My family of four which is my husband and two adult children stopped here driving back from Denver. We had not made prior arrangements. At 10:30pm, they had a comfortable room with 2 queen size beds. Everything was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The breakfast the next day was very good and the hotel seems like it is managed well and kept very clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

Driving along and want to stay well on the west side of St Louis metro area? Try Columbia instead. This hotel is overpriced for what it is. Access from the road is weird, parking limited, lobby is odd, room was odd, staff was odd. Add to that a chirping smoke alarm after we'd gone to bed and staff who didn't handle the situation well. Nope, not going to stay here again.

Location was great! Very close to our friends place on Richmond Steet so this place is one of our go tos!Really appreciated Megan late night at the front desk. She was very accommodating and escorted me (while slightly intoxicated) šŸ˜‚ to my room with my wife. This is a big reason I am a platinum elite member, intercontinental ambassador, and pick IHG hotels over others, the hospitality. It’s second to none and wanted to thank Megan again for the assist.Seriously thank you!! Great Holiday Inn and will stay again!

I actually choose to sleep in my car because the mid range hotels these days you can never tell if you’re going to get a nice room or something that was a meth lab 12 hours earlier. So I chose to park in the parking lot here and I used the bathroom respectfully. The night clerk was very kind and Made me feel as though I would be safe. If I can afford to stay there, I will definitely book a room. It looked very clean

I was given the choice of three rooms upon my arrival in late August, 2023. I didn't know the difference between the rooms, so only asked for a quiet room (as I always do when I check into a hotel). I was assigned room #221, which, it turns out, was immediately above the front door. All night I heard the door opening and closing. I put the air-conditioning on "Constant Fan" and ran the white noise machine (which should have been an indication to me of how noisy that room was going to be right from the start), but I still woke up every time the door opened. Plus, and this is probably not a fault of the woman who checked me in, but it was still difficult, the person upstairs was wandering around from the dark hours of early morning until after I had returned from breakfast and finally checked out. I slept very poorly and was upset that this was what the woman who checked me in considered a "quiet" room. Plus, I was not handicapped and should not have been put in an accessible room if other rooms were available. The bed was generally comfortable and I liked the choice of pillow firmness ("Soft" and "Firm"), as well as the large king-sized pillows. The indirect lighting in the room was not bad, either. But, the main reason I check into a hotel after a long day of driving is to sleep, and I did little of that.I'd been on the road cross-country for eight days at this point, and this was the worst of the hotels I'd stayed in. I slept badly, the room was the most expensive by far of any of them, and they do not accept an AARP discount.

*Do not book here*.We booked a wedding room block at this hotel for the sole reason of a hotel shuttle for the guest. If it was not for a free shuttle, we would have not picked this run-down, outdated hotel. The day before the wedding we called their rooms coordinator, Danielle Presser, to check on the time of the shuffle for the guest. She informs us that because we did not meet a certain percentage (2 more nights), we were not illegible for the shuttle, and no drivers were available. Then, she states that she even extended the block for two weeks, but did not tell anyone! She admitted upon me calling that she apologize for not getting back to us because ā€œit’s been so crazyā€ and it’s the day before the wedding! We asked several times to speak with the GM or owner as we promised a shuttle for the guest. Danielle also said they didn’t have a corporate number or the owner, which is obviously false. She was hesitant and reluctant to just give an email. Now we are post-wedding and the GM, Eric Huff, calls the bride to tell her she is a liar about the conversation with her and Danielle Presser about getting back to her with room block update, instead of apologizing about the misunderstanding and miscommunication. Very unprofessional and rude! I would recommend choosing a different hotel. Don’t chance it!

This was not what I've come to expect from a Holiday inn Express. It's clean and manageable. Unfortunately, it's a little dated, room had a musty smell, and was poorly laid out. Most of the employees gave me the impression that they didn't want to be there.Rooms: Our room had a musty smell, and was poorly laid out.

This room was about $100 more then advertised, it was late we took it anyway. Beds were amazingly comfortable, nice water pressure. Now the bad, we could here through the walls, weird noises at 12:00 finally fell asleep and slept well. The advertise breakfast from 6:00-10:00, we went to east at 9:15 they were out of hot food, we asked for some and we’re told no it was almost 10:00 my husband looked at the time then asked the employee what time it was she stated 9:15 shrugged he shoulders and walk away. I would guess 10-15 people came for breakfast after us. I have to say I did love the sheets!!Noteworthy details: Sheets were wonderful, they don’t replenish breakfast so get there early if you want hot food, and water pressure in shower was wonderful. A little pricey considering we were factoring in breakfast and did get it.

