This was our very first stay at an B&B and it was wonderful!!!! It was during Covid so the owners made sure that we were the only ones staying the night. The house is ever so charming , very comfortable beds and everything you need you will find. Breakfast was amazing with Daves homemade bread with his secret ingredient. We were looking for land to build in Philipsburg and Dave and Davee were very informative about everything we needed to know. We will definitely be back to stay again..

Comfortable, lots of books to pick up, accommodating, and the breakfast was truly outstanding. However.... While Davey was a pleasant and attentive host, her husband Dave's penchant for sitting down at breakfast and monopolizing the conversation with crazy, paranoid critiques of the world, such as how "rag heads" are taking over America (which was the tip of the iceberg) was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Due to limited lodging options in the area near our worksite, a colleague and I had to spend a few days at Quigley quietly biting our tongues so as to not bolster the idea that Dave expressed a few times: that youngsters have no manners. In sum, it was a bizarre and upsetting experience mediated by delicious food, a good mattress, and decent shower head.

What a wonderful B & B! I have stayed with the hosts, Dave and Davee, several times over the last few years. Their company is always a joy and their breakfast is fantastic! Every guest that I have met there has been upbeat and fascinating. It's true what 'they' say - great hosts and great companions make for a visit worth repeating!

Our second visit to Quigley Cottage was just as wonderful as the first. Dave and Davee are gracious hosts who welcomed us into their cozy home which was filled with books, history, interesting conversation, amazing food and a warm fire on a cold winter night. They inquired ahead of time about food restrictions, and served a delicious breakfast which was gluten free as requested. Definitely worth the detour from I90 as we travel from eastern Montana to Washington state.

Dave and Davie are excellent hosts.I had requested grits for breakfast, and it came served with slices of tomatoes, some ham and a poached egg. Also, we had homemade bread, along with oatmeal, icecream on top of the oatmeal and fruit. Dave and Davie made us feel very much at home, as we enjoyed our conversation with them while eating.They put forth the extra effort to make you feel welcome. I asked for a bucket to wash the motorcycle, and the use of their garden hose. Dave set it up.Quigley Cottage is one of our favorite places to stay in Phillipsburg, MT

The Quigley cottage is very warm and inviting in decor, colors and furnishings. You are greeted by music and a beautiful landscaped yard. Davee and Dave are wonderful hosts. We felt thoroughly spoiled and the breakfast was outstanding. Their bookstore is quite something and I was reticent to leave with just two books. Thank you Dave and Davee! We will be back!❤

We did a girl trip for a couple of days and had a wonderful time at quigleys! Davee and Dave were the perfect hosts! The food and accommodations were fabulous ! The two bed private bath was really nice to have. The house itself is really cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend this place ! The breakfast was so good If you get a chance after shopping in all the wonderful stores here drive to anaconda also for an extra shopping spree. There is no tv so if you bring a tablet download movies before you arrive. There is free WiFi provided too! I’d come back in a heartbeat! Thanks so much it was fantastic!! As a side note the candy store and sapphire shop are closed on saturdays and some restaurants are not open til later in the day. There’s a restaurant called up in smokin bbq. Absolutely fabulous! We’ll be back !

Wondereful place to stay in Philipsburg. Every little detail in the house is a thought trough and they all add up to the most memorable experience. Breakfast was not only delicious, but also served absolutely beautifully. Quigley made us feel like at home.

Nothing can overshadow the fact that Dave, one of the owners of this B&B, is a racist and a bigot. He needs to be kept out of the front of the house for sure. Unless you are interested in hearing a little “raghead” and “squaw” talk while eating breakfast, I’d recommend going somewhere else. For that alone, I’d give this place zero stars, if it were possible.

This is a place you must visit when in Phillipsburg! We absolutely love it. The couple who run this bed & breakfast are wonderful people. Very well kept, clean, delicious food and reasonably priced. We highly recommend Quigley's Cottage.

Hi : My husband and I was going to stay at the Quigley B&B. We paid cash and did not get a receipt. We decided about 1 hour later that we did not want to stay. Left them a note stating that and to please refund our money. We gave them our address and phone number but never heard back. they kept our money and did not respond. How lousy is that. I rate them 00000 and I hope that others will see this. Very poor management. Cathy and Rich
