This location and the rude staff are not at all representative of the Super 8 experience I am accustomed to. Our family likes to travel in the evening and into the wee hours of the morning, usually arriving for our stay between 3-5 am.. We have always been offered an early check in fee and granted the opportunity to stay until check out the following day. Imagine our surprise when only 7 hours into our stay we were awaken by loud knocks on our door. Before we could dress, a very aggressive young woman entered our room informing us we must check out. We hurried to gather our things. When returning the key card the same young woman stood behind the counter with her arms crossed and gave me a death stare. I did not even bother with trying to reason with someone so full of hate. Avoid this location and be mindful that sadly, not all Super 8’s are committed to the brand experience.

Excellent Experience from this particular Hotel. They came and picked me and dropped me back off when my stay was completed. The rooms were updated and modern. Everything was clean and smelled great. The hotel was in a Great safe location and in the morning, they offered a great Continental Breakfast with a smile. I definitely recommend staying here while you're in town

Only friendly to customers to get your money so that they can keep their family living in that hotel but they really don't care about customers I had an encounter with the owner didn't know that he was the owner at the time I thought he was a customer coming out of a parking spot so I blew my horn because I thought that he did not see my parked so he pulls forward then pulls backwards real close to the back of my car so I laid on my horn again because I thought again he did not see me at this time he was so outraged he parked in a parking spot real fast jumped out of his car to try to confront me I got nervous jump back in my car and call the police afterwards I got my refund and took my family somewhere else. This is very noisy place with suspicious activity.

This place was horrible brought my family there to stay while our house is being finished and it was all kind of yelling and arguing going on in the back all kind of strange activities going on and to top it off the owner was drunk which at this time I didn't even know he was the owner I thought he was some customer that was coming out of a parking spot and didn't see my car parked. He act like he was going to ram my car more than once. Then he got out of his car and tried to confront me because I blew my horn I got so nervous I had to call the police. I got my money back and took my family somewhere else. This place is only still standing because it is in our community and we helped keep it there by renting and then we're close to the highway so travelers they will stop. This place really need to be shut down they have no respect for their customers but they want your money so they can keep living in that hotel with their family.

I was very disappointed, I've stayed at other super 8 in the past,with no issues. The room was dirty, anuff so I went to local store got cleaner & cleaned myself. Before putting my belongings out . I'll never use super 8 again! The check in girl was nice that's only good thing about this experience. Breakfast was disgusting, I chose to eat at local restaurants. when I say dirty I mean disgusting !!

We stayed here for 3 days and my boss had rented 3 rooms in one room smells like sewer and the door latch is broke off. Yeah it was quite a day but once people started coming back to the rooms, it was extremely loud partying drinking couldn’t really get any sleep. Customer service was OK when you told front desk all he said was you could call us at night we will come then always down, the second room stains on ceiling fans on sheets and blankets beds hard as a rock third room. Yeah it was kind of noisy because of the traffic on the highway couldn’t open windows. They came in your room and cleaned it without permission and staying at a place for three days you would think they would go in your room when you’re gone and clean your room breakfast there’s so many people in the lobby he barely got any hot coffee they only had two types of cereal, no fruit fruit the milk with her and out of a gallon so everyone touched it

Had really great experience. Requested 1st floor room & was booked into suite for same single rate (Whirlpool tub inop which was no problem- didn’t want a whirlpool anyway) Front desk ladies were just so helpful, been traveling all day, tired as all get out. Got DoorDash to deliver Applebees in like 15 min , maybe? Felt very safe, lots of video monitoring, so didn’t worry about my safety or my truck/flatbed. Settled in & discovered bed MORE COMFORTABLE than mine at home!! Very cushy, brought my pillow in, ended up using theirs. Room was very clean, NO BUGS! I’m so glad I stayed here- been doing a lot of driving between Ohio- Colorado- first time I took I-70 route, which our roads ate TERRIBLE so my back was DYING after 400 miles bouncing on interstate because - God forbid we FIX our infrastructure, let’s give more tax breaks to Billionaires instead of fixing damn roads! So I needed this COMFY bed so badly. HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Was able to park my large crew cab truck w 28 foot flatbed without having to back up & do gyrations to get parked. ANOTHER PLUS! A+++++

