I’ve taken multiple generations of family dogs here for years and they always come away happy and absolutely stunning looking. My cairn terrier was hand stripped here recently and she is so sleek and lovely, and I regularly have them do a bath/brush on my 3/4 Anatolian 1/4 Pyrenees Lucy. Lucy is a very nice girl but she is lazy and anxious and huge and fluffy. They always make her look so stunning and they do an incredible job with managing her shedding and she is always relaxed when I pick her up. Showcase is the BEST.

I have been a customer of Showcase Pet Grooming for years, through multiple dogs, and I have always had excellent service. Their pricing seems very reasonable (especially if you factor in the value threshold of bathing and brushing a dog yourself) and they even offer walk-in services for nail trims and hair matting. They even allowed me an "emergency" style bath after my long haired dog was sick and had messed her coat badly. Finding a good pet groomer is not an easy task, but I'm glad that I've found Showcase!

So happy with the grooming our XL Shepherd and Beagle received! Other groomers often complained about our big boy but these ladies understand he's just a big baby. Will definitely be back!

If could give a zero I would, but it only goes as low as one. I took my dog to this groomer today and let me just tell you I will never take him again. For me, my dog is like my baby and to say that he was so depressed when I brought him home is sad. First off. They did not cut him the way I asked. Two you could tell they didn’t even let him outside because he peed so long more than he’s ever done in his life and he had to go potty. It’s really sad that they treated him this way. He’s such a good boy, but I could tell his heart was hurt. Will never ever go back there again.

They did a great job, I got lost on my way to the appointment, I've never gone to a grooming spot before. So I can't say how fair the price was, but I thought it was agreeable. Dog looks great and silky soft. Already set up my next appointment.

I absolutely love Showcase. Everyone is so nice to the animals. You can tell when you walk in and all the pets are happy that it is a good place. My pets use to shake going other places, but not at Showcase. The owner is also amazing. Highly recommend!!!

We have taken our two golden doodles here for years and always had a good experience. Despite challenges of matting, weed seeds and over-enthusiastic groomer licking, the staff has always done a great job. They take extra time when they need to and our dogs always come back showing little stress and great looks.

I go to the self grooming service they offer on Sundays, it’s always a great experience. It’s inexpensive, I get to stay with my dog the whole time, and the staff are awesome!

Such friendly people here!! Helped with the setup of washing my pup and making sure I had everything I needed.The self service baths for my pup were perfect! They had everything we needed and more to clean him up! He’s a big dog and we had no problem getting him into the tub and washed up!

Amazing place. The woman are great and very knowledgeable. Kathy,the owner, has put together a great team of Woman, that will work with you in every way. They love to explain how and what it is they exactly do, but remember it takes extreme focus for what they do. I take our dog there and Gabi dose above and beyond he always comes back looking great and days her schedule doesn't include Retter I bring him to the self bathing part of the house converted to grooming saloon. Anywhere from puppies to show dogs to bird hunting dogs to shaving cats there's nothing Kathy hasn't covered to high standards to friendly people. Seriously if you've had a problem here it's You not them.Love you girls keep up the amazing work you are all Masters in your profession all current and past Groomers.

Showcase does a great job on our tricky-haired dogs. The staff cares about doing an excellent job. I used the self-use bathing service today and it was wonderful - $12/medium size dog. Towels, shampoo, powerful hose drier, and grooming tools are available. The staff made sure I had everything I needed and checked numerous times to make sure everything was going well. I made sure to do trimming/cutting on the dogs before taking them in for bathing. The water was nice and warm!

If zero stars was an option that is what I would give. Beware of the handling of your pet here. I watched one of the groomers be so extremely rough, it was completely unacceptable! It is the worst groom my dog has ever had. The staff here is so RUDE! From one dog lover to another, STAY AWAY from here!!!

Bandit is my first dog I've had by myself and I was referred to Showcase by a friend 5 years ago. Like a lot of pet owners, our animals are our family members and best friends, so we want people who groom them or take care of them to feel the same way. I have never have felt safer with taking Bandit to Showcase. They are so friendly and professional. Scheduling a grooming appointment online is simple and efficient with addition options. I love Showcase and will always choose them for grooming and will refer my friends and family to them too. Bandit always looks beautiful and smells amazing after getting groomed with Showcase! I absolutely love Showcase Pet Grooming! I've taken my dog here many times and have never had any problems. I have heard of other people having negative experiences, but that has not been my experience at all.The online booking is not working right now, which would be inconvenient if the staff weren't so great about answering the phone to schedule. If you're having a hard time scheduling online, just call down there!Thank you, Showcase!

I took my poodle in for a face trim,feet trim,bottom,nails trimmed! I am recovering from surgery and could not get her in for 6 weeks so I took her in for that and a friend was going to come over and comb out her ears and get her clumps out and shorten her body hair, but instead they took and cut her poodle ears completely off! Lus one ear was bleeding from being cut during grooming!They were authorized to clean the inside of her ears as they normally do! Shock and unauthorized! Plus all the feet were trimmed different! So unhappy!! Never will go back!

Dissatisfied in the lack of service they offer. I called to schedule an appointment, since i is have previously been a customer of theirs. They would not schedule because they claimed I had not been in recently. Very frustrating and unprofessional, when it literally only takes 5 mins to cut my cats hair. They definitely could have made time, but chose not to. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I will not recommend them or encourage other people to go there.

Tried the self-service bath today. The staff could not have been more helpful. When I told them my dog had been itchy lately, they mixed up some hypoallergenic shampoo for him which I used right then and there. There is no time limit so you can take your time and give your pup breaks if the blow drier is too noisy or the water to scary. Highly HIGHLY recommend this place. I will be back!!

First time using a grooming service and this has been an all around great experience. There was a scheduling SNAFU but the staff were very accommodating and they were able fit us in at the last minute. Not a huge fan of the online scheduling system but it works. Could not be happier with the staff.

The ladies always do a great job cutting my little chihuahua’s nails. Usually never takes over 5 minutes, in and out quick. Super friendly staff and you can tell they truly love what they do. Would recommend every time.

I haven't been there forever. They are a fantastic facility but anymore you have to book weeks ahead for a grooming and that doesn't really fit anyone's schedule. If you want to self bathe that's about all they're good for anymore unless you have time to wait. And if you do all they're workers are super good at their jobs and very kind to us and ourd

I went to the self bathing and the staff was very helpful. I had a adult dog who has never been groomed, the staff constantly came in to check on us to make sure everything was going alright. I recommended them because of their wonderful customer service and the facility.

I have four pets that go to Showcase Pet Grooming, a long hair cat, a large husky, a toy poodle and a mini pom. They all look and feel great after grooming! It's one thing to be a great groomer (which they are at Showcase) but it's another to love animals and everyone at Showcase LOVES the pets they groom. I know they treat them like their own and I never have to worry. I have "special needs" pets that are older and have joint issues that have been hurt by other groomers, but never at Showcase. I will always stay with Showcase!
