These guys do good work, the reason for the low score is the lack of dedicated and good office support. I've dropped tires off more than once, come back at the end of the day and the tire hasn't been worked in or the bill isn't ready. They really need to focus on putting 2 or 3 full time people in the office to keep the work moving and keep track of work.

Never been there but there driver lashed out and has really bad rage and drives really bad and wreckless!!!!! Dude literally tried pulling us over to fight!!!!

Had 10 AM appointment to have 2 front tires changed. After waiting 1 hour they still was asking what I was there for and said we will have you in shortly. After another 45 minutes I had to leave. No new tires and my time wasted. They are not Promt at keeping appointments or providing competent customer service!

If i could give more stars i would. Absolutely above and beyond service. Great people. Technician pointed out stuff that would be a good idea to look into come next alignment. Had 3 axles done on my International today and was thoroughly impressed. I was shown the entire process and explained to about everything that was going on. Surprised they didn't get mad for all the questions lol. A++++++++ service. Will return, Highly recommended 👌 👍

I showed up Saturday morning, a tire tech informed me they are not open Saturdays (it says on the door they're open Saturday 8:00 to noon) and to call the 800 after hours number that informed me that it would be a 2-hour minimum at 125 an hour plus labor rate to change the tire. I highly not recommend using this business because they're clearly out to grab you for as much as they can get. thanks for nothing is what I told the service tech he said you bet! I definitely won't give them a second chance!

The service is great and prompt but everything is expensive. $1,000 for a new steer tire out the door. I got 2 for $840 elsewhere.

Wonderful customer service. We had a wheel come off our travel trailer a few miles from their shop and we called to see about getting a replacement wheel. They didn't have one but told us who to call and while we were out putting a new wheel on one of the guys from the shop driving a black Chevrolet I think pulled up and had driven from the shop to make sure we got it handled and were OK. Amazing to have such service even for not having the part we needed. We appreciate it. GIVE HIM A RAISE! Thank you for going out of your way after hours to check on us!

I had purchased 2 new rear tractor tires for a Ford 4000 2 years ago and last year had 2 new rear tubes put in a Ford 5600 tractor on site service by Pomp's. One of the rear tires in the ford 5600 went flat in the field. I called for on site service and was told they couldn't help at all due to staffing. Not today, the next or next week. I understand labor shortages, but to be told we won't help at all or try to schedule. I will take my farm business needs elsewhere.Update - I sent an email response over 4 weeks ago - No follow up from the business.

AWFUL service. Dropped off an F550 at 11:30 to get a flat repaired. They said they were backed up but would have it done in 2 hours. At 5:00 they rolled her out. If you don't need the truck for a day or two then this is your place. If you've got work to do then you better find somewhere else.

courteous people . they got the job done right the first time for a very reasonable price. We took in our Class A motor home for an alignment and are more than happy with it and in the future if it needs it again will be back.

For over 30 years, I have bought and serviced tires on everything from semi's to lawn mowers. The customer service and products at Pomp's in Strafford is second to none. It's great having the confidence in your tire shop, full knowing that even when things don't go perfectly, they are looking out for you.
