Great and prompt service for an emergency for my husband. But while waiting, a woman with her dog was at the pickup counter and her dog was on the pickup counter. The technician was petting her dog. This went on the entire time we were sitting and waiting which was approximately 5-7 minutes. Really? If it was a service animal I would think it would not be carried around

We stopped from out of town as we have been traveling. The Walgreens staff were so nice & helpful my refills were ready in about 10 minutes.It looked like they had a good selection of things we needed to pick up. It was such a good experience for tired travelers.

Mia in the pharmacy was so nice! I also spoke to a tech yesterday who worked quickly to check if my RX was in stock and called my previous pharmacy to transfer it! While walking through the store, another associate greeted me even though he was busy. Amazing service by the entire staff.

I was accidentally shorted 3 days of antibiotics and called pharmacist he filled the correct amount without any problems. I really appreciated his being so nice and helpful. New to this pharmacy so think I will use it permanently.

This is the best Walgreens Pharmacy in town. I have struggled several times to get insurance to cover medications outside of mail order. The Pharmacist at this location has the knowledge and willingness to get the issue resolved for the customer. I appreciate great service and have found it here!

The pharmacy staff is is knowledgeable and experienced. For the most part very helpful. When the pharmacy and the medical practice one depends on have differing viewpoints. ( the medical office changed their policy, the pharmacy cries ‘foul ball’or speculate I have somehow confused the information given. ) Its not only inherently mysonogist, it might as well have a flag ceremony tothe next fresh portal of hell you will be entering. In other words. . . No two individuals at the office I’ve spoke with acted as if any snafu could occur in this last minute change. I keep on, pleasant attitude, someone tells me what I WANT to hear, then go about their business merrily well and I’m left with two entities that blame each other and a medical assistant that could pass for early 20’s. When my refill was delayed last month and I expressed a need for a medication, this child woman’s responseWas “well I have A@&$”:)y too, but I can live w/o my medication. GOOD FOR HER. I don’t come to a practice as a patient to concern myself the the employees health. I wish them all the best. It’s ME. I guess the 40 year age difference gave her the impression I like being talked to like the bus girlAt Waffle House.

Good selection but pharmacy services could really use an upgrade. Have to wait 3 to 6 days to get my full prescription filled every month. Have been filling same prescription there for 5 years and they still never have it all at one time. Now they use a call center for the pharmacy and it's terrible. Call center never has given me the correct date to pick up medicine and the call center staff doesn't listen or seem to care.

Customer service is terrible, employees at the pharmacy are rude. Policies regarding transfer prescriptions hinder ability to continue proper medication coverage and dosage. Wrong prescription was ordered and new prescription sent to different location. what's going on walgreens pharmacy management? This is the third location to give me grief and headaches, I have enough of that with my conditions.

Must be at least seven years old to receive a flu shot.I called then drove 45 minutes, and despite me saying that he wasn't old enough to be in school to have gotten one there, I still wasn't informed that he couldn't receive a flu shot.It's fine that they can't do it, however I wish they had taking a few moments to consider my statement and that he might be too young for them to do the, or just have mentioned in the first place that there's an age minimum.

I visited this location for a refill. They did not have the specific pill requested, and Kevin called several locations to find what I needed. He was so kind and so patient with the request. He is a true example of great Customer Service and KINDNESS! To the staff at this location...thank you so much for your service especially during such trying times! YOU ALL ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

I will not be coming here again. I have tried and tried to keep coming here but they are simply rude. I can’t even begin to imagine what all that time “training” is for. I recently learned that this Walgreens is privately owned which explains that awful service and how terribly uncoupon friendly they are. Like said in previous comments they are slow to check you out and they are always out of the sale item! They don’t have a concern for there costumers. Don’t go to this Walgreens drive the extra minute or two and go to the one on the east side of republic road. They are much better and willing to work with you.

I’ve only had good experiences thus far at Walgreens on Republic & Fremont. I’ve been to the pharmacy a handful of times. Both pharmacists are willing to help. One gave me an OTC alternative to my Rx saving me $300 (and I okay’d it with my doctor). Another time the pharmacist helped me get a coupon to save money. Keep these pharmacists around- they are good people. Prefer this Walgreens over the CVS which is a tad closer to where I live.

I always love to go this place . Today i went there for passport size picture . Very very bad customer servce . When i told the lady i want passport size picture she saod you are killling me before christmas and come back later when machines are free . I went 30 min later she made excuse the machines not free so she han not ready . She started yelling at me and made eyeball up with others cutomers . Later she offer me discount . The lady has zero cutomer service . I donot know how she worked there 🤔🤔

Madeline in the drive through on Feb 6th around 3pm was extremely rude to my grandmother and I. Rolled her eyes four times, had a sarcastic tone of voice the entire time, shook her head & sighed when we asked to pick up more than one prescription. Absolutely horrible customer service!!

This is my favorite Walgreens ~ there is a CVS nearby but they won’t get my business unless Walgreens doesn’t have what I need. Walgreens on Fremont and Republic is like coming home to see an old friend.
