Casey's as a franchise? Love them. I love the selections, even more now since after 11 if you want basic grocery items they're your best option since Walmart closes early now. However, this particular location on Main street in Webb City Missouri? Absolutely horrible. The cashier is extremely rude and even accused me of shorting him money. Didn't ask if I wanted to use my Casey's cash or if I had rewards. Just a jerk all around. Was to busy flirting with another customer. He definitely needs retraining. I know customer service isn't the best job in the world, I worked it for years, but is it too much to ask to see a smile and not feel like I'm the most unimportant person in the entire store? I will not be returning to this location.

Always love Casey's. It's the one convenient store you can always count on in the Midwest. Wether it's a closed sub station, or a broken ice cream machine like at McDonalds, we still love you Casey's. And who doesn't love free gas and other things, the Casey's App is amazing. There's been a few times (more than 3) that I've been in here and the parking lot looks packed! But inside there may be 3-4 customers. 🤷🏻‍♂️. But when they are busy it seems like there's only one employee working the front registers and either the line is 4-7 people long and with typing in their rewards phone number and the transaction it takes longer than normal, or. The thing I HATE THE MOST I'd when I'm standing in line and a second register opens and somebody that just walked in steps behind the one person at the newly opened register and the other people paitently waiting in line basically get cut in front of and the employee just takes care of them instead of speaking up and saying these other people have been waiting longer. They need to figure out a better method for customers waiting in line and who gets helped next, weather it be training of employees or a designated wait line.

Great team! I came in at 3 am and they made fresh donuts for my work! All smiles and met with genuine friendliness. The store smelled so clean and the bathrooms were clean. Great job Casey’s team!

Back in town for the holidays, cashier was taking her time with a couple who appeared to be friends or regulars. Complained about how this job wasn't worth it and the drive wasn't worth it for her. When I got to the counter she refused to sell me scratchers without an ID, I am clearly over 18 and she never ID'd her "friends" and she was quite rude to me. I don't mind if this is policy or if they need to be scanned but she didn't ask anyone else and neither did the cashier at the Casey's I drove to after mistakenly choosing this location.

The cashiers are much slower than gas station across the street. One lady working a register would rather talk to you and ask you questions over and over than do her job. I stopped going as often cause she always asking personal questions and doesn't get a hint. I don't want to be rude but I don't feel like telling her where my family is, how my truck is doing, where I am going, what I am doing, on and on. A simple how are you today? would be suffice if she wants to talk all the time.Their food is fantastic, and staff that makes it are excellent.

I saw how they had bugs and flys in the back when making the pizza and sandwiches, really disgusting. At least they put more stuff on the sandwiches than subway.It felt like everything is over priced. Most who worked there were nice, but one employee in particular that worked there, Marge, was rude and berated and demeaned her own employees(in front of customers)when she's not even the manager there, I've seen countless people quit because of her, no wonder they're always hiring.

I love going to Casey's. They're reward program is indeed very rewarding. I drink A LOT of coffee and every 6th coffee is free! I love it! Casey's is my daily stop for coffee and snacks. They have the best cup of hot joe around!!

I did three tours in desert Storm I have to go down to that store cuz I know a lot of mechanics down that area and I have to stop maybe get me something to drink before I get there but I've never seen so many meth heads come in your store so that's why I carry 2 / 45 Smith & Wesson's you need to get security up there for someone gets killed

I am a regular They have awesome pizza the guy that makes them his names brian also i sometimes order online which you can save $3.00They have super delivery service i called they said 40 minutes they were ringing my doorbell not even 15 to 20 min,later now thats fast lol.Anyways they are one of my favorite pizza places.Yay PIZZA

Good pizza but they stopped doing delivery because of doordash not everyone wants to do doordash and some people don't know what it is and doordash you have to pay with credit card what about the people that can only pay with cash not cool Casey's

This is my favorite Casey's in the area! The staff is so friendly and respectful. Always considerate to the customer. And the food is great!

Casey's pizza has been my favorite for a long time but idk if it's TRUE or the manager didnt want to remake it but got a breakfast pizza and it only had 4 peaces of egg and 6 slices had no egg on whatsoever and the pizzas are smaller now could not figure out how to put I picture on the review so just put it under the photos

Men's bathroom dirty and very stinky. Girl's bathroom had no toilet paper. First Casey's my family has gone too that we won't go back too. The sad thing is that this Casey's is in direct route to my parents house. We live in Kansas band I used to be a manager at Casey's General Store I know what the standards are.
