Brian was outstanding. Very nice and very professional. He explained everything in detail before he did the work. He did a great and thorough job cleaning my kitchen drain. I have been in this older home for 3 years and that sink has never drained this good. He is very conscientious about his work and it shows by the amount of time and effort he puts into the job. The repair was expensive but the service was exceptional and the issue was taken care of same day on a Saturday. Everyone over the phone was friendly, and the technician, Brian Watson, was friendly and knowledgeable. He cared about taking care of the problem and educating me about what to expect. He tested our sink with me after the service to ensure it was working properly. He also let me know about after care maintenance to avoid future issues and advised us to get a water alarm for our basement. Thank you Brian!

The plumber was very good but the minimum labor charge was $199.99!!! That's insane. Granted I didn't ask first as all the other professionals I've ever called for different home repairs charged somewhere between 69 to 89 dollars. So beware.

Always a great experience with Roto-Rooter. I’ve used them a few other times for backed up drains and they were able to get me taken care of the same day. They are very respectful of your property, by wearing covers on there shoes, and taking extra measures to ensure they don’t make a mess anywhere. I would highly recommend them.

Roto Rooter service technician Brian Watson was terrific! He explained the problem and what steps he might have to take to fix it. He was friendly and worked efficiently. He found what was clogging my toilet and put everything back together. Then he made sure everything was working properly again.

Plumber Brian arrived within 40 minutes of placing the call. He was very friendly for coming out at 630pm on a Friday night. He had us unclogged in about 15 minutes. Found roots growing in the pipe even tho we had everything replaced from the house to the main line 3 years ago. He said possibly the company contracted by the county might have not done a proper repair. He said he would have someone call from the office in the next couple of days to come back out and run a camera down the line for free to see where the issue is at.

I hate leaving bad reviews because I figure everyone has bad days but I feel obligated to give a review. I had a backup of sewer in my basement on Christmas Eve so I made an appointment for Christmas Day in the 9am-1pm window. I received a message that a technician would be there between 10am-Noon. After hanging around and multiple phone calls being told still no technician available was contacted at 9pm asking to reschedule. I said of course and scheduled 8am-10am the next day. At 3pm I finally was told a tech was on his way when I cancelled when another company responded that day.The biggest thing was holding meHostage all day Christmas with no use of water or shower/toilet.

A backed up kitchen sink is never something you want to deal with, especially around the holidays. But Brian Watson of Roto Rooter remedied the situation in a way that made me ask if we could request him as our technician should we have plumbing issues in the future. Brian called to let me know when he would arrive, he was prompt and courteous, he assessed the situation and let me know what the remedy would be, and then he fixed the problem. He went over and above in testing out the drain multiple times to ensure that everything was working properly, he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, he suggested that we have the "camera team" at Roto Rooter come out for FREE to camera our drain as a 2nd opinion (we had previously had this done by another plumbing service). And as we were wrapping up asked if we had any coupons. Failing that he was able to provide us with a significant senior discount -- which is always welcome. He was diligent about cleaning up the mess that comes with plumbing issues. He was personable, knowledgeable, skilled at his trade, and someone we had zero reservations about having in our home. This is the first plumbing review I've ever left, but when someone provides stellar service, they deserve to be recognized. Roto Rooter, your company is VERY well represented by Brian Watson.