After booking at a different hotel and finding it’s conditions to be unacceptable, we decided to check out the Super 8. Upon arrival the owner was out front scrubbing the outside trash can. We found that to be a good sign! When I explained the situation we were in and asked if we could check the rooms before we stayed, the attendant was more than willing to show them.The sleeping area was well kept (for an older hotel) with clean sheets, blankets and floors. The bathrooms were clean, but could definitely use some deep cleaning in the showers/tubs. I did ask for a new shower curtain for one of the rooms, and they had no problems giving us one. The hotel is completely run by the owner and his family. Every one of them were attentive to any needs/wants we had. Extra pillows, sure! Out of coffee 10 minutes before breakfast is over, no worries! They were the most accommodating hotel. Seeing them each morning working together to clean the rooms was also a joy. You can defiantly tell that they care, and take pride in customer satisfaction!Breakfast is very simple. Coffee, toast, hot waffle iron, cereal, milk, Sunny D.If you’re looking for high class, keep driving. If you’re looking for a well kept room and the best service the staff is able to give you, then I highly recommend you stay!

I do recommend this motel to anyone! Its the best in the area. Super safe, super clean, very quiet, comfortable beds. Its family business, so inside there is a very good vibe, delightful smell. They are going extra mile for every guest. Owner/Manager is very honest, fair.Also, if you get stuck in the car shop, feel free to call them and they can pick you up, take you back whenever you need. 5/5. Zero issues with them.

So, the hotel was booked up for an event in town, but the desk clerk worked with us. I use a service dog, and although he first thought we needed pet-friendly, it was a quick resolution. PLUS! They don't have an elevator and he saw how much of a problem that would be for us, and he managed to get is on first floor! Superb treatment, and the best on our entire trip. We weren't fans of the breakfast, but everything else was awesome!

This place is absolutely wonderful! The management and team are always so friendly. The place is ALWAYS clean and seems to be a quiet place to rest after a long day at work or after long rides or just because. Location is not bad either, just off of hwy 70. Walmart right down the road along with a grocery store, laundry mat if needed (there is washer and dryer on site though) convenience stores and more. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Love this place!!!Rooms: Always clean.Food & drinks: If u love waffles this is the breakfast for you.

I had 3 minutes left on my logs to drive and pulled in here… Very clean everywhere, I walk a lap around a hotel on the outside to get clues how it’s ran and was impressed here. Front desk was very welcoming and professional. Room is just as nice as the place I stayed last night for 130. The room has a very nice lilac smell, not over powering just pleasant. I’ll stay here again for sure! Thank you for being able to park my semi truck and trailer in back too, you can pull in the lot and drive out the other driveway so no need to back into tight quarters.

The bedding was filthy urine stained, we let the front desk know she gave us clean linen never offered to change for us. We had been on the road a very long time and just wanted rest, however we went to nearby Walmart and got clorox wipes to clean enough to feel comfortable enough to rest for another day of travelWorst super 8 I've ever stayed in. Took pics but can't get them on here.

Our blankets were dirty and the guest laundry didn’t work properly. The washer did not wring the water out all the way, and even after running it through the dryer twice (after hand wringing it out), they were still very damp. I spoke with someone at the front desk and asked for a refund for the cost of the washing/drying. She said that because it was the first time she had heard of an issue with the washer and dryer, she would not refund me.

