Rv windshields can be a difficult job to replace. The technicians at Glass Doctor did an excellent job. The tech's found out my only transportation was the RV since I live out of town. So my time was going to be spent in their customer wait room. They cut my wait time down by working straight thru their lunch hour. Outstanding service and quality installation. I highly recommend Glass Doctor!

Had a great experience at Glass Doctor this morning repairing and stopping the progression of a 3 1/2 inch crack in my vehicle windshield. The technician said he could repair the crack and it only took about 20 minutes. I couldn't be more pleased.

My husband expressed his concern when he saw them cut all out a windshield with a reciprocating saw. The next thing you know they didn’t have a windshield for my vehicle. They did manage to go through my stuff and mess with my radio settings. This place is bad news.

Even though they were super busy, they had me in and out. I can barely tell there was a chip in my window. They also took the time to look at some random parts and was able to tell me where I could go for replacements.

Had an appointment for 2 o'clock. Left work early to get there and was told they were running behind and not sure when they could get to it but it'd be sometime before closing. Would have been nice to get a call prior to going there to let me know they were not able to keep my appointment or a call to reschedule my appointment.

Had my driver car window done by them after it had been broken into when I got it back front them it still had a ton of glass in the door the refused to vacuum it out instead just wanted to spray foam in it there was scratches all over the door from were they were prying to get the door panel off the crome door deals were sratched when I spoke with the owner he kept saying he didn't see anything and refused to acknowledge there was even a problem with the service I tried to reason with him he refused when I stated that I would not be coming back or recommending anyone he didn't care he said ok that's fine I don't care don't need the business anyway. The already bad situation of having my car broken into went even worse by taking it to them to be repaired and the owner didn't care his employees damaged my car even more.

In September of 2019 I received a rock chip on the windshield of my 2018 Chevy pick up. I arranged through my insurance to have Glass Doctor in Great Falls Mt to do the chip repair work. I made an 8:00 am appointment and arrived that day promptly on time. The glass repair tech took the truck inside soon after arriving. The worker in the office had major difficulties figuring out how to complete the paperwork and process everything through their computer system. It took over an hour to get it completed. The guy up front (owner/manager) was no help and was on the phone with someone and more concerned about getting the tires rotated on his Corvette. He at least took the time to help the other person figure out how to print a receipt out in the printer after he spent another 10 minutes not knowing how to get it to work. Total time was an hour and a half with me being the only one in there. The work was done but not all of the chip was filled in which was obvious from looking through the inside. In December with the first cold snap the cracks went all the way across the windshield. Their warranty policy states they will refund the repair amount back to the insurance company. Now I am stuck replacing the windshield out of pocket since a claim had already been made for that incident. It appeared it was mostly new help and the manager/owner really didn't want to be bothered training them properly. Go to a different place where they actually know what they are doing and actually care about the customer.

Used to live here but was traveling from out of state and got a rock chip. I called and they told me to come in and they will take care of us in 20min. Also they mention no charge because of USAA. Excellent service will recommend anyone with a rock chip to use these guys.

We had a side window on our rv implode while on the road. NO one was able to help us until we spoke with Ray. He had us replaced with new glass almost immediately and reasonably priced. He went through all options and we gladly took his advice which saved us quite a bit of money. Thank you for all your time and prompt service,don't know what we would have done being it was the drivers side.

We were on vacation and had gotten 2 chips in our windshield. We were about to head home so we decided to try to have them fixed. Glass Dr. got us right in! They had our chips fixed in 20 minutes and we were on our way. Everyone was masked and careful to keep their distance and sanitize also. It was a very good choice to go to Glass Doctor.
