I stayed here with my husband for 4 months while I was doing a travel nurse assignment in Browning. We absolutely loved staying here. We usually showered in the facilities provided just because it was easier for us to do that. The shower facilities were always clean and safe. We met so many wonderful people. John and Shelley are still friends, and we ended up enjoying getting to know them quite a bit. We can’t wait to make it back up that way someday soon.If you’re a travel nurse with an RV, this is THE place to stay when it’s in season. No other options for this price, and most of the other options don’t have wifi. Cut Bank has grocery stores and the essentials you won’t find in Browning or East Glacier. The RV Park is very safe as well. All in all I have nothing negative to report:)

Best option in town to stay at if your traveling by RV. Very serene and not too far from East side of Glacier National Park. There’s no sewer hookups, but the owner goes around and empties the tanks for everyone. Spacious and clean area for showers and laundry. One cabin with two beds also available.

Sunset RV Campground was a great place to spend the night! I'm sure there's more to do than meets the eye. Campsites are few and limited in space and greenery, but the canyon is a great view with a nice trail to the river. They have a huge, clean shower and laundry building. Cutbank is a nice town to walk around. I wish we could have stayed longer!

On our return trip to Wisconsin, the transmission in our truck gave out. The towing company would not transport our trailer. A friend talked to John. She explained the situation, He said 'Bring it over. We'll take care of it for as long as you need.' That was a huge relief!!! When our truck was ready for us to return to Montana to pick it up, I called and asked Shelley if she could put it in a site for the night. 'Of course! I will have John set it up.' When we arrived Sunday night, it was in the site. The next morning, we awoke to a beautiful view from the campground!!! Wild horses were running across the gorge. John and Shelley are wonderful people!!! If we get back into the neck of the woods, we will definitely stay at Sunset!!!

Awesome RV Park. Hands down the best Park owners you will ever meet. We spent 4 months here while completing a travel nurse assignment on the Blackfoot Reservation. Sunset is the best option for an RV park close to Browning and GlacierNationalPark. You won't be disappointed. We will miss this place and the owners.

Our last stop in CONUS and a good base camp for exploring Two Medicine. Park was nice with great views. Water & electric only. Expect high winds this time of year. Facilities are in a quonset bldg but very nice showers, restrooms and laundry inside. The owner (John) is a local and a good egg.

Had a great stay here. Stayed for 10 days. The owners are great people. They hosted a potluck cookout for the entire park to join in. The showers and laundromat area are very clean we will stay again in the future.

I love this park. It is simple but on a beautiful piece of land right above the river. Trails on property, down to the river and to the train trestle. Great areas for the dogs to run free. The owners, John and Shelly, are so nice and accommodating. They even hold barbecues with free food. Great location, just an hour from Glacier National Park and a couple hours from Waterton Park in Alberta Canada, with reasonable prices. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful little rv park and John and Shelly are super friendly and helpful. Laundry room is the cleanest I've ever seen. Great showers, too. And the views and sunsets are awesome. Easy drive to the East side of the Glacier. A little windy from time to time, but not too bad. We stayed 2 weeks in a fifth wheel. Thanks John and Shelly for all your help, much appreciated. And the BBQ was fun. ❤

Awesome RV Park. Level spots, 30 or 50 amp. Pretty views and nice and quiet. The owners John and Shelly are so nice. We wish them all the best in years to come. We spent 2 days GNP but it was nice to come back to a quiet park away from the hustle of GNP but still be close to nature. Thanks for a great time, R&D Migz

This was the most amazing campground we have ever stayed at! Not only was it a beautiful campground ran by an amazing couple, but we also made lifelong friends with them while staying there! My husband and I travel for work in a camper and have stayed at many campgrounds and this is the only one that felt like home! They are so easy going and down to earth and just amazing people! The showers were clean and so nice, the washer and dryer worked so well and they even switched my clothes for me when I didn’t make it back fast enough from town and they were so nice about it! They are understanding of dogs! I was pregnant in my third trimester while we were there and they were easy going about me letting my dogs out as long as we picked up after them and watched them closely. If you respect the rules, they are more than nice to you! Other campgrounds just aren’t like this one. I wish we never had to leave! I will keep in touch with the owners as we are now friends with them! Cannot recommend this campground enough! Love love love John and Shelly!

I was exhausted after a long day of driving. Reluctantly I stopped at this campground. But for $25 it was the best investment I've made! I was given a great little camp site for my tent tucked away in between these extraordinary ancient rocks. The showers and bathroom were amazing! Everything was clean and tip top! John, who runs the RV Park, had great customer service and was extremely kind. I highly recommend this place!!!

Absolute best RV park I have visited! Owners are very kind and are constantly making the place better, and treat you like family! There’s a trail in the park that leads down to the river which is absolutely beautiful and suck an amazing view from the park. The shower/bathroom/ laundry facilities are always clean and kept up! Very accepting of dogs, which was a huge problem for us at other campground with our German Shepherd and they are very accepting, standard rules of picking up after your pet! I highly recommend staying here!

Stayed three nights, May 27-May 30. Graveled sites overlooking Cut Bank River. Very nice trail along river. No sewer hookups but had dump station. No shade. Close to Rt.2, gas station, and Albertsons. 30 miles east of Glacier National Park.

Like a mini state park. Park is cliffside next to a river. Some fun rock formations and slightly hidden trails.

The property is beautiful right over the river. The view is what we expect in Montana. The town has its garage and trucks on same road so one may think the park will be as cluttered but you will be pleasantly surprised when you pull into your site. Spotless bathrooms, great laundry facilities, great place to walk your dog's too. The town is very friendly. Had a great breakfast at Big Sky Cafe!!! Very positive experience all the way around!😊

We stayed one night on an eastward trek on highway 2. The new owners of the park have clearly put a lot of effort into improving the property. The bathrooms/showers are spacious and clean. The floors in the common area/quonset hut are recently redone and contribute to the spic and span appearance. I needed some printing done, and kinks are in short supply in these parts. Shelly had me email it to her, and she printed it and delivered to my campsite. We will make it a point to stay here again in our travels.

We were experiencing extremely high winds while on our way to Glacier Park, and felt unsafe to co tinye to our place of reservation. We called John and Shelly; they made room for us at the last minute without a reservation. The wind had ripped one of our wipers off; John braved the elements and searched for a replacement.Thank you, John and Shelly, for rescuing us,, and giving us a safe haven in your lovely park!!Walt and Marla Crowder

The owner was really cool and laid back, even on the phone while reserving our spot at the last minute. His prices are very reasonable, so we stayed another night on our way up to Glacier. We had a gorgeous view above the Cut. The creek reminded me of that movie: "A River Runs Through It." It's an awesome place. The town of Cut Bank is so laid back and small town that you just don't worry about the boys running around. I'll be back.

We recently stayed at Sunset RV Park. The owner was friendly and helpful. The bathroom, showers and laundry area were newly renovated and clean. Convenient location from highway 2. The Cut Bank Brewery was fun too. Nice owner. Enjoyed our conversation.

A hidden gem! Small park with beautiful view. John and Shelly are gracious hosts. It's an easy drive to a number of scenic areas including the east entrance to Glacier NP. We highly recommend it.

Stayed a week and can recommend this park to anyone looking for a pleasant experience. New owners are open to suggestions and willing to help when needed. They also are willing to share their expertise on local events and locations that are not included on your web search. Location is beautiful and if you keep an eye out you will see local wildlife! Deer and prairie dogs! Wish we could have spent another week.
