Staff is rude. The man that works the cash register commanded my mom not to answer her phone. I was the one who was calling to tell her that I was in a car wreck. Thankfully I wasn't hurt and she was able to find a ride. I won't be shopping or donating to this store anymore.

This thrift store is by far the best in the region. I used to shop at the Goodwills in Springfield and this store blows the socks off of Goodwill that has now become "GREED will". OMC gets some incredible stuff. Prices are more than fair and definitely affordable for people who don't have the big bucks (and even those who do). The pictures in the Google ad are a bit outdated so don't let them undersell what you can find at the store. The employees are great too and it is always a pleasure to go there. I highly recommend this store.

I used to really enjoy shopping here from time to time, it was easy to snag a good find or two and the employees were so polite and helpful. However, this is the third time in the last few months I've been in and it's been more and more full of stained, or damaged items that are overpriced for what they are.More disappointingly, twice now I have had the male cashier at checkout and he is very short and downright rude. There are places around the area with better quality control on both their products and employees so I'm going to start taking my shopping and donations elsewhere.

The volunteers here are so helpful and friendly. There is a constant turn over of goods and the prices are fair. Check out their weekly sales.

I love this place! Always find something great, and they play pretty good music too lol. I mostly am impressed with the clothes, I have found some pretty awesome deals on really cute stuff in great condition, and not just for myself but for my kids also!

I hate to write a bad review on any business but I had a friend who shops here quite frequently and she let me know that the store had a product for sale that I would be interested in so I ran by to take a look at the item. It was priced accordingly but unfortunately I couldn't afford it. The lady working at the store was very rude when I asked where to find the item and as soon as I indicated that I could not afford it she jumped on the phone and called someone and asked if they were still interested in the item she then called someone else and asked if they could let it go for half of the price they were originally asking and was told yes! She said okay I will take it off of the shelf for her. Mind you this all went on right in front of my husband and I. I made a complaint to the manager after I was home and she said that they have a discount for employees but, she also stated that the sales lady should not have been on the phone and that should not have been where I could hear what was going on. It's really sad that I had to experience this because my husband has battled H&N cancer this year and we are unable to go out and purchase new cloths.

It has become very pricey. I'm concerned that since this store is kept going by donations, where does this money go? Maybe I would feel better paying $5 for a used pair of shoes if I saw this organization actually give back to the community. If they are already doing this, then someone needs to make sure the public knows. But I have yet to see anything about OMC thrift store supporting back to school cloths for kids, or Christmas with a Cop program..or any of the many local charities. Local families who lose everything in house fires is another opportunity for them to help. I'm not sure what has changed, but the atmosphere of this bussiness has changed over the past couple years. Staff are not friendly, but seem annoyed by customers. Twice I have caught money errors in my purchases. Staff don't use the register to keep account of purchases, but rather count it up in thier head, and become annoyed if you question the sale. It is sad, because this business is connected to our local hospital, that strives to change it's past negative reputation within the surrounding area. Yet, no one is paying attention to this store that has the OMC name on it.

Huge clean thrift store! Wonderful selection of clothes, housewares, China, glasses, furniture. Great prices and helpful staff. Plus it truly is a charity shop that raises money for our regional healthcare system.
