If I could give a 'no star' I would. At one time I was very impressed with Power Pro. That's long gone. We own a Tree Service, therefore, we own numerous Saws. That APPERANTLY does not matter. Talk to you like you are dumb and can't possibly know anything about anything in the store. On top of that, they like to not only NOT do what you ask them to do in regards to repairs or tune up wise, but they also like to do things you DIDN'T ask them to do. Not a courtesy call,not a nothing. And then they slap you with a surprise bill that's hundreds of dollars more than what was originally agreed upon. Then hold your equipment hostage forcing you to pay the bill.Screw these guys. Never again will we give them our patronage.

Ordered a zero turn lawn mower a month ago. At the time had excellent service and knowledgeable people helping. They told us we would get $300 off. I HAD TO CALL THEM TO SEE IF IT CAME IN. They never called us. Went to pick up today and they told us we didn't get the $300 off. Their word is not very good. Didn't really care if we bought it or not. Service was very poor.

They are not truthful.was given many dates when it would be done but none was the truth. What they said would take 10 days took a month.without even and apology. They say there to busy so if I were you I would help them out by not giving them your business

Good guys there. Had a carburator problem on my snowblower. Took it to Power Pro, lickity split they had it back to me, all fixed. Price was a lot less than I expected. A Real Keeper!!!!!!!!!!!
