I would sincerely like to thank the entire staff at Versailles Vet Clinic for their most recent care of my 5 month old kitten, Grace. She became very sick and was throwing up and unable to eat or drink. The staff tried their best to get us into the office in a timely manner. The vet agreed to see us between her other appointments that day. All of the staff are very warm, welcoming, and inviting. They certainly care for animals, and it shows. They were so good with my Gracie. I did not have to wait very long at all in the waiting area and was brought into a room almost immediately. The vet came in to see us within minutes. She was very kind, knowledgeable and informative. I had many questions. Instead of immediately running expensive test, she started with the most basic things, and determined fairly quickly that my Grace unfortunately had roundworms. She was able to treat her accordingly, and within a few short days, she was back to her mischievous self. We even received a follow up call from the office checking on how Grace was doing. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who cares for their animals as much as we do. You will definitely be pleasantly surprised with your overall experience. The fee for service was very fair also. This will definitely be our family go to veterinary facility.

Can I just gush about this place for a second? I've been going here a few years and every time I have any minor emergency they have ALWAYS gotten me squeezed in to see my babies. They have good prices, great people! The very first time I went there I was ina serious car accident with my animals in the car and they didn't even charge me for the check up they did on my bunny. Just wonderful, wonderful place. 10/10 highly recommend

Versailles vet clinic was very professional and courteous and wanted to know how my pet was doing and they saw that he was being taken well care of. And the doctor had taken care of the needs that I had for my pet. And I appreciated their courteousness also. And they even carried my pet out to my car for me, thank you so much.

I unfortunately had to have my best friend (Ollie) euthanized on Monday 4/08/24. Dr.Jones and Dr. Mieka & the entire staff were so sweet to me. I can't thank you.

They killed my dog and didn't care at all. I called them the next day to mention she had died after they charged me 1228 dollars for an emergency surgery to save her life . They didn't care when I called to tell them. And was told the vet would call me back to talk to me and never did . I am heart broken and out the money and my baby died. I will never go back . I have to give one star to post this ...I wouldn't give them any .

I love our vet! Dr. Schotte is knowledgeable, she takes the time to make sure you understand what's going on with your best FUR'end friend 🐾Her staff here are kind and helpful. It's like visiting family. Totally recommend.

The doc is very smart. They are helpful and kind. The whole place has always been helpful and nice to speak with. I have a big dog that is very , well she doesn't play well with just anyone, Doc. Schotte, she took the time to get to know my dog , with that , her knowledge and her energy she can go hands on with my dog .

I had something of a emergency went there for help. Unfortunately the vet wasn't in. Could have just been a slow day otherwise they are pretty good place to go. Also like everyone else they're prices are a bit much.

They where great at helping us with an injured 8 week old puppy. She got a cut on her face and we wanted to give her as a gift for my mother in law. They stitched her up and there is barely a scar!

Very friendly staff. They were able to squeeze us in to have our cat looked at. This was our first time using this clinic. We will definitely be using them for our fur kids vet needs.

Great service, very friendly and knowledgable. We have 3 dogs and moved to the area 2 years ago. The practice was recommended to us by a retired veterinarian still living around Cole Camp. I feel the services we've received so far have been reasonably priced.

Update:I was too hard on them after losing my friend. He had cancer and nothing would have stopped what we had to eventually do. They handled themselves with honor and respect. When we get another dog, we will go back to them.OLD:Friendly staff and overall a good visit.

Brought my pup Nala in for fungal Hotspot and they fixed her right up and gave me a spray. We have been going here for some time as I have another dog and we really like this place staff is always nice. I would highly recommend this place.. Thanks so much guys...

We were so thankful that this clinic was able to see our Harley last minute for an eye issue. Being from out of town, we didn’t know where to turn and I am so grateful we ended up here! They took wonderful care of her and resolved the issue completely. Staff and veterinarian were amazing!

My fur baby got her leg injured, bad enough it needs to be amputated. They help me find places to help a little with the cost. The front desk person was very nice. The dr. called me and explained what was needed to be done.😥.. surgery is this Thursday. Prayers for Chaka.

Dr. Mieke Schotte DVM is one if the best vets in the area. She is always informative and helpful. She is very thorough with our puppy check ✔️s and does an awesome job with our dogs. She answers all my questions (even when I've asked her the same one 3+ time's) The staff here at the VVC is awesome too. They are friendly and welcoming they get you checked in and checked out quickly.So...If you're looking for a great vet and great price check out Dr. Mieke Schotte DVM and the girls at the VVC. You won't be disappointed.

I absolutely adore Doc Jones.. he has saved so many of my furry friends. As someone who loves their animals the way I do. I refuse to take them anywhere else. He's one in a million I'd trust. I'd highly recommend him to anyone for anything!!! The staff is amazing.. you can tell it's a place of love for animals. Today he made my day by helping my daughter baby kitten. The smiles that she found out her baby was going to live made me appreciate him so much more. Can't thank you and the staff enough!!!

What can I say, the staff is excellent. Doc Jones is amazing. The office is VERY clean. The prices are great. We go here for all our animals, I suggest you do also! Keep in mind Doc does all animals big, small, everything in between. Thanks Doc for all you do!!

I use Lake Pet Hospital in Eldon. They saved my cat, who had a real bed upper respiratory infection.So I can't really comment on this Clinic.
