Great place, friendly staff. They did approach me to see if I needed help. (I didn't) found and bought some outdoor shoes, and some polish.I don't know if there was a reason the cashier asked if I was assisted. Maybe a store policy? Anyway.The shoe polish works great and is easy to apply, almost no pressure (sharing a few pictures) these are Not the shoes I bought here, I've had these for about 5 years, first time polishing them.

We love this store. So nice that it's in Troy, too! We don't have to go far from the house to find a nice selection of shoes. Usually either the hubby or I, at least one of finds something. Once in a while neither of us does, but the staff is always nice offering their help. Store is always clean.

Didn't have my size, but ordered them to be shipped to my house and said if they didn't fit to bring them back and they'd make it right by me! You can't beat that!Shoes came in 3 days later and they fit perfectly. I'm very pleased!

The lady was extremely rude to me. I was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis in one foot. So i asked the lady if she could give me her opinion on some shoes that may work just to steer me in the right direction. She said in the most horrible attitude ever that she couldnt help me and that i have to do it on my own. Then when i found the right pair she said are you done? Acting she already wantede out of the store. There two other ladies there shopping and she was very rude to them as well.

Well me and my friend went to shoe sensation in troy mo i wouldnt advise anyone to shop there because the manager was not helpful at all so she told my friend if she takes the tags off the shoes or gets any dirt in the groove of the shoes or if they are dirty they cant take them back i never heard of a store policy so darn strict i will not be shopping at that store ever again and i will take my shoes back without even trying them onwell at least other shoe stores will let you turn them back in long as you dont wear them outside and long as you take off the price tags they will still take them back just be aware of shoe sensation before buying anything

Today my husband and I went to shoe sensation and were very disappointed... as the employee that was working there when asked if she carried the kind of shoes that we were looking for replied" i don't carry those shoes at all... This is more of a family-oriented store." Well I myself have a family of my own in which I will never be buying shoes from Shoe Sensation ever again..
