It’s somewhat fine if you don’t need any help. Also, the checkout gal showed absolutely no interest in her job or her customers. Anaconda store is lucky that they don’t have competition.

Good deals and great deli sandwiches I love the pretzel sandwich....... update the older woman manager with the white hair is crazy rude. We moved here and realized that we actually do not care for the place most of the employees are rude.

The layout of the store is nice. Items are stocked well. There is always someone at the register and other cashiers open a lane when it gets busy.

I was overcharged for the two maple bars I was trying to purchase from the elderly female clerk. She was visiting with another coworker instead of asking for my phone number and she proceeded to complete the transaction... which didn't give me the accurate price because it was too late for her to enter the phone so number....she was visiting with her coworker and distracted. I also stood there quite some time while the produce guy was visiting with his co-worker as well and finally had to ask him to move out of the way because he wasn't even acknowledging my presence as well....he was visiting as well with his co-worker.

The cashier's always seem like they aren't really paying attention. Some rush things along and others are lazy about it. I understand it is a repetitive job. But it is better from both sides if training covered good costumer service etiquette.

Great small-town grocery store. Employees are fantastic, never had a problem here. Deli staff are fast and accurate. Might be the only grocery store I've been to where there are never any carts carelessly left in the middle of the parking lot - so kudos to the Anaconda community as well for that.

Managers and some of the employees are rude and not helpful at all. I've been in retail for over 20yrs and customer service should be number one priority. I find outdated products all the time. Produce is pretty good. Take more care in your job and treat customers and employees alike and you could have a great crew.

This is my home town store. It's always clean and the people are almost always very friendly. They have some good deals and it's for the most part a good shopping experience. The only complaint I have is their produce frequently looks very sad, but it beats driving all the way to Butte!

It needs to be upgraded. Tight aisles, disorganized placement of items. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Crappy fresh seafood selections....but great prices on chicken. Cashier had a big fat booty that's pretty sexy

As far as grocery stores go it isn't bad. Produce is hit or miss. Rarely buy anything from their meat department anymore as the chicken is overly injected or the quality just usually isn't up to where I'd like it most of the time. Good selection of items. Deli is lackluster compared to other Safeway and Albertsons I've seen, but at least the chicken is cooked well.

First off, it's nice that Albertson's is in tiny Anaconda. I went to the deli and the young lady made my order perfect and was super nice! The cashier was also very nice and even it's a small town grocery, you can find a great selection of goods.Everyone knows each other so the atmosphere is friendly and familiar, welcoming visitors warmly.

Some checkers are fantastic, but one of the older females is unfriendly, never smikes,smiles, called me a jersey. She's lucky that I never turned her into the manager.

I hate that you never have enough small shopping carts. I leave when I can't get one and go to Safeway. They always have the small carts. The new young cashiers are slow as can be. Twice in the last two months I had to return because they forgot to put something in the bag. Nights are below 30 degrees here so it's a real problem having to go in and out because of such a mistake. Because of these things I started driving a little further to Safeway.The long time staff is great, Fast and friendly but one or two of the newer staff, The girls, they just move so slow. I've never done this type of letter before but Your store is closer then Safeway and those two things, not enough small carts and the slow moving hands of your newer cashiers is a turn off to shopping there. I'll stand in a longer line instead of going to the slow cashier. This may sound like nothing to you but I've seen others leave because of the carts. So it's not just me. One day two other people walked out because of this and we all went to Safeway

Long story short. Let corporate know about their Deli Manager (Kerri), of the Anaconda Mt store, not following corporate policies. I quit to go to another job. Came in to buy food and was accosted by the deli manager... was called a punk and she said she'll call my parole office to get me in trouble. I'll Let you decide on my experience.....oh ya the general manager (Greg)...this was a he said she said issue. Even though it was on camera.

Something in that store reeks. I am in there once a week and the smell is so rancid it makes me sick to the stomach and makes me want to puke. Don't know where it's coming from but I'm not sure I want to find the source if it's managed to stink up the entire store.

This Wed. Am I realize there will be shortages. So many times the weekly ad comes out with the sale items missing. I am on a limited budget so the sale items are really important to me. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful.

This KOA is nice. But they need to clean bathrooms more often. Make sure u bring your cleaning supplies if you're taking a shower here.

There is a checker name David today very very rude obnoxious Checker I don't understand why Albertsons hire such a person and the other Checkers there they seem so nice and pleasant I would suggest maybe to go to another grocery store if they have that guy named David working there

The problem I have with Albertsons stores especially this one here is they put out an ad on Tuesday you go in on Wednesday and they do not have the products in the ad the boys even checked the back stock from the truck that just came in and there was none on the truck either that is poor management

This is great grocery store in Anaconda. We stop in and buy a hot roast chicken and head up to the cabin on weekends. Highly recommended! Nice staff and great service.

Not sure what the corporate policy is, but most employees at the Anaconda, Montana, Albertsons are wearing masks appropriately. One checker, however, is wearing a mask but it is pulled down so her nose and mouth are exposed rendering the mask completely useless. Please instruct this older female employee as to the appropriate way to wear a mask so that it provides protection for her and for the hundreds of customers she comes in contact with on a daily basis.

I miss Albertsons in Butte but driving through Anaconda stopped in hoping to find peanut butter bars with the chocolate spread on top. They were my favorite bakery item sold in the butte store. Otherwise a great store.
