My new favorite places! Pricing is absolutely amazing. Seriously, when compared to other stores, or even the manufacturer, this place rocks! Hat selection, boot selection, saddle selection, tack, etc are the best. With 6 children involved in horses and stock, I need these stores!

The reason for giving this review is because originally I did not give a very good review. I had personally reached out by email. This company made me feel definitely special by just listening to me voice how I felt about my interaction the day that we came in. I am so glad that I was heard and that is why I am changing it to a five star from a one star keep up the good work, PFI Cavendars, As someone that a shop there since a little girl I appreciate the personal interaction that I had with the GM over the phone

My wife and I came here as one of our stops for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The general manager, Stephen, was super helpful. He really seemed to know what he was talking about and made it such a nice shopping experience. Clearly, this man has a deep understanding of the value of customer service. A sincerely friendly guy. We will be back, and will definitely recommend this business. The employees that worked at the register were also very nice. Great job!

An exciting visit. But only 4 stars.Let's start with the good things.A super nice staff. You are greeted nicely and they are helpful.As you would expect, there is a huge selection of cowboy items.Nevertheless, there is something that is annoying. Even with the large selection and the statement that the range is always being expanded, there are still no cowboy boots for people with large calves since 2020. Yes, this doesn't just affect this store in particular, but the entire chain.Unfortunately, the selection and range of bolo tie is not being expanded. Not even on a small scale with higher quality models.And some of the accessories for hats are simply not replenished.Even though I really enjoy visiting Cavender's. Something like this is disappointing. I hope that changes again in the next few years.

Just as I remembered it from 1995. Bandana Boot sale Boot sale Boot sale, Bandana Boot sale Boot sale Boot sale!! I spent $600 on boots, they have military/veteran/LEO discounts (10%). Good prices! The employees are well versed in boot fitting. I'll come back next time I'm in SGF.

Had amazing fitting done from a gentleman who made absolutely certain my wife and daughters boots were perfect for them. We made out like bandits(masks included) at the tent sale. All the staff were working so hard making sure everyone was taken care of. Really just a great place to shop.

I've been here three times in about 15 months looking for a pair of boots for practical farm use. I've left three times empty-handed. They have a phenomenal selection of boots, just not what I need. I am a farmer. I need waterproof, steel toe (or composite), and round toe boots for the practical work that I do on a daily basis. Walking in heavy dew doing morning chores, fence building, wood cutting, working livestock, running equipment, etc. I need a good multi-purpose boot. Seems like this style boot is getting very hard to find anywhere anymore.I'm not giving a bad review of this place. If you need boots for going to midnight rodeo or nice dress boots for those special occasions that happen in life, this place has definitely got you covered.

Ton of fun to shop here. Prices can be high, but when there is a sale, customers can get a super great deal. Beautiful collection of boots for all ages. Sales staff are unbelievably helpful as they are always willing to answer questions or find products.

The lady that was at register to give return looked like a fake barbie... Maybe I'm wrong, but families that live off the land and are truely surviving on raising cattle.... Don't need a barbie at the register.Update: clothes bought have started falling apartUpdate 2/23: lady at customer service said they can't replace them because they have been worn, but they can repair them with an eta of a week.

My experience and service was good as always, but i cannot believe how quickly my boots wore out. I purchased new Ariat boots in late October 2021 and i have had to maintain the leather much more than others and their is even a hole through the boot under my toe after only a few weeks.After several weeks of arguing over the phone about how the damage is normal wear and tear and lecturing me about leather. Eventually pfi agreed to send me another pair of boots. It took several phone calls and not accepting "We Don't Warranty Boots" for an answer.In the end they did replace the boots but if they are going to sell such low quality boots, I am not going to drive two states away to shop there.
