I can't say enough good things about this company. After looking at horrible reviews for the company the funeral home referred me to for keepsake & cremation jewelry, I found Everlasting Memories & am so grateful for the work they do. I ordered several items - the Solid Silver Remembrance Fingerprint Coin, the Double Print Women's White Gold Ring, and the Silver & Black Drop of Hope Necklace. The quality of each item was outstanding & simply beautiful. The whole process was made simple & easy, which is a huge blessing during a time of grieving. I had my husband's prints from the funeral home, and they sent me a collection kit for my own, as well as a ring sizer. Production & delivery was incredibly fast. I had contacted them to inquire on the status of my ring, and although not expecting to have it in time for the service, preferred to have it by then. I received an almost immediate phone call, letting me know the order had been prioritized. I believe that was Thursday or Friday & I received my ring that Monday...well in advance of Friday's service. Everyone I dealt with, whether via email or phone, was incredibly kind, compassionate & professional. You absolutely cannot go wrong with such an outstanding company.

BEAUTIFUL. Engraving was perfect. I searched for DAYS trying to find the perfect necklace to hold my brothers ashes and this was IT! Great FAST service. Super quality, heavy duty. Good sturdy piece. They are in WY and I"m in OH. Turn around time from start to finish was like 10 days tops. Highly recommend.

Beautiful piece. Very quick turnaround so even though I ordered it late, it was here in time for my daughters birthday. Super attentive customer service and much less of a wait than some of the other companies we looked at. My daughter absolutely loves it and it is such a special way to have a bit of her grandma still with her.

For Evrmemories and Hallie (4 stars):I lost my dear cat and soul mate recently and wanted to find the best and most dignified urns and urn products to honor him.I’m in Canada and have the options I found here did not seem to match what I was hoping for (urn jewelry, etc).I found evrmemories by a web search for memorial items. I’m always cautious especially when ordering from another country. Hallie at evrmemories was amazing with her prompt replies to my questions, her empathy and her talent in helping me pick items. Hallie and her great customer service were the main reasons I made my purchases.For the items themselves and shipping (1 star):The items arrived separately from different locations and arrived later than expected after I chose the highly expedited usps service. Customs processing may have contributed to the delay and I did receive an unexpected $37 customs charge to receive a jewellery item.My biggest disappointment was the condition upon arrival and the packaging. After spending over $700 Cdn on everything I received the large urn in a non descript box and the small jewelry items were in inexpensive jewelry cases and as seen in the picture arrived shattered and bent. The upgraded chain for my pendant was just in a simply tiny ziploc type bag. Perhaps I was expecting too much but it just didn’t match with the amazing service by Hallie and the nice catalog photos and descriptions.

Keith and the team in everlasting memories makes the process so quick and easy. They were so responsive to my questions even before I placed my order. They work with you to customize your item and create beautiful and quality keepsakes. I bought two Ash with fingerprint pendants that came out beautiful. I didn’t want an ash vial pendant, I wanted the ash incorporated into the pendant and an engraving of the fingerprint. everlasting memories was the only one that had a design that did both onto one. I highly recommend entrusting your loved ones’ ashes for keepsakes with this company.

I recently bought a necklace in honor of my mom who passed away almost a month ago. The necklace is beautiful and the customer service was amazing as well. Hallie was so kind when I had a question in regards to the necklace. I also upgraded the chain and it is good quality. Would definitely recommend.

Love the piece but crushed they skipped my engraving request.updating as of 1/17/24- some responsibility on both sides. I clicked for no engraving but provided the initials. No one caught that on my end. In order for me to have it engraved, I had to pay to ship it back to them, pay for the engraving, and pay to have it shipped back to me which ended up costing closing to $70 extra. I was disappointed in how this was handled, BUT when contacted about my review, the company admitted fault. I have purchased from them in the past and will do so again.