Rooms are comfortable, however every single morning, breakfast should be appetizing. During the hours of food service, the entire hotel smells like a slaughterhouse. And I would know, I've worked in several across the US. I don't know why it smells like a slaughterhouse, but it's the exact same putrid smell. I didnt want to eat at this hotel my entire stay. Enough to give a one star review.Food & drinks: No

Horrible staff. Eric Huff the general manager has the worst customer service I ever experienced!!! I would NEVER recommend this hotel they do not care about people at all!!!! If you want a hotel that’s accommodation or will at least hear your out when something is wrong THIS IS NOT THE ONE. They even lie about having a corporate when you want to complain. Stay somewhere else!! 2 thumbs down

Friendly staff and efficient check-in. Newish room (maybe whole hotel) with comfortable beds and large TV. Hotel has a self-service washer and dryer ($2 in quarters per load) and there happened to be someone's leftover detergent available. Had a great stay. Standard HIE breakfast with a lot of choices. Ice machine only on the ground floor.

Would stay here again but in a different room. I got the very last room last night (last minute decision). Because of that I was in room 221 and it is right above the front entrance sliding doors. I heard them all night until 1:30am. Then finally silence until 6:30 they started up again.Take that aside the stay was perfect! Great breakfast, friendly service, clean. Glad I found somewhere since I called 2 other places that were full.Had it not been for me staying in room 221 or if I would of been given a heads up I would of given 5 stars.

Great hotel staff. Everyone was friendly. Room was clean. My car didn't get broken into. No strangers walked in my room. Water pressure was good. Water heater worked....very well. Bed was soft. Blinds blocked out the daylight well. Waffle House next door if you don't want hotel breakfast. Gas station next door for all the supplies you'll need. I don't swim but it's an option. Only hotel worth staying at in Warrenton, I promise.

The staff was friendly and eager to assist. Room was clean. Bed and pillows quite comfy. Breakfast items were varied and fresh. Constant cleaning of breakfast area was observed. This hotel is tractor trailer friendly, as evidenced by their having dedicated parking spaces. Will most definitely stay there next time we are in town.

My family and I stopped here while was driving across the country. I absolutely loved this hotel!! It didn’t smell like like a hotel usually does. It was super clean. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Don’t let me forget the showers and the beds. Oh my was they amazing. If I could I would have stayed another night. Not a bad price either. All I can say is you get what you pay for. Check out was at 12 which was really nice especially when you’re moving across country. I wish all hotels was this amazing. I’ve stayed in really expensive hotels and they don’t come close to this one. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!! My son, husband and myself really loved this hotel!!!

This place is a diamond in the rough, other local hotels seemed a bit spotty, but I was very comfortable here. Everyone we encountered was really nice, but Adam was the best!!! We checked 11/2/21 and he was so attentive. After a long day of traveling he put our minds at ease by assisting with our U-Haul parking arrangement - and he really just went above and beyond in all aspects - I finally felt like I could relax!!!Welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms, lots of food options within walking distance, gas station on the corner, awesome continental breakfast. If you're in Warrenton, definitely stay here!!!

The staff at this location is amazing! We had a fantastic last minute stay. They were so helpful and genuinely nice and attentive. The rooms are clean and super comfortable. Definitely the best stay in a hotel I have ever had. Their hot breakfast is also fantastic, and location right off the highway is ideal. I would definitely stay here again. Night manager - Bryon was super super nice!

We had a pleasant stay in this location (Feb.14-15.) Room and amenities were fantastic. More than enough towels, soap, shampoo etc in the room. They served hot breakfast in the morning which is very good. The lady that worked In the kitchen (Feb.15) was so kind and sweet. I forgot to asked her name. But I remember she was very helpful. Also Kaycee? In the front desk goes out her way to deliver my requested set of toothbrush and toothpaste in our room. Overall great experience for a short night stay.

Great staff, had a new front desk lady. Trainer was very helpful and patient with her. Awesome room. Loved the J.R. Watkins shampoo and shower gel dispenser. Decent pool, had cool water floaters for sale for my children, and they were very decent priced.

Nice hotel. No real complaints, other than sound from other rooms on the floor is easily heard. Plenty of hot water. Good pressure in the shower. Clean room that is more spacious than some. Casey was awesome when she checked us in. Will mark this one on the map as a potential to stay at again if we need a motel in this area.

The hotel looked and felt brand new, very clean. The layout of the public spaces and rooms was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. One thing we look for is a good breakfast, as it speeds us along on our road trips. It also keeps us satisfied until lunch. They had a very good breakfast, varied, and attended to by a efficient and friendly person. This is not usually the case. It was a good but quick stay.

The room was spotless, staff members were friendly. We arrived here at around midnight after a long drive on I-70. We didn't have a reservation but the front desk staff member working was incredibly friendly and helped get us into a room.It is nice to be able to go to any Holiday Inn Express and know exactly what to expect as far as quality, friendliness, and cleanliness.Thank you for a great stay!
