Kiley did nail trims for our 2 Basset Hounds and sometimes it's like wrestling pigs, but she did a great job! The store itself is always clean and has a good selection of treats, food, and things needed for pets. The dog wash stations are helpful, as well!

Got harness for great price for my dog and 3 squeaky toys They had the Harwic Chicken breast jerky strips but only 1 bag.Redford Chicken and Rice and bag Milo chicken strips all great stuff and great service 👍

Had bagged cat food marked $2.50 and it rung up for a different price. Cashier didn’t honor the price that was marked on all five bags. Cashier was extremely rude about the whole ordeal will not be back.

Over 4 days we had 5-6 fish die most of them guppies but we have had 4 live not guppies but purchased same time still alive so yesterday my husband takes receipt to get exchanged but they wouldn't because he didn't separate fish and tank water told him no replacement so he buys more fish costing more money and has to go back to get others exchanged so another trip I don't feel like it he should have to make multiple trips over inexpensive dead fish been coming here for years but don't think we will be back taking our fish ,dog and cat business elsewhere.

The store is amazing The selection has lots to choose from. Went in yesterday for a cockatiel they didn't have any. So I bought a parakeet. The Parakeet was close to 30$. The lady who helped me was very informative and helpful. The only thing I wish is the petsway closest to me ( Nixa) had a selection like this so I don't have to drive so far.

Petsway is the best store inside of Springfield Missouri I needed smaller crickets and even remember I would recommend everyone in Springfield to go to petsway because they're the best store they've had my back even though I was banned they're going to sell me some small crickets and I feel feel bad for all the bad things I said and I am sorry to I told pets way I was sorry and I felt like I was out of hand they are actually have been there for me from day one

I came in looking for vet diet and was told you no longer carried it. Im a little close minded when it comes to switching up foods. Lisa was so helpful and patient. She didn't rush me and asked questions to find the best food for my dog. Thank you Lisa. He loves the Redford. I hardly ever leave reviews but I thought this experience was worth mentioning.

My dogs have their favorite durable chew sticks. I've only found them at Pet Supplies Plus. They are normally pretty expensive, but that day they were on special. I bought all of them right then. Can't pass up a good sale on a good product. I appreciate that.

My girlfriend and I shop here for our pets pretty much exclusively. I stopped in today to get dog food, couldn’t find the coupon they sent. I asked if they could help me out with that, which they didn’t. I went home, couldn’t find the coupon anywhere. Came back to the store to see if I had any rewards points I could use, to which they replied “we are not able to check that.” Very dismissive attitude towards a customer. I won’t be back.

I've struggled to find crickets off and on the last year. Been going to a big chain pet store but the health of the crickets isn't good. Most die before my pet frog has a chance to eat them. PetsWay has the healthiest and hardiest crickets around. As of this review, they are currently remodeling so be understanding of that when you stop by.

I had sent my husband in to get our normal stock of supplies for our many pets and he was completely lost, luckily Lisa came to the rescue and was able to help him find everything he needed and even suggested some new treats to try for our dogs sensitive tummies! We will continue shopping at this location because of her!

This location is far better than other Petsway locations, and the other name brand pet stores. The fish department is well stocked with many varieties to choose from. All the fish I've seen have been healthy and the tanks are responsibly stocked. The selection of fish food and accessories is great. I have purchased a few things from them and will continue to purchase from them.

The staff is always friendly. They are usually available to help when needed. Checking out can sometimes be slow. Bringing the cart in and out of the door can be a hassle, but again the staff is usually available to help if needed.Good prices, good points system. Promotions and coupons are helpful too. I generally only shop for dog supplies now, but have shopped for other small animal supplies in the past and Petsway has a decent selection.I would recommend this store for your hours pets needs.

The people were very nice and knew a lot about what I needed. Also they had hundreds of fish to choose from and they were all super healthy. The fish did not die or have and diseases like Walmart fish. They Lady that helped me told me about the water temperature for each fish and the different cleaner's to put in the tank with them. 10 out of 10 I will definitely go back.

We got our dogs groomed here and bought them a few chews and other odds and ends. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our dogs were finished faster at this groomer than any other place we've ever been to. They looked wonderful and she listened to what we wanted unlike a lot of other places. I use to be a groomer and considering how much our barely over a year old dogs squirm, I was totally impressed with their hair cuts. We will definitely be back again! Oh and we were only in for a couple of days and she worked us in which we were very thankful considering our dogs really were over due for bath time.

Great selection weather it's for dog, cat, fish or other pet supplies. I have been shopping at this location for years and have never had a bad experience. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They are more than happy to Inform you about what your looking at or answer any questions. Prices seem to be comparable to any other place in town.

Alicia was amazing grooming my two dogs. She did exactly what I asked and my pups left happy and feeling and smelling good! You can tell she loves her job and the dogs that come through her doors. I highly recommend her for all of your grooming needs!
