I love shopping here. Prices are decent, good sales, and products I like.Last week I was here and there were some minor inconveniences, but this week I upped my rating. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I spent more time to find a couple things I missed last visit.One thing I forgot to mention, as you enter the mall there is a fantastic odour coming from Scheels. Try the roasted nuts; my favourite are the pecans. I tried some last week and this week I took advantage of the three pack deal to share some with my traveling group.Always my go-to store when I'm visiting Great Falls!

Purchased a gps and I asked the sales person specific questions about the capabilities of the gps. Once home and the gps updated I found that it did not do what I had asked the sales person about and I was out $400. Scheels contacted me and spent quite a while on the phone trying to get the GPS to do what I needed , unfortunately it would not. I returned it with no issues.. They were a big help and very nice.

Very impressive customer service! Had a problem with a kayak that I purchased from the Scheels store in Great Falls over 2 years ago and Brian went above and beyond to make it right. Very rare these days for a company/employee to be a customer advocate like Brian and Scheels were for my warranty issues. Keep up the outstanding customer service! I will be a returning customer for many years to come.

Let your departing employees have the opportunity to express their highs and lows of their experiences in your employ. An exit interview is how your management improves. Obviously, there is a large turnover within your store. Listen and learn. Isn't that is what this "teaching" store is all about?

The gun counter guys at the scheels in GF Montana is super rude. He rolls his eyes whenever you ask him a question and acts annoyed when you ask to purchase a firearm. Also he looks like that one character in the first hunger games movie that they had to kill off bc he let them eat the berries or whatever. Other than him, great place.

Not what I expected after all the hype I heard about it. The Website is amazing! I was told that Great Falls is smaller store. So I'll definitely give another store a visit!

Has everything for the hunters and anglers as well as ski repair shop, archery shop, and more. Cheaper ammo than the competitors chain outdoor store that I visited.

AWESOME! The store is massive, and with its selection of gear covering just about every outdoor activity, it's a one-stop shopping experience. It's also well organized and clean. The friendly and helpful staff is always there to help.

Very friendly staff in the shoe department... super helpful, but not pushy! Very attentive and efficient, even while assisting several customers at the same time! The front cashiers were very kind and helpful, all smiling and great attitudes! All in all, a great experience!

They priced matched a pair of Chacos, they didn’t have the size I was looking for but was able to order them and ship to my house.The size ended up being too big so I brought it to them, exchanged it for the right size in a different model at no extra cost.Scheels definitely took care of me.

This store sells probably the widest selection of gear I've seen. From hunting, to tennis, to basketball, football, baseball, shoes, clothing, kayaking and more.

Great first experience at a Scheels, very helpfull and friendly staff. Very positive environment. Went back twice in a week we enjoyed the store so much! The store can feel a little overwhelming and cramped in certain sections. Clean store with lots to look at.

It’s been a while, but I was there years ago and the security guard pulled me in to a room saying I matched the description of someone who was threatening people weeks earlier. The wanna-be tough guy acted all tough telling me to shut up repeatedly, then didn’t apologize after he found out he was wrong. Haven’t went back since during our yearly trip to Great Falls. That guy makes me laugh when ever I think of him.

Laurie was extra patient and so kind during our snow pant shopping experience. This was our 3rd store trying to find the size we needed. She helped looking through ALL racks and when we couldn’t find a size (along with kiddos being sad) she ordered a set our size right then and there for us to be shipped directly to our home. So kind a made our visit more smooth.
