We have been taking or or fur babies here for years.only place ill ever take them.Staff are friendly Respectful and kind to whatever situation you facingI was so wowed to see how gracious they were to a customer who had to put there pet down.We were waiting for our time, and the emotional grieving this lifetime pet this family just lost was heartbreaking and the care I seen the staff give then touching. Yiu guys are great, thank you for all the years of care mine still do receive from your placeAnd my babies are healthy because of your care thanks

Always had a good experience here, the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and sincerely care about your animals. I had an emergency with one of my animals and they squeezed me in even though they were extremely busy. Their pricing is very reasonable. Thanks so much for what you do.

Very caring and compassionate staff. They got us in right away and didn't charge an emergency visit fee. They even called the next day and checked on our dog. We are so grateful to them.

This has got to be one of the worst experiences ever and wish i could give 0 stars. I would not recommend EVER going here as I brought my cat and bunny here to he neutered as they are both males. And they had one said that it would be cheaper months before the appointment and then was raised a lot the day of the appointment, not even including when they texted to not feed the cat and bunny but then when we got there they say the bunny could be fed. BUT THE WORST PART is that they had said my cat was aggressive since it hissed and swated at them because spoiler alert he was probably scared. So they dicided to net my cat and put it back in it's carrier that we brought it in and let it pee in it and sit in it for however long it did. Not happy about my vist at all so do not waist your time or traumatize your animal by coming here trust me.

My dog began limping so I decided to try pet station. She was able to be seen in less than a week, and I was also able to discuss other concerns for my pet unrelated to the original appointment. My dog absolutely despises nail clipping and they clipped her nails upon request and did a fantastic job. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They also accept care credit, I will be using this vet going forward. Thank you pet station!

This was my first visit with a new puppy and I was delighted that the staff was very energetic and understanding of the misbehaving mischief (Katara) that I had brought in for her 2nd set of puppy shots.I am looking forward to working with The Pet Station for many years to come to ensure Katara is a happy and healthy dog.

We had to make the tough decision to let our fur baby go. They were so nice and sympathetic about our situation. They let us say our goodbyes and didn't rush us. They made one of the hardest decisions as easy as it could have been, given the situation.

I'm elderly, disabled and on a very tight budget. My dog needed emergency care. The staff made room on thier schedule for us and gave him the treatment needed. They adjusted to allow his care immediately.They care more about the well-being of the animals than the bottom line. High quality , caring, professional Doctors and Staff. Their communication skills are exceptional!!! Their integrity is outstanding. They will be my permanent Vet for ALL of my pets.

They were able to get my cat in much quicker than all the other vets I called. Same day, instead of two weeks later! They were very good with my cat, and got him all taken care of quickly. I could tell they really cared about helping animals!

I am so so thankful for this vet. I'm broke, got vouchers to get my cats spayed/ neutered. My female cat tore open her spay incision and it got infected. I came in expecting the worst vet bill I have ever seen and it was less than $40 to get her checked, the incision closed, and an antibiotic shot. All they charged me for was her medicine, and in the first round I only paid for her spay and for some pain medicine. She is healing beautifully and I am so thankful

TERRIBLE! All the way from the front desk with Nichole to the Vets. No wonder the high turn over here with employees. The only person that is nice is the guy that works there. No accountability from them. More interested in $$$ than our pets.

I just want to say that I have had animals my whole life. Going to the Vet was so fun when I was young. In fact it was my dream to be a Vet. However life took me in a more appropriate direction for me.Dr. Kleeper actually cares for your pet. The staff there is so friendly especially LeAnn they will do whatever they can to help your animals. I have 3 dogs my oldest is 11. We have been there since.They work with the humane society and have vaccine clinics as well. They understand costs can be hard for some so there are programs. Also financing or I call all the time prior to get an idea what the bill will be so I can plan my budget. They are always willing and no surprise billing!Thank you Pet Station!!!Dexter, Jake, and Xena although they may not show it really appreciate you guys!

They seem nice enough, I went in there because they are one of the veterinarians that participate in the Humane Society's voucher program to get your pet spayed or neutered at a discounted price but I probably won't be going there because their soonest appointment is October and it's July now

I took both of my cats there to be neutered, and they did such an amazing job! I felt so comfortable leaving my animals with them. Great friendly staff. I will continue to go back there. Highly recommended taking your fur babies there

We brought our dog here for an emergency situation. They were the first to open in the morning. They kept our dog all day to run tests and X-rays. They called us at the end of the day with a bill and to tell us we could pick up our dog. When we arrived to pick up our dog and ask about a payment plan(our bill was expensive and in the state of emergency and surprise that all of this happened, we did not have all money UPFRONT) they said they would not realize our dog until ALL was paid. The fact a vet would keep your dog as collateral is absolutely disgusting. Will never recommend or bring our pets here again. Our normal vet, who was not open during our emergency situation allows payment plans because they care about an animals well being an understand pets are family. Disgusted by Pet Station and the head doctor and how they handled the situation.

Staff and Vets are Always so caring and ❤ loving to my kids. and it makes me feel like its NOT just a job for them , when my pet is in pain 💔 😢 they are too, and they have always been upfront, honest, understanding, and above & beyond most caring. I just love them there Exspecially LeAnn She's been there along time and has been through alot with me and my babies. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

They were able to squeeze us in the morning that I called for my hurt dog. They were so nice and made my very nervous heeler comfortable. They had to do a procedure on his leg. They’ve called everyday since to check on him and to see if I have any questions. I’ve never had a vet call back to check on my pets. I’ll definitely be bringing my animals here from now on! They were very nice and professional as well

Great staff and amazing customer service even with the hindrance of covid. Took my cat to get fixed and his shots. They called me before my appointment to outline every detail and didn't push extras, called during recovery to keep me updated on how he did and called after to make sure he was doing good. They are very invested and caring. Even made sure his favorite toys he took with him stayed clean.

We have taken our 5 animals there from the beginning. Staff is friendly, and when we have had 2 different emergencies (of course right at closing time) they tell us to bring them in with no hesitation. I appreciate them so much and so do my fur babies.

I love this place. I have been bringing my pets her for years. The two vets are great. Their tech's love the animals like their own. Everyone is always friendly and happy. I feel good when I leave my pet with them. The vets and their staff have always gone above and beyond for us. The list goes on.💕👍👍
