They need to not have so many employees stocking during the day. It makes it very difficult to get down the aisles to the product you need especially when there are several customers waiting in line to go down the same aisle. I spend more time waiting than I should have to especially when I'm usually waiting on employees to stop stocking so I can get what I need. They should be doing that at night. The self checkout is very fast and makes it easier to get out of the store quicker. Most of the employees are very helpful and friendly. They almost always have any product I am looking for as well. Overall positive experience.

Friendly staff, the store was kept clean, and there were plenty of lanes available when we got done shopping so we didn't have to wait in line.

What a cluster. You ask associate where something is, and everyone just pointed in the general direction. Trying to find a some plus size clothes for MIL and the selection is non existent. For a remodeled store unless you are a junior size you are out or luck.

Cashiers do not pay attention when checking you out. I was charged twice for $16.32 for an item I only purchased one of. This isn’t the first time I have been overcharged by a cashier. I will probably not be shopping here again.

Waited several weeks to post this. Customer is almost always right and this incident is borderline a legal case. Prices marked on items should be sold at the "marked" price. I'm a retail manager and I honor mispriced items on a regular basis. Camping propane "cases" were marked $18.97 on a pallet in the isle. Night Manager was called to the register and witnessed the issue, walked back to the pallet and changed the price physically on the posted sign. She returned and told me the price was incorrect as displayed and I had to pay the "real price" of $37.94. My profile on Google Reviews speaks for itself and my record at Walmart represents a dedicated customer. Training is required here for this Manager regardless of the issue. Store is outstanding, well serviced and the new changes appreciated.

I'm a trucker, I was shopping, at check out, I had some chick standing near me trying to hangout and casually act like she's not monitoring me. I bought a broom and first thing I did was Scan it set aside. She came over to me said "did you scan it"? .( which of course i did and set it aside)Now I'm pissed. I get it, I'm dressed shabby, overweight looking rough, ( but I had been parked waiting to deliver for 2 days) So I snapped at her and I'm not a F.... in thief, she was probably shocked didn't bother me again. Shouldn't judge people.

This is One backwards Walmart. Because we all know you can buy on Amazon you can buy that Dollar General . Just don't shop here. On the way in. 10 minutes to closing I want to do is pick up a loaf of bread. The Walmart employee said what do you want!!? Corona damn thing with that question. Why? he goes I just locked the doors. Can anybody say fire code violation? I go down the road and spend three times the price at the convenience store 🏪. I thought we got rid of that bonehead lack of business approach a year ago. Remember without customers, Walmart doesn't have a business. Can anybody say kmart! Now a lot of us help to straighten out the actions of many walmarts. The NFL see how Walmart's pushing up the prices. I can also buy things cheaper at the auto parts store. Overall I do support and Walmarts around. But not when they're acting like this. And of course you just have a nice day. You see I turned back around shortly after entering the store. And I'm on my way out I told him hey I'm sorry inconvenience you folks by coming here to spend some money. So I did not spend any money. I don't think a buck 50 or so is going to break walmart. After all they've got a 300% markup on many things. Some things the markup is quite a bit less. You know Murphy's gas station is a vendor for walmart. They're not owned by walmart. Have you noticed that there's more Walmart on gas stations going in? According to some Murphy people Walmart appears to be trying to push them out. I don't know that for sure. Just what they said at the Murphy's. Unfortunately I don't live anywhere near this place. All that does look like a nice town at night

It's walmart. Interestingly enough, there was a very angry man yellow the n word and threatening people and claiming the police hadn't arrested him yet so go ahead and call them you "n words." I imagine his meth had kicked in. He was yelling outside the store and kept it up when he entered. Very angry and loud, but what do you expect from walmart?

Always have great experience at this location. I'm disabled and no longer able to enter the store to shop. I am a member and use the app to oder. So easy to use . I then set a time to get curbside. The hand off is fast and I enjoy chatting with the associate that delivers my order. Thank you for this service.

What can I say about the mart that is WAL which has not been said about brand new surgical tools or post modern western skyscrapers....you know....exactly what you expect holding back on exactly zero bells and or whistles remaining ever predictable in its safety leaving the expected yet still ever present soulless remainder of zero. I've never been more bummed out to get exactly what I expected lol.... AITA here or has someone else experienced this picking up groceries over at Sam's cute little everything store he thinks will one day turn into something bigger....sheesh...silly Walton's am I right?!

The workers at this Walmart were very pleasant and as helpful as they could be but, the store was poorly under stocked with many things I was looking for, especially OTC items.

Walmart policy for covid19. Employees are NOT excused from work. Employees receive points if they don't go to work with covid19. Walmart doesn't care about their employees. They obviously don't give a damn about their customers. They only care about Walmart making money.

Store is okay , has mostly what you need , just can't stand the self checkout, either the scanner screws up on a item or you have to show your driver license to a Walmart kid to buy fuel treatment or a box of shotgun shells to go clay shooting .I've actually started using other stores a lot lately because of the Hassel, and I've noticed that there is very little difference on the prices anymore, especially on the groceries . So unless it's a must, I don't do business with them much anymore.

The remodel is coming along nicely! There's a lot of logic and thought being put into the new layout. Like items are being put with like and placed strategically in the store for customer convenience and store security. Can't wait to see the end result!

Wal-Mart trying to pretend it's a fashion store. The check outs themselves are now less inviting; less and less interaction with the cashiers. Basically the only time I interact with an employee now it's because they're trying to make sure I'm not stealing. What a great atmosphere! The dog food was shifted to the back of the store where towels used to be because I guess more people need to buy new towels more often than buying more dog food? Dog food selection has sharply decreased, price has increased. I'm constantly having to go around Wal-Mart employees shopping for people. If I could rate 0, I would.Also, impossible to reach anyone on the phone. 0 customer service.

I drove over 60 miles with a inverter that when I opened it it was used and not working. I purchase that one in Memphis and drove all the way to our camp. When I found out it wasn’t working I called the store manager and was told that this location has the inverter in stock so I drive 30 miles to switch the inverter so the kids can play games and they tell me that they cannot do any exchanges or returns after 9 PM because the manager goes home. So I decided to just buy the same model new from their location then I’m told that someone went home with the keys. Whatever Walmart I am done with you. I am only giving 2 stars because a lady did give me good customer service.

Kristine in customer service is amazing! I needed a new fish tank filter since the one I bought yesterday didn't work. She quickly refunded me and I went to grab another. The one I picked up didn't have a price so I scanned it with the app and it popped up $20.80 so I took it to self checkout and scanned it there to buy it, now the price was $30.30! The woman manning the self checkout today at 12:15p 6-27-2023 refused to price match it with the Walmart app price. So I just went back to the Customer Service desk with Kristine and she did the price match! She was so sweet and so funny, she made me actually enjoy shopping here. 10/10, give her a raise!

Trying to find ANYTHING is a nightmare! I guess change has its price, and maybe I'll adapt to it. Like I have a choice. Signs say there is a grand opening on November 5th. At least management thought ahead and will get it done just in time for the Christmas buying season. That, after all, is the primary goal of the retail GIANT! I can't wait to experience the grand opening. To see if it was all worthwhile.
