The gentleman (I believe he is a Manager) was very kind and courteous. Thank you for accommodating us. You went through great lengths to help us with whatever we needed despite the renovations going on around. Thank you so much for your patience and getting us checked in. Beds are comfortable, room is modern and very clean. I'm sure everything will look amazing once the tiles are completely in, downstairs. Very nice landscape around the building as well. Conveniently located close to food gas and other (gift shopping etc). Thanks again for a great stay and the military discount.Walkability: Near food gas and gift and casino

My room reeked of cigarette smoke and the breakfast while I was there was a waffle maker and some random muffins. Which wouldn't be bad if they didn't specifically advertise "hot breakfast". The location is right next to a big truck stop, so there's a little bit of outside noise and bright lights from the gas station, but it wasn't too bad. Otherwise, the service was fine and the location was great. If you have something IN Columbus or nearby, or maybe you're headed to the mountains and just need a place to crash at night, this is a fine place to stay for convenience.

The rooms were recently renovated. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable.The rooms were very clean and relaxing.The employees are super helpful and friendly.Rooms: Very new and updated.Comfortable beds and chairs.Nearby activities: Mc Donald's and coffee shop right across the street.Gas station right next to hotel, with east access to snacks.Breakfast was tasty and quick and convenient.Safety: Felt safe here.Walkability: Area is walkable.Food & drinks: There are food and drinks available for breakfast, vending machines, gas station next door, mc Donald's and coffee shop across the street.

We were traveling from Billings to Bozeman on January 7th and was detoured into Columbus because they closed the road West to Bozeman. We were unaware how long the road closure would last and was worried we'd be stuck there overnight. After waiting and waiting for the road to open it still hadn't, so we started to panic and decided to find a room. I checked in at the front counter and literally right as I checked in, the roads were opened. I asked if we were able to cancel since we hadn't even been in the room, or even walked away from the front desk and was told no refund! Not to mention we had to pay extra pet fees because we had our dogs with us.Ownership has since reached out and refunded us.

Typical low end hotel for weary travelers. The staff was very nice and the rooms were small but surprisingly clean and well kept. The toilets and sinks are very short and low to the ground, very strange set up, but awkward for anyone with any height. McDonalds within walking distance but all other restaurants within walking distance were closed. Apparently they cannot find enough employees. Even the local pizza joint could not deliver because they had nobody to make the delivery.

I stayed for two nights. My room had one bed, a fridge, microwave, a desk and office chair, a small table and two chairs, a bureau, ironing board and iron, bathroom stuff. The breakfast selection is pretty limited right now but they do have breakfast sandwiches and yummy muffins as well as the standard hotel waffles, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, two types of juice. My window overlooked the gas station. The AC and heat worked and the window opened for fresh air. Nice to be able to walk right across the street to get a coffee at the little coffee hut there! My room was very clean and I thought all of the people working were nice.

Giving 4 stars because there is a strange smell when you walk in. That being said, it is the best hotel in town to stay at. It's in the middle of nowhere and right off the highway. They have a simple breakfast included and the rooms were clean and well kept. We had a fridge and microwave too. The shower had good water pressure, which is something I appreciate when staying at an older hotel. If you have to stay in Columbus I would recommend this place.

This lil place is amazing!My wife and I experienced the Cleanest, most comfortable room we could imagine!The staff are very welcoming!Most importantly is how they make the most important member of our family feel especially welcome, that family member is our dog!!!Yes. Will stay again!!

Consistent and clean. Nice parking lot with outdoor outlets for diesel trucks to plug in if needed during winter weather. The staff is friendly The only item to be aware of is the lack of elevator so if that matters, make sure you specify your room location request when booking

This was a great stay for me and my family. The staff was super friendly and considerate to our situation of hurricane Ida. The rooms were very clean and well cared about. They have a nice grab and go breakfast bar. If that's not enough they have other options in the same parking area. I forgot to mention it's pet friendly and affordable; something that was hard to find sometimes. Thank you Mr. Ross for all your help and kindness!

