Went to fill up tonight and as I was inserting my credit card the employee behind the speaker said "pay inside!'. When I went inside, asking why he told me to go inside, he became rather rude and indignant. I tell you, I had no problem going down the street to a different company to fill up. When I began researching this station with other "On the Run" filling station it appears to be a systemic problem with all "On the Run" stations. They all seem to have reviews less that 3.0 which of course is very poor. Then when compared to other competing brands, "On the Run" always appeared to have much lower reviews. I really think this problem starts at the very top with Upper Management of On the Run as they don't seem to care about customer service at their stations!

The employee Sarah clapped her hands at me and rudely stated that since she does not know me that I have to pay before pumping. Management needs to address and coach her on appropriate and professional customer service skills.

Clean establishment. Staff attitude needs serious improvement. The main short chubby girl who works the desk is always on her phone, zero positive customer interaction, and always seems to be negative even to her co workers. No wonder the place is always hiring.

Fuel lines were cut and fuel sprayed all over me. Not one time did they ask if I was fine the team was just made they had to go outside. Ruined my 150.00 pair of shoes.
