WORST PARKING IN USA!! Seems this J ihas always had the parking lot torn to pieces for construction of some kind. We chose to reserve a spot as we were going to be fairly late. There are trucks literally everywhere with no control of parking anywhere. The staff do not care one wit if you pay for a reserve. Turns out if your early enough you can park in a reserve for absolutely free and no one will move you. They do not patrol the reserves nor tow anyone. Something that obviously other drivers know. HORRIBLE potholes, enough to tear up your alignment. Trucks parked blocking your entry and exit in some places. Staff could care less. The wild west is an understatement for this place, unless their fuel is the cheapest O/O and all others shouldn't support this place whatsoever.

Never again Denny's. Pointed this (see pics) out to the guy who gave me my food & all I got was crickets. I told him I hate that I left a tip before I left. I can't believe I got no apology or nothing. He even offered to have them put the fact in the side when I ordered & that didn't happen.

I went into the Dennys and was greeted by a smile from Shannon as I can expect as she’s taken good care of me many of times! As I was waiting for the food a manager by the name Dawn went into the kitchen and started yelling the most disrespectful language to the cooks and servers just blatantly being mean. I can understand being upset with employees but nothing they could have done was deserving of the yelling I heard and the whole dinning room was extremely awkward. Addressing issues in private is a better way to go than whatever I witnessed. Dawn learn people better I am disgusted in your level of respect for human life and hope you don’t ever go through what you put others through.

I went in to take a shower. Waited 45 minutes to get a shower because they wouldn't clean the showers. When i finally got in the shower no hot water and they said it was newly renovated. The shower had brown stains on the floor and walls by the door. This was at 10:30 am 2/24/24.

One of the dirtiest flying j's. Coffee counter is always out of something.sugar, creamer etc. Limited hot food sometimes. Cashiers are rude and slow and most pumps are not working most of the time. The only good thing is there is kettlecorn popcorn outside the truckers entrance and the parking is decent size. Loves, few miles down is a much better stop. Hope it helps and saves you a unhappy stop.

Good size store with Dunkin donuts coffee to go along with standard PFJ coffee and Bean to cup Brew.Store is clean with professional and friendly staff.There is a Denny's inside as well with take out or dine in, food is pretty good.lots of truck parking, lot is laid out pretty good.Showers are clean with good water pressure and lots of hot water.

Never in my entire time driving have I seen so much garbage piled up at the diesel pumps. Additionally all the window cleaning buckets are either bone dry or filled with garbage. The shower was reasonably dirty and the shower head almost came off the wall, however the water was hot and had good pressure. I got meatloaf and potatoes from the hot box which was good. Overall I will not be returning if I can avoid it. If there is someone in charge of this location it's obvious that they have no pride in being so.

I see they only reply to favorable reviews. You get better because of criticism, if you pay attention you'll learn something. Like hire people you trust or never leave the store, and be willing to help a trucker, our time is measured with a computer that can't be hidden from.

Parking lot is good sized. Flying J was clean and fast. Denny's, on the other hand, was not. About 7 staff in restaurant, 1 actually working the floor. Sounded like a frat party going on in kitchen, but 10-15 min wait between each step of meal. Mgr on duty great at yelling out what everyone should be doing, but not at helping get it done. The young lady on the floor held her composure pretty well for being thrown under the bus. Be ready to spend at least 90 minutes here for a meal.

Soup station was nasty and not stocked whatsoever, trash everywhere. The staff members were more concerned about eating or taking selfies than making sure that guests were taken care of... The fountain area had more syrup on the counter than a Mrs. Butterworth bottle! We also ordered a pizza... The pizza had so much sauce on it that the dough was raw and our toppings were sliding off of the pizza... The maintenance person working told us it wasn't his job to take care of the trash outside.. Needless to say, this store must not practice One System One Way... Next we will go to Loves...

Clean restrooms, great friendly service, clean parking lots, easy access from the freeway, tons of options for snacks and cold beverages. I highly recommend this as a convenient stop

Green beans were seasoned oddly. Meatloaf portion was very small, especially for the price. Mashed potatoes and gravy were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Only thing I'd get again. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of truck/trailer parking.

Change the name to worst truck stop in America! Every time I come here it’s packed out, fuel lanes don’t work, water don’t work, no shower, no coffee, dennys has issues. Just don’t come here !

Staff don't want to work here AT ALL. No shower bcoz they don't feel like cleaning this early come back after 6 - 7 am. What a joke. Luckily 1 bathroom was clean out of four in men's bathroom 🚻. It's easy to put signs up, sorry for inconvenience.

Every refuse can inside and out is overflowing. The staff is rude. There is a woman working here with a face tattoo whose overall appearance is disheveled and unprofessional. I have never seen any other truck stop, other than a Petro, that was this nasty. The restrooms were filthy as hell. Toilet paper on the floor. Dirty fixtures. Overall this is by far the worst Flying J I have EVER seen. I will no longer be buying fuel or anything else at a Flying J. I had to clean the toilet myself just to use it. Come on Flying J you use to be better than this. What happened? I am forwarding a copy of this post to corporate. I would say this is poor management resulting in poor crew. These pictures are the less stomach turning ones.

2 pumps blocked off and another had a 'come inside to use' note on it. Bathroom out of paper towels and needing a sweep. Did not experience any interaction from employees as they were all clearly busy with other people (so no comment on the customer service here), but, always to be ok.