We were checking in late in the evening and the "general managers" asked if we wanted a first floor room. He said all he had was a suite, but would give us the same price. A bit later my husband went to the front desk to ask a question and the manager stated we couldn't use the jacuzzi tub in the room or they would charge us the price for the suite, which he never said when he gave us that room. If we had used it and was charged an additional fee at check-out we would have been really upset. When we tried to explain this to him, he would not acknowledge he had made a mistake and even told us we had to move to a 2nd floor room. He was discriminating against my husband saying "how could you even use the tub since you walk with a cane and are disabled?" We ended up leaving and having to find a different hotel at midnight.

I walked in bone weary and was given the most courteous service and kindness. This place was a great blessing as I had been traveling through and going through some rough stuff. A clean place to lay my head was such an excellent experience! As soon as I walked in the room, the smell of absolutely fresh and clean linens hit my senses. The lovely man, his wife and family who owns it also clean it themselves. I would recommend highly! Continental breakfast is served although I slept through it. 🙂 God bless you!

Stayed there for three nights. Room was fine. Water pressure in shower was acceptable. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was an event going on in Warrenton and one in Wentzville so the motel was booked full for the weekend. It worked out for the best as we concluded our business on Friday and left Saturday morning. We would stay there again.

I do not recommend this place to any truck driver he was very rude to me he said he did not want my truck on his property this is not a truck driver friendly Motel . Being a delivery driver our company has to excess his driveway to deliver to the business next door he came out and told me I can not use his driveway and I can’t be on his property because of my truck . I pulled in like I always do he has gave us problems before . Just tonight he block my excess to get in he had no reason not to let me use the driveway nothing on camera nothing damaged I could understand if I damaged something but he had nothing so he basically said he don’t want my truck on his property I hope truck drivers read this because they understand how hard our job is to excess businesses to deliver I hope you don’t use his business either for yourself or for your family. He seems to be a negative person to be such a drama queen to a person trying to do his job . To ignore this negative situation and try to ignore it because it’s not positive to me is turning a blind eye to a negative situation which is called toxic positivity.

When we arrived management was very nice! There was a very strong curry smell throughout the building. When we got to the room it was very clean so was bathroom. The management could have came off as rude but overall pretty nice. We didn’t really see the staff throughout our one night stay but when we needed them they helped us, but seemed like they thought we were trying to steal from them. Breakfast only had two options of cereal, even though there was a pancake machine sitting on the counter. Overall nice for the price.

The beds were so comfortable. Apparently they were new beds. The service was outstanding. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Strong family atmosphere. We wouldn't mind staying at this hotel again on the trip back. Room was clean. There was waffles for breakfast, toast, and cereal. Maybe more but we got there right at the end of breakfast. There was even a neighborhood near by where we could take our morning walk.

Do not stay at this hotel. Very poor service at check-in and check out. Hotel changed the room type without notification before we arrived and when we walked into the room we found out that the King accessible that we paid for was a queen. We went back and told desk clerk and was told that OH we didn't have a king available, we asked for an adjustment and was told NO adjustment. The bathtub handicap shower wand leaked so bad that water went up to the ceiling and across top rail onto the floor. Created a terrible trip hazard for when my handicapped husband tried to get out of the shower. The room ceiling had water stains, bathroom door bottom was warped. Breakfast had no options for a diabetic, fruit available was two very hard apples, no real orange juice (Sunny Delight), no protein items avaiable. Do not stay at this hotel.

Stopped here for the night on the way moving from NY to CO. There was an issue upon check in at darn near midnight, but the front desk staff/manager and family/owners were very accommodating to our situation and allowed us to stay for the night. Otherwise after already driving 12 hrs we would’ve had to eat the non-refundable room cost (thru Expedia) then hop back on the road and drive even more. Very grateful for their kindness and accommodation.

Besides the unnecessary 20$ per pet fee, cockroaches, and horrible smoked in (non-smoking) room, it was fine.The workers acted as though they couldn't care less about us. The room was dirty,but the bed was comfy. We laid on top of our own blankets and pillows though.I understand that this place is just a motel but at least try to be curtius. The only reason we stayed was because it was midnight and the dogs were exhausted.
