Always messy and having to walk around empty box's and carts. Also the customer service reps here can't be bothered to actually be up front. I guarantee you every time I come in there is always already a 10 minute wait before someone shows up at the counter to actually do their job!It is now 3/20/2024. Nothing has changed. This time the wait was 25 mins. I must have been crazy to stand there for that! The man at self check out ended up waiting longer even after other customers asked for help on his behalf.

Cashier Mary is wonderful but store is hard to shop it is so messy. Can't even get to the one register or get tp the Little Debbie stuff

When this location first opened, it was always spotless, well stocked and tidy, but now the place is a mess. The aisles are too narrow and many times things are not even in the right spot.The remodel hasn’t helped and actually it seems even worse, very dark and claustrophobic. It is a very handy location, (right by the Harter House) and they have a great selection of gift cards. Everyone that works there are always very friendly!

Lady won’t allow customers to use shelf checkout because she doesn’t like it. WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE. WILL DRIVE TO FAIR GROVE OR SPRINGFIELD FIRST.

Bought a pre-paid at&t phone card for my my grandmother who needed phone service to be reached by hospice. I bought the wrong one and dollar general refused to let me return the unused card. According to AT&T it is up to the seller to accept the return.Dollar general has lost my business going forward and I plan to tell everyone I know to be wary doing business with them.

The store looked great for a couple of months after the remodel, but it has now gone back to being the junky store it was before. So tacky to arrive at the store in the morning and the employees are out front smoking. Have to walk through the clouds of smoke to get in the store.

Kind of like all the Dollar General stores, there isn't much room. Restocking boxes should probably be worked in after the stores close for the day. The employees were quiet and very polite.

So disappointed with this store.. They did a remodel a couple years ago, but since then the store has went downhill. There is ALWAYS stock in the aisles,, so much that it can be a danger to customers, The store is just junky and frumpy looking. Everyone says to support "local" businesss, but maybe local businesses should care about the people. We usually only go here in emergency situations otherwise, we drive to Marshfield or Springfield.

Overstuffed. No room to even look at things. Too much stuff in the aisles, not stocked correctly. Dirty. Electronic area was a mess and 100% iPhone accessories. ☹️ I will drive 11 miles into the next town thanks.

It's better this time than the last time I went in there. It seems like they actually have enough people working there now. Dollar General only pays minimum wage from what I can tell and it shows through the people that work there.

You can't even walk down the aisles it's a mess in there nothing like it used to be I don't even enjoy it anymore nobody talks speaks to you I'm just about done I'll head for Marshfield if that manager ever spoke I think I'd faint

The new guy was awesome! They treated him poorly and he's already gone!!! Never going here, the place is not cleaning even with COVID scares!!! Horrible to their employees! The GM is a *!%@%#!!!! They need reported and closed!

Every time you go here, there can be 4_5 employees working but only 1 person on register and its usually the slowest person there. It's always busy and you generally stand in line to get checked out for at least 15 minutes or longer.

This Dollar General is always in good shape and the Manager Amy is always pleasant to interact with as well. Definitely the store I always go to.

Dollar Generals are pretty good store to get in and out they are a little more expensive than Walmart but still yet more convenient

Nice enviorment, didnt care for the no cars left when they served alcohol, dinner was small and rushed, it was nice wedding but they missed the little things that would have made it awsome