While many Super 8s are rather tired in our experience, this one was clean, well cared for and attractive. The desk staff was very accommodating, the room were comfortable and clean and the breakfast well done with a good selection of packaged entrees as well as the waffle grill. We stayed once on the way to our destination and also on the return since we had a very good experience on the first stay.

So rated based on similar hotels... Its clean, comfortable, and nothing fancy. Its Super 8... Staff is great.If your a trucker or pulling a trailer, huge parking lot across the street owned by the hotel. There is a Pilot/Town Pump truck stop next door (same owner). I find that to be a plus as Town Pump has great takeaway meals...

Honestly surprised with this hotel. We got a room pretty late on a Saturday night. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable. The rest of the hotel was quiet.We were able to get a decent dinner of sandwiches, fruits and veggies from the convenience store across the parking lot.

The hotel is very nice, furniture, furnishings, etc. all look to be new. Front desk was very friendly as well.Hotel is located in a parking lot shared with a casino, and gas station. This is convenient for gas and snacks, but a little less so if you're a light sleeper.I would stay here again.

A clean comfortable Pet friendly Room.We were on the 2nd floor & I'll request the 1st if we stay again. No Customer elevator. Stairs a challenge for r 12 yoDoggo. The Free Breakfast was very good lotz of choices from Waffles to Yogurt & Fruit, Toast & Cereal. Juice & Coffee. Very good dark Roast coffee.Service was excellent. The toilet had to b flused twice every time but it worked.Picture of our Exhausted Doggo. Shes on her own Blanket on top of the Bedspread.

Friendly front desk and room cleaning staff! Grab-n-Go breakfast has a variety of items so everyone should be able to find something! Large convenience store next door provides a wealth of options for anything that may be needed. Next to the freeway, so keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper. TV's need to be upgraded - definitely not the clearest picture. My room had a badly stained bathroom counter, but was otherwise clean.

Huge kudos to the friendly staff. I stayed here previously and was unable to access the shower due to my wheelchair. I asked the manager (Kim) if the hotel could provide a large transfer bench with a back instead of the tiny backless tub benches.We arrived for another stay this weekend and there was a big transfer bench! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I gave this hotel 5 stars because for a Super 8, this is probably the nicest one I've ever stayed at. It's a little bit more costly than other Super 8's, but you kind of get what you pay for here. Warm cookies and lemon water in the lobby along with a Brita water bottle refilling station. The desk staff are SUPER nice and very courteous and helpful. The room was nice, spacious with no shortage of outlets whatsoever. The bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable enough, and a ton of channels on the TV as well. The AC left a little to be desired but the room temp was livable anyhow. Really though, you get quite a bit of bang for your buck out of this Super 8. I can't stress enough how helpful the staff is too...we had a bad experience in Vegas last weekend at a Super 8 and our stay at this location definitely made up for that.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. We had some car trouble and Peggy recommended a trustworthy and professional repairmen to us and got us up and running again. The lady that checked us in was wonderful with helping get our room at a very reasonable rate. They even had soup, rolls and butter, cookies, and flavored water in the evening not to mention a fantastic breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, toast, pastries, waffles, cereals, fruit, coffee, juice, and milk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will stay there again if we're ever in that area again. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Super 8 took us in when we got into a car accident and were stranded hours from home in a winter storm. They gave us a great rate and fed us breakfast and lunch! I don't know if lunch is part of the normal service or they just included us with the staff, but it was great having "real" food instead of McDonald's. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy, and the towels thick. They were the best!

One of the best Super 8's I've been to! New, clean, very friendly staff, good nightly rates. Served breakfast (I missed it because I slept too well) and allowed pets for a very small fee. Had cookies in the lobby and did a great job helping with places to eat and such. A small town feel in a spotless hotel!!!
