Small location but clean i mean real clean specially outside. It’s actually great to step outside to walk around its across the airport but still its great to stop at and do a 34 hrs break oh and also the shower is clean and has hot water i has shower 2

Very good travel stop, new and clean. They have 2 small off leash dog park, one for dog 30 lbs and smaller and the other one for larger dog, so handy to give our furry friends room to play when you travel the Interstate. Staff is friendly. Will be our new favorite travel stop area around Great Falls. Our puppies definitely liked it!

Great experience at any Loves Travel Spot.Showers are a good size and clean.The only downfall to Loves, is they only have fast food available. It would be fantastic if they actually had a sit-down restaurant. Being on the road all the time and only having fast food all the time sucks.Friendly staff, thank you.

I had an issue with the washer mashine this morning (Febr 25th.). Staff were very helpful and they've resolved my issue, even though, they were busy serving customers. I appreciate the effort they've made that morning and I was happy to receive excellent and friendly service. Big THANK YOU!P.S store, restrooms and showers are extremely clean, definitely will visit again.

Gentlemen named Rob went above and beyond to assist me during my visit. Shower systems were down at the moment and he personally made sure that my shower was clean and maintained before letting me in. If he is not already a manager, he deserves a promotion!! Very nice and Professional unlike other trucks stops that don’t care about drivers.

When you are coming inside to take your fuel receipt in box, usually it's not there. When I asked to get my receipt, the cashier stopped all her activities and was trying to explain me that I should stay in line and wait. I said it's not right, I can't wait and receipt should be in box and ready for pickup.Finally, she printed it and said:NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!!!!!Are you serious guys!!!!!!

This place is a joke, we stopped for our manifest and coffee refills, the lady behind the counter couldn’t figure out how to keep the refill and manifest receipts separate, you have a walkout option on the app for refills but she couldn’t figure that out no matter how we tried to show her, than got rude when we tried to explain the Love’s app to the young man working with her. The only 4 good employees that work here are the man and lady on grave yard shift the poor young fella that had to work with the woman mentioned above and the Godfathers pizza employee, I believe his name or nickname is Boomer.

This place is sketchy! I was 10 mins in my shower when someone open the door, not once, but twice. Luckily there’s a secondary lock inside that kept the door from swinging wide open. Once, I understand mistake, but twice??? If the system is not working properly, You should knock before entering, instead of knock and open the door right Away? Sketchy

Dog park!! This is amazing. Always stop here in great falls for the pup. And it’s clean and maintained.Also the cleanest truck stop I’ve been in. The bathrooms are always clean, the shopping is so organized and stocked well. Even the coffee stand is perfectly organized creamers of many flavors. The employees seem to care to maintain the store. Loves I hope you give them a raise!

Super nice loves because it's new but make sure you bring quarters for laundry and realize there's only one washer and one dryer. Parking is usual for loves and not many spaces. People are nice and it was nice they had food all hours of the night. Lots of fruit and veggies and crackers and grapes etc. Thanks so much !

Pretty clean showers, very spacious and they provide towels and hand soap. Not cheap showers at $14 each, could definitely do 2 people in one shower to save money if you’re a couple traveling together. As far as I know there’s no time limit. Not busy on a Sunday night, and really friendly service.

This i actually pretty amazing but a few years ago I actually reached out to Loves about building a new truckstop here in Great Falls, MT as there are many trucks fueling here going to and from Canada. I don’t know if it’s coincidence or if they listened but regardless we now have this awesome place to stop.Thank you Loves!

Very very bad experience with the staff all the time lady named “Tracy” showed me to much attitude all the time she was busy with her own friend and she don’t even pay attention to any customer. I wait for 1 hour for one print out and she just keep ignoring for it and even though i was able to see my email on front desk screen on her back but she kept busy with her friend. Note for management ; Pay attention to your staff , we travelled for this stop for better stay but it been happening from last one month
