What can I say…it’s Walmart.You may find one friendly employee per shift. But you are pretty much guaranteed to be lost whenever you go in there because no one will ever ask you if you need help which is what happened today.But after 15 or 20 minutes of searching I found what I was looking for and left.Sam Walton would be proud

I called to see about an application I put in and the store operating lady was extremely rude. I stated I put in an application and I wanted it to get checked up on and she told me to “ma'am ma'am stop I’ m only the store operator” and then switched me over. she didn’t say her name but I very displeased to be greeted that way.

I really like this Walmart! The workers are super friendly & helpful! It is easy to find someone to help when I can't find an item I need. The shelves are well stocked! It appears neat & clean but I have not used the restrooms there & that's always a very telling spot. A couple things I'm not a fan of... I've never seen all the self check machines open & I've wondered why not. Also the receipts from the regular checkout lines are not real clear. They are much better at the self check. Also something to keep in mind.. If you can't find an item on the shelves ask an associate! They often either have it in the back or have just moved it.

I needed a cabinet unlocked to grab a breast pump and pressed the call button about 10 times, asked 5 people and called the store and everyone I asked was on break or didn’t know who to call or ask. Even after calling the store and them calling over the speaker no one came to help. Everyone there is too worried about themselves to do their job

I go here one to two times a week. Most staff recognize me or know my name and greet me. I receive help if I ask for it. Very friendly place.

This store along with the others in Springfield do NOT ID the spark drivers while in store at checkout or at curbside. There are HUNDREDS of illegals that are doing spark on stolen identities. This means not only are these people committing tax fraud, but they are also not having a background check, only the stolen identity is. This means that when these people on purchased identities deliver to you, you or walmart have no clue who they actually are. So if something were to happen, they have no idea who it is. Walmart is well aware of this nationwide, and knows it would stop this by carding on each shop and delivery and if they don't have an ID, then don't let them deliver. Walmart doesn't care and only cares if the order gets delivered and not your safety nor that they are committing identity theft and tax fraud. All the stores are being overran by these people. Report all walmarts to the IRS until they start carding and put a stop to this!

I was there to have my eyes examined and the doctor was really awesome. But I was only there for the vision. That's why i'm giving five stars it's for the vision department only. The main part of Walmart I would only give one star.

New loss prevention alarms in the makeup section go off every time you move. This is a huge safety risk for anyone with epilepsy and reflex triggers.

This walmart does a surprisingly great job on in-stock, and their associates tend to be in a better mood than the typical soul crushed demeanor of the average walmart. That being said, our cashier at the end was delightful!

The Wal-Mart experience prevails. A standard of customer service that is acceptable on average and occasionally exceptional. A wide and varied inventory, with several house brands that although may not be buy-it-for-life or the cutting edge of technology and quality, make do for most needs and wants. Best Walmart around they're almost done with their remodeling I find everything I need here all the ones in Springfield cannot compete to this Walmart literally even the one in nixa doesn't have as much as this one does one of my favorite Walmarts to go to and it's never too busy always get to park closer to the store too and they have the best garden center

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. They never answer their phones and most the people that work there aren’t very kind. If you ever need anything, don’t go there. Go to sunshine Walmart. They actually gaf.

I like this Walmart. Set up just slightly different. Love smelling Subway when you walk in the door. Clean organized and well maintained. They have great sale prices. I find it ironic that some of the other prices are above those of other stores. And I mean Walmart stores. I'm noticing that a lot lately. It depends what side of town you're on as to what you're being charged. People should notice that. And go to get your milk you might have been better off to drive a couple miles to the other side of town. As for selection , variety, and a little different with you they've got it. Shelves are generally packed, opposed to the empty ones across town. So if you don't find it in yours try this one it probably has it.

Sam's (south) had only one Chiefs tshirt for $17. Went to Academy Sports...bigger selection $35-40 with 25% off. Nothing wowed me for that price. So Walmart has 2 different areas right now for Chiefs gear on opposite sides of the store (on Walnut Lawn & Campbell). Most t-shirts are below $20

I'm from wright county mo.there is a Walmart in Mt Grove MO and one south 15miles but neither have what that store,but it is in a cityAnd you can't get sticky bums at the at those,but this Walmart has sticky buns,they are addicted with some ice cream, yummy

Went in to get an application some cranberry juice, takis and limes and my buddy and I were followed the entire time (20 min) by “security” and an associate. When we finished at self checkout the “security officers” and the associate made rude comments to us and about us to others about theft and our intelligence. Everyone else there was helpful and polite from the moment we came in to the moment we left. I guess only go if you don’t wear coats in the winter…..P.S. Peep the receipt “officer”.
