Awesome spot! They were able to accommodate my 100lb+ dog without issue. He came out of his bath and blow dry looking great and tail wagging. I could tell he enjoyed his time with the groomers. 10/10 recommend.

i took my farm dogs there to get groomed and washed. they came back shaved, stinky, and still had ticks on them. i am very unhappy and will not be back.

They are savvy over there and will care for your pets needs. Highly suggest. I got claw caps so my kitten brothers wouldn't stop shredding my furniture as they ignore the scratching post and now love lavendar scented water spray in their little faces. These women know what they're doing and instinctively know the animals they work with.

I would recommend The Dog Wash to anyone who is needing their fur babies groomed. We are completely satisfied with their care for our fur baby Daisy. She got us in quickly without us having to wait 1 to 2 months to get her in. So if you need your baby groomed call The Dog Wash and you'll be very Happy that you did.

I have taken my dog, Prince, here a few times. Staff is great, and the owner, Danielle, is great! I had an appt early in the morning, and I went, and no one was there. I contacted Danielle, and within 15 minutes, she agreed to pick my dog up from my house that morning (as I had to work). I was not thrilled about the issue that morning, but Danielle went above and beyond to correct the issue. Things happen, and I understand. I will definitely be bringing Prince back. They do a really good job!Update: Every visit since has been wonderful! 10/10 would recommend!

If I could give a negative rating I would. Horrible service, and they treat the people that provide services to them even worse. I’m sick and tired of being disrespected and mistreated at these businesses in this town because I am a delivery driver. Pathetic and pitiful.

Do not recommend! Staff was super hateful and rude! Especially the owner. This was my first time taking my dog there. Will never do it again. Staff was super rude and my dog still had dirt on her belly and they barely clipped her nails.

The dog wash is a fantastic and compassionate dog grooming facility, Miss Danielle and Ezra, first time I have taken my dog there and the caring and love that they gave my dog made me feel comfortable but I know that I can walk away and he will be safe, him being a police dog. I rate this place 10 Stars, I recommend this facility the dog wash to everyone. Thank you Miss Danielle and Ezra

The Dog wash was great! They took me in on a walk in, did a great job with my German Shepherd. They bathe him & trimmed his nails & all within a hour or so. I would recommend trying the dog wash, I know I will be taking my dog back there for his little grooming session.

I went there Thursday. That was the best place!!! Very very happy with them. Went to West Plains at the last minute. They worked my dog in. Without appointment. Price was also good. They said they were new in town. There fairly new. They also dog Big Dogs. Ive never used anyone in West Plains. Every where i called said Appointment only. But they worked her in while my friend and i shopped. I will go back.

This is the seccond time I have taken Woody our miniture party poodle to you. He is old and has a few bumps, you take care to avoid these old age things and he looks like a million dollars when we get him back, minus the fur coat. Thankyou so much for taking such good care of him.

They forgot my appointment. Waited outside for 30 minutes until groomer came back carrying a Big Lots bag. This had me concerned about the hands I'm leaving my dog in. Think I'll take my business elsewhere.

Took my dog (a corgi) there and he was shaved completely. His pretty coat is all gone . Not really sure what went wrong?? But I was very disappointed & not pleased.
