The store is compact which makes it easy to find items quickly and staff knows where items are. The company itself has multiple sales and specials that gets me into the store more often, sometimes more often than I usually need - LOL. Staff is able to relate to issues and has answers. Prices are slightly elevated compared to larger chains.[05.28.2022] Still a good store to shop.

For some reason it seems the staff is always in a bad mood. They have okay prices on tools but never know what you're going to get. I bought a $40 wet saw for tile about 10 years ago and that thing is still running and making me money. I also bought a $100 electric drill and the second time I used it, it started smoking really bad and burnt the motor up. It's kind of like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get.

Went to purchase a solar shed light. Price was $8 cheaper than another store nearby. Look forward to using it! Staff was friendly and helpful. Door was clean. Face masks are required but everything else is as normal.

Bought something that was broken when I got home, tried to exchange it and they didn't have one in stock. They said they could order one but would take a month. I simply asked in that case for my money back, but said I would pay a restock fee. They were extremely rude about it as I argued how ridiculous a policy is that takes 20% of your money but can't replace the item and have to wait a month to get something that I need now. They didn't care, said it was corporate policy.

Rudest employees of any store I have ever been to. The manage accosted me when checking out because I refused to give them my personal information which they don’t need. I will never ever shop in a harbor freight ever again after the way I was treated today by the store manager.

I bought my generator here and it’s a good quality. I like the prices at Harbor freight tools because they are good quality and cheaper than most other places, and they always have really great deals especially if you become a member they have deals that are exclusive only for you, the generator I bought I looked online and every other store was anywhere from $50-$100 more than what I got it here for, so I definitely recommend buying your tools, or any kind of equipment you may need here or at least check out their prices and compare them to other places they’re located right in town and I use this as my go to store anytime I need tool stuff

This store has an excellent manager/employees! I had asked her to hold a display item that was discontinued/clearance(none in stock except display). It wasn’t authorized to be sold by corporate yet, so she held it for me until it was authorized. She even called me to let me know it was available to be sold, which I went & got it that day!! Awesome! Talk about going above & beyond, especially in this day & age! Forever greatful!!!

Needs to have zero stars horrible customer service.I tried returning a well pump that we purchased an extended warranty on.First time i went in they could not find the warranty information online and said i had to call customer service to get it replaced.I comained to manager that i would have to be without the well pump for several weeks waiting on their refund check. He said he would swap it out but needed to see receipt.So i drove 1 1/2 hours 1 way the next day to pick up the receipt from our cabin. I brought it back a few days later and adifferent manager is there who refused to. So now we have to fill out forms online and wait 6-8 weeks to get refund to buy another. Extremely unprofessional. What is the point of the warranty if you have to wait months to get replacement

Lots of toys for grown kids lol, I can get in trouble with some tools, but I already have so many, even though I'm a woman, all my neighbor guys come to me for tools they need, and if I should not have one harbor freight will make sure I do. Always got good sales going 👏 👌👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ no problem with parking, handicapped entrance 👌 friendly staff 😀 👍 👌

Horrible place...in store only purchase drive 45 minutes and would not let me purchase item. Apparently you can call in and tell them to hold it , no purchase required. Kevin at wentzville said its just the way it is. No literature to read that either . Still says in stock online. They should have to change that.

Cmon it's harbor freight what's not to love! The tools are cheap but they are there when you need them, some are better than others in function and quality but if you need one that day they probably have it in stock for cheaper.

didn't have what I was looking for but the store is nice laid out very nice with a little more room to shop than some of the other stores, you should get through the aisles without bumping in anybody. and also had some Black Friday deals already set up and some good sale prices going..

Got a lot at a great price. gotta watch the flyer and the price on the shelf. they like to show the same item in the flyer twice with different pricing 1 at original price and then with a coupon. gets kinda confusing. hard to find every item that I went in for but after an hour I located what was on my list.

This is one of my favorite places to go to buy any tools. You're not going to find a cheaper price anywhere in an actual store. They offer coupons everyday on over a hundred things and they always give you something free with a purchase if you download the coupon app. If you haven't been there I strongly suggest you go.

This is one of the smaller locations I've visited, but the place is very organized and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I bought a couple of TV mounts and they were a fraction of the cost of the competition. One mount looks like a returned item but all parts I needed was in the box. A returned item shouldn't be placed back on the shelf and sold as new if it has noticable use and some parts missing or screws damaged. As for the rest of the store... management makes sure the tools and gadgets that we love from Harbor Freight are on the shelves. I will be back definitely and I highly recommend this location.

Clean store and staff was nice. Complaint: you have to tell the cashier which items are part of the insiders club pricing...doesnt automatically discount. You pay $30 a year for the membership and half the time dont even get the right discounted price :(
