I've taken my dogs here for years and I have always received fast, friendly service. My dog comes back shiny, smelling great, and happy. I always feel like the dog is well taken care of, and he seems to like getting shampooed and brushed. They have great prices too! Just look at this boy!

There are so many people who are afraid to bring their dogs to the groomer because of some of the horror story that are out there. I have been bringing my dog to Pet Beautician for over three years now. Normally the lady that runs it can get my boy in there in short notice and he always comes back in a GREAT mood. The people that run this place are true dog lovers and I trust them completely with my Brittany Spaniel. That on top of the woman being the sweetest person ever makes me love this place. Normally when I call to get an appointment she just says “Go ahead and bring the baby in”, best price and service in springfield hands down.

My Puppy Mill rescue Coco is terrified of everyone although it just took two visits to this groomer for her to feel 100% comfortable I am so grateful for Pet Beautician. Janet runs a really tight ship and her prices are reasonable plus I can take Coco there to have her glands expressed without having to go to the terrifying vets office.

Amazing place hands down! After my last few experiences with other pet groomers I’ve always been scared to take my two dogs back too a groomer but I always know my dogs are safe here. My dogs always come back in great moods and always want to take a walk or play afterwards! The owners of this place are truly amazing!! I trust this place completely and will only be coming here from now on.

These ladies are so nice. I take my little dog here. He always comes back calm and happy with his new haircut so I know they treat him well. He loves going and looks and feels great when he is finished. Always super soft!

I would give more stars if available. I've been taking my fur babies to Pet Beautician for over 20 years. They are always extremely accommodating! I could not ask for a better groomer. They truly have care and compassion for every pet they serve. My dogs always get excited as soon as we pull in their parking lot and can't wait to go inside. I have been taking my dog to the Pet Beautician for about a year now. I am so grateful that I found Janet and Michelle as my groomers. My dog looks forward to grooming appointments and always looks wonderful afterwards. It is such a relief to have found trusted groomers. Absolutely love taking my dogs here! They are flexible and quick to get my doggos in, even if its just for a nail trim. They work well with one of our dogs who doesn't really like other dogs or to get his nails trimmed. They also do dog boarding and our dogs always have a good time there! Highly recommend!!

They did a wonderful job with my dog. She was so soft and clean after her bath and they trimmed her fur beautifully and she smelled so good! Also, got rid of her fleas! Will definitely bring her back and I would recommend this place to anyone :)

My little Abby always looks amazing when after a visit. She is so excited everytime we show up there. They already know her in just a short 4 months of visits. The little black pekingese that loves them, and they love her. Her innocence, her energy, and her sweet face. They spend so much time to make her feel loved, and to show case how beautiful and sweet she is. Little sweet tender hearted Abby loves her people there.

If I could leave 0 stars, I WOULD.If you want to feel like somebody kidnapped your pet, here is the place to go cause they'll ignore your calls, threaten you and if you go up there trying to get info on your pet cause they won't answer, you'll get a door slammed in your face.This was all over a simple trim for a very small dog.They kept her from 8am-2pm without any contact or estimation of time.Very rude people who think THEIR entitled.If you're thinking about taking your pet here, don't.

Fine enough job for what they actually did, I guess. They didn't do/finish an ear cleaning on either dog, or a full sanitary trim on one of my dogs. Left a lot of hair that still gets covered in urine since they are VERY fluffy. Also missed or just didnt do all of the nails on the back paws after I specifically asked for those to be trimmed and dremeled, since I already trimmed the front and also just needed those dremeled and smoothed down. The perfume or shampoo or whatever it is they use also smells really terrible, like expired old woman perfume. It made me gag, and I had to wipe my dogs down to get rid of some of the smell. Be extremely specific and check your dog before you leave. I'm not going back.

They got our German Shepherd right in, and the groomer was friendly and very good with our dog. Our dog looked fantastic when we picked her up, and she smells really good!We were very impressed and we will be a return customer .

Got my dog in right away. They did a great job - very meticulous. Cleaned out his ears, trimmed nails, took care of the gland, haircut looks great and he smells great. Very attentive to details.

We have taken our dogs here for years, Janet and her whole team are absolutely wonderful. She loved my little Buddy like he was hers until he had to cross the rainbow bridge. Now she takes care of my two (very sheddy) big girls. We love Janet and the girls are always happy and fluffy when they come home. Would recommend to anyone!

I started to take Jack and Jozi there because the place that I was talking them just got to busy and it was weeks before they could get in. They have treated Jack and Jozi as if they were a part of the family and they look great every time I pick them up. I almost hate to give them a great review because I don't want them to get so busy that it will be weeks before I can get them in like the old place. Support small businesses especially now!!!

Currently the front reception area is closed. The side has a buzzer. They can hear it fine. However you may have to wait a little bit, if they need to get an animal off the grooming table and into a kennel. I really like them and recommend them.

I really wanted to like this cute little business. I actually took my pup here several times. They knicked him, got soap in his eyes, and trimmed one of his nails so short it bled. I’ve taken him elsewhere and haven’t had this problem since.
