It was dirty, unorganized , the store was a mess, stuff in isles... Poorly managed..Two employees were sitting on their butts behind counters, not paying attention to customers or cleaning the store. And they want15.00 an hour....Won't be back

Very bad customer service, prices not marked correctly at all(expect to spend at least a dollar more then what is marked) the fact that they photo shopped there picture tells you how fake they are

The “New Manager” my husband told her it was unprofessional for her to be taking a front parking spot and she told him “ I own it I can park wherever I want” and he told her okay just saying your making ur costumers walk okay and then he left....Very Rude Of Her To Talk To Him Like That But whatever she OWNS IT!

Bought a shirt wore it once washed it and it fell apart they would not honor a return because I didn't have my receipt that's okay I will take my business else where I will never shop in your stores again the amount was 8.00 and since you opened I have spent over 200.00 so I will eat the 8.00 and spread word of mouth u don't value your customers
