I have been taking my Airedale to Rock Tops since 2018. The last 2 groomers were so great when it came to a true Airedale cut. I just went there on Monday- now I will say my dog was a few months overdue for a cut but due to him having medical conditions it was feasible. I specifically asked the new groomer if they knew how to do an Airedale cut in which she confirmed she knew how to. I said please DO NOT shave him. If you can’t do it I’ll go somewhere else. So long story short I spent $135 on a complete shaved dog. I could’ve bought clippers and saved $100. I called and talked to a manager who confirmed they would call me back- never happened. Well they lost a loyal customer and if you have an Airedale DO NOT go to this establishment

Great place for a dog nail trim. Friendly and fast service, they were very kind to our pup also. Appointments are now needed for nail trims. I'm not sure if this will change again in the future to offer walk-ins again.

Love it here! They have a beautiful ball python who is so sweet that you can hold for $5. My girls go all the time!

I took my dog to be groomed and they did an exceptional job! The staff are friendly and helpful. Their services are very reasonably priced. My dog is super clean and left happy. We will definitely be going back!

Great stop for supplies and emergency litter for our cat. Good selection of high quality products for cats and dogs. Birds and reptiles were happy awesome selection of live bugs too wish we had a place as helpful and well stocked where we live.

Needs i say anything. The blue one "momma" and green one "pops" for my wonderful sweet momma who lost her evil bird after 15yrs who only loved her and my brother Murphy. Green pops for my honery step dad Mike who i am so grateful to have in our life as my mommas Rock during her critical illness. Pops bit me yesterday.....need i say more. Love you more than i can ever say

This place is a joke and I will not be doin any business here again! I bought 1 rat and 2 feeder mice for my ball python and didn’t realize my snake was in shed until I got back home and realized that he was not goin to eat so I called these people and Rachel told me that since I just bought the two mice today that she would take them back but told me that for future references that they can’t take feeders back! That is a ridiculous policy. Also they expect people to just give them animals as a surrender then they turn right around and sell that same animal they got as a surrender and they make one hell of a profit off it!!! If I were anyone I would take your business else where and save your hard earned money and go some where else people that can guarantee there animals they sell! How is this place still open anyways?!?!?

We buy most of our pet's necessities from Rocky Top. Their selection is great. Rocky top provides supplies and equipment for all small pets. The reps that run that store are so friendly, too.

Love them! I have a herd of 4 guinea pigs, a fish, birds, dogs and a hamster and I can find more than what I expected to fit my needs. As someone who got trapped in the cycle of ordering things from Amazon I would say I rather go here and see what I am getting and not have to wait to get it. Very pleased with the selection.

Nice place and very friendly! I took my dog for nail trimmed! Want to have my dog groom they said they don't have enough employee to groom! And they would call me for appointment haven't heard from them yet! Disappointed!

They are horrible employers as well as very disrespectful. I was employed there and the owner Tammy would consistently cuss me out and was overall disrespectful. And then she fired me both because of my religeon and because she didn’t like me.

Rocky Top Pets is my go to pet store. Their groomers do a fantastic job with my dogs. The front of store staff is courteous and helpful. I will definitely be back!