My order was correct, delivery was quick and the packaging was sound, every piece protected.I was very pleased with the attention that was provided throughout the entire process of ordering and delivery. I bought a bereavement bracelet for my husband after his dad passed. It is lovely and he was very pleased with it. The band has leather and plated links. The links can be removed to adjust the size so I would imagine it would fit most people. It arrived promptly and we had a good experience with this company.

When we received copies of my mom’s finger prints from the funeral home, we were so worried that they were too fuzzy to use for a memorial. Hallie was so wonderful. She was able to clean up the print and they look beautiful. She was patient and reassuring through the whole process, and they were so quick at both processing the order and responding to communication. Thank you for preserving our mom’s finger print. I can’t wait to get our coins. They will bring us solace for years to come.

Honestly? I was surprised-blown away! I did not expect the photo engraving to look so good. It was so good I bought another for me and one for my grandson. Shhhhh, I’m ordering a couple more! They were so nice and well, I would’ve waited longer for a quality memory piece but, I didn’t have to. I recommend this type of memory keepsakes for those who are not ready for cremation jewelry and especially for kids. And as I said earlier, I’m getting more so…definitely shop here. 🏽

I ordered an urn pendant off of here to place the remains of my guinea pig who recently passed away. I love it that way I can carry my guy along with me everywhere I go. I got his name engraved on it and the engraving is very light and discrete. The only downside of this product is it seems to scratch really easy, there are a lot of little scratches already. I’ve only had the product for 2 weeks. Also, once you put remains such as ashes in, it can get a little heavy for a necklace.

I am really pleased to write this very honest and heartfelt review. We recently had to provide end of life treatment on our two 12 year old bulldogs. Their passing left us heartbroken and shattered. My husband wanted something he could wear that would hold ashes while also looking fashionable. We chose the Tristan leather bracelet with an engraved name-plate. The order processing was very easy and it arrived rather quickly. Unfortunately when it arrived the package was missing the filling kit and instructions and the engraving was faded in certain parts. I immediately called customer service and to my surprise they had a live answering service - important it was January 2nd so many businesses were still closed for the holiday. I left a message and supplemented the same with an email to customer service with photos (just to cover all bases). What happened next was even more a surprise. I received an immediate reply with the most sincerest of apologies. Hallie acknowledge the error, didn’t make any excuses, and made it right. Then she went above and beyond by asking if she could send us a small gift in addition… needing only a photo of our babies. (We actually shared a few emails back and forth with her sharing pictures of her own bulldogs). I told her I didn’t have a great photo of them together but each separately. I sent them not sure what exactly would come of it. Three short days later, we received our replacement bracelet (perfect this time) with the filling kit and instructions. As for the gift - a stainless steel keychain with both our babies faces etched to perfection. Their expressions captured right there!!! My heart swelled and tears were unstoppable at this point. I really wanted to provide this detailed review because I believe it is the kind the reflects the true heart and professionalism of this company. Things can go wrong and that is when you’re character is best revealed. Everlasting Memories not only offers great product(s), which they clearly do, but they also treat their customers like gold!Long review but they deserve every kind word!

I ordered the blue butterfly urn necklace. Shipping was fast and the quality of the piece is superb. My only complaint is that the urn portion is too small. But I still love my necklace too much to give it a low review. It would have been nice to see more details in the review photos though.

Ordered a gold colored cross necklace for a friend who's son was killed two years ago. The website was well laid out and easy to navigate. The engraving on the cross is beautiful. I found Everlasting Memories using Google search. After checking many sites, this one had the best reviews, product variety and pricing. I was not disappointed! I called before ordering jewelry and the representative on the line was most helpful and patient with me after recently losing my husband. I purchased a 14k Italian Horn and when I received it I couldn’t believe how beautiful and heavy it was, such a wonderful piece to save your loved one in. I couldn’t be happier with their product. I had a great experience with Everlasting Memories. I was interested in one of the letter necklaces but wanted to see a picture of it in someone’s hand or on someone to get a better feel of the size. I called them & although they were very busy they emailed me a few photos. It was really helpful in me making my decision to purchase.
