Not from around here and never seen these smart check out stations. Lady yesterday added gas for me so I had never seen that I'm supposed to add my own gas. The lady today was rude, acted like I was inferior because I don't know her gas station tech lol. Then after she walk away to someone else in the middle of helping me she added that "we can't all be morning people" lady I'm 8hours into my day, YOU just started yours.

First of all, management is bad. The soda machines never worked right. The ice is always melting out of it. They can't figure out their inventory correctly. Popular drinks are never there. The new smart cashier machine is garbage. They need to just bring back cashiers. It's more efficient and gets a better bond with the community that goes in there. I've been going to this gas station since day one. sad 😔

I liked this store until they installed the self checkout machines. I was forced to use them yesterday, so I will not buy anything from them again. I refuse to scan and bag my items while staff stands there and watches me.

Place use to be good till they put the table out side and now the beggars and thieves just stare at you then scopes cars when you go inside way to go Wentzville bringing the trash in keep letting these local politicians line there pockets at the stake of the city. Please more and more and more free housing

I drive a big service truck, didn't want any gas but they lowered the gas prices so they were only letting 1 vehicle in at a time. I told them I only need to but a gallon of milk to take home to the family can I please park and go get the milk. I was told no I had to wait in line to get gas. I drive a big dual tank diesel truck, I explained I do not need any fuel. I was told to wait in line, therefore I told them I will take my business elsewhere. Pretty ridiculous

It's a normal gas station, the AI cashier system is a little odd but easy enough to figure out. Seem to have a decent selection of products.

I am glad to see that Wentzville finally has a station with higher ethanol available. I am running E15 and happy about it. I also found the store to be clean and well stocked.

This store is pathetic! Every time we come to this store for a need, because we don’t use it otherwise. We literally have to go back into their coolers to get what we need. So say we need milk?! Just go back in through the beer cooler and hang a right and there is all your product that you need. Repeatedly!! We’ve stopped in for a Pepsi, or a Mt Dew. NEVER IN THEIR STOCKED AREA. So we go back in the Beer Cooler, hang a right and get our soda.We’ve addressed this with employees. We’ve asked for a manager, and we’ve been told “they are in the back.” Yet no one ever comes out to address the situation.Anyone can take money and ring up people, and be polite and say “have a good day.” But to have a stocked up store every day and have product to the people? Obviously that’s a really hard task for this store. What is even really baffling? Most places are needing workers. So those places I totally understand their store needs. THIS STORE? Has more workers than any I’ve seen and the work is not getting done! What am I missing here? Next time I’ll post a video of how you can go into the beer cooler to get what you need. Maybe this store will at least look at the reviews and start answering to their defects! And pull it together!

Very rude! Went in there and bought 2 roller grill items and some lady stopped me and said you can’t get those they’re not done. I explained to her that they are fully cooked and hot, she went and got a man named Keith that wants to belittle me in front of other customers and cause a scene, I explained to him that I am servsafe certified and they are extremely hot and come in fully cooked. There was 4 people in the back room from the checkstand and over 6 people in line only one person ringing customers out. The cashier was very nice if I could rate him I would give him 5 stars. What happened to customer service? When workers actually understand with no customers means no job!!! I generally would never write a review but this is down right wrong...

Rebecca is a wonderful manager with a great heart. I just wished I would have left differently but life has its reasons. Still my favorite store even though I don't live there anymore due to personal health reasons

Store was a mess, one person working the register, while one older women played with sandwiches as the line grew to the cooler doors. As a new station the car wash always seems to be down. Today I purchased a car wash as one was in progress. The car in front of me was finishing up the doors came down and trapped the car inside of the wash. I tried to call inside the store several times and it rang, answered to a very loud beep, and then disconnected. The persons inside the carwash got out of his car and went inside the store to get an attendant, who was the older women playing with sandwiches. I stepped out of my vehicle to ask if this is something that can be fixed or do I need to come inside for a refund and she seemed to have no clue what to do and walked away. I walked back to my car and direct the line of cars behind me out of the carwash line since it was now closed due to failure in operations. I did speak with the young lady at the desk who was kind and gave me a refund and a free wash. However this place is still to brand new to have these kind of issues.

Stopped in at 1pm. Mens bathroom disgusting out of all paper products.Thought I would mention to manager. Was not even given a sorry. Just said well he has been there since 9am and it would not surprise him how filthy it would be.

The coffee was fresh and good. With many options. There were many snacks available, and cold drinks as well. The employee was nice, and quiet. There was a lack of music, however, so the atmosphere seemed bit awkward.

Filled two of my cars with e15 unleaded 88 but the fuel that came out of the pump contained almost 70% ethanol instead of 15%. Both cars set Lean Fuel Trim CELs and I scanned the fuel trims at over 25%. I went ahead and measured the ethanol content and brought it to the attention of the manager. I showed her it measured well above the ethanol content it should. She was very snappy in remarking "Weights and Measures just checked it earlier" which actually contradicts what the employee had told me just 20minutes before on the phone.Anyway I called weights and measures whom informed me what she stated was untruthful and that they would be sending an inspector to check the fuel. Behold the next day there's bags over the unleaded 88 pumps stating "out of service" there is no corporate or regional phone number posted anywhere and the employees told me I would have to try and look it up online. It's seems quite ridiculous the largest fuel station company in the Midwest doesn't have a good method to get a hold of their corporate or regional offices.

For a new Circle K it's unusually crowded sometimes, at times the workers get overwhelmed and sometimes leave the bathrooms a little bit unattended. Other than that they got great coffee. Gas prices are competitive. Thanks

I went in to buy a couple items. The guy at the register was rude and huffed at me when I wanted to use two types of payments. I won’t be going back to this location any time soon. This is why I prefer QT!

Pumps are garbage. The Apple Pay At the pump doesn’t work. Kept saying card declined but it worked when I used the actual card. Pumps are very slow.

It is conveniently located, but no paper towels in the bathrooms. We are forced to touch the door knobs. I normally am just getting water and it is not priced correctly. The music is not something I would want my children to listen top during a visit.
