My dogs first visit & groom here was amazing. Very good grooming job and the owner was pleasant. After that the grooming quality went down hill (drastically) and the owners attitude went with it. She obviously has the skill to execute high scale grooms but she chooses not to. My dogs first groom was obviously her doing her best work to secure me as a client and then from there she felt comfortable enough to do just well enough. After my dogs last lackluster groom I decided that would be the last. I took him to doggy stylz and they’ve been doing an amazing job. He looks like a show dog. Another thing I also didn’t like about this groomer was that my dog was there ALL DAY. I would drop him off at 8 am or so and he wouldn’t be ready until 4pm! Unacceptable.

She did an amazing job on our 2 cats. So well that we booked both of our dogs also. Our one long haired cat seemed to be so much happier after the bath and shave. Thank you and highly recommended.

I have a 120 lb. Alaskan Mauamut named Nico. His is long-haired and is very friendly. I talked with Saray told her all this she said no problem bring him in. When I did she put her hands up waving no, no. She refused to keep the appointment. I wouldn't waste your time.

I stopped in today to have her clip 3large dogs nails and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. She did a great job and was very affordable!

It's always a great experience for Tempest getting groomed at Saray's. Her and the staff are always welcoming to our 100lb. girl. It looked like a white bomb went off when I came in at the old shop more than once. the new place is much roomier.

I was so happy to find her again. She and her assistant were so kind and understanding when I barged in unexpected and she cut my dog's nails. She was so gentle with her and for the first time my dog didn't have to be muzzled (lol...10 lb. dog). I tried Medlin once and was treated so poorly. They said they couldn't do it. C'mon four YOUNG girls couldn't do her nails. Plus they wanted $25.00 walk in fee. That will be the day. Saray has more professionalism and empathy. God bless her. Thanks Saray!!

She's amazing! I called 30 miles away wanted to know if she was available and she got my dog right in and right out. Being a truck driver, didn't have much time and she took care of us. And very reasonably priced. Thanks ladies much appreciated! You will be my stop once a week. If you're a truck driver, and you have a dog, take to her. Well worth it.

Can't say enough good things. Brought my brother's, (sorry to say) matted dog there and Saray did a beautiful job. Even the dog thought so, she strutted! My chihuahua mix loves it too. Thanks for the great grooming at affordable prices, an asset to our community.
